*Jan 25 Management update.
You're right. Not an argument I was trying to start, merely a situation I was trying to clarify.
KISSINGER gave the response I expected to see:
"I'm just trying to get your story straight and figure out why one of the biggest ihub proponents of AHRO seemingly wouldn't have a copy of the NFT." "Superfluous question"
LazerSharpTrades, your intuition is correct, albeit unfortunate. NFTs are basically the backbone of AHRO's marketing in terms of their vinyls and Authentic Heroes's clothing line (verification of the clothes' "authentic DNA" and as indicative of KISSINGER's response, it's a poor reflection on their reception.
I am of firm belief, the market research AHRO conducted revealed a similar sentiment.
"$GFTX we are doing everything possible to try and salvage a respectable 4th qtr. We are working on a seven digit order for Black History Month. We are test marketing the Christmas music NFT as we speak. If test market comes back good we run hot on social media and television 15 DEC 2022"
"Our cost of revenue for the year ended December 31, 2021, are the cost of the entire inventory, which were sold on a fire sale during the year." Page 9, 10-K Year Ending 2021.
The point is pretty concise. The hype surrounding two of AHRO's most highly anticipated revenue-streams are less appealing to audiences than the company admits.
If AHRO wants to sell vinyls, they should focus on albums/genres people actually want to buy and/or get excited about. Rehashing of truly collectable Christmas vinyls like Nat King Cole and Bing Crosby, and trying to drum up orders using NFTs as a marketing ploy is hardly the way to go.
I've done a lot of digging into their businesses and Maybacks may be their last ditch effort. Unfortunately, the math with Maybacks doesn't add up to a positive situation. Let's assume Maybacks channels have millions of viewers via Roku, Firestick, Airy TV etc and they generate a bunch of advertising revenue streams. Let's further assume they are in the process of expanding their footprint and developing more channel partnerships.
All of this was before AHRO acquired them and we can assure it's due in large part because of the people behind the scenes, making the deals; like that European-HBO affiliate guy.
Maybacks doesn't *NEED* anything AHRO has to offer. They seem to already have the 24hr As Seen On TV shopping channel with affiliated Inventel products on Airy TV. They already have the growing viewership and advertising revenues.
But, they'd be willing to give up those profits in exchange for 10 million shares (100K preferred that convert at 100 each) that would equate to a mere $1Mil valuation IF they all were valued at $0.10.
However, in order for AHRO's common share price to get to $0.10 without a reverse split, they only need to increase their market cap by a factor of about 140X.
It doesn't add up... AHRO's shifting business pursuits, the failed product launches, the unfavorable market research results, and the appeal of AHRO's ownership of Maybacks, from Maybacks's point of view.
Based on the videos posted to YouTube, as well as the picture at the Inventel booth, it doesn't appear as though the sample albums were created without an NFT QR code attached to them.
So, were you sent the album without a QR code attached to it, or was the QR code somehow invalidated because you didn't buy the album directly from Inventel's stock of 3,000 that are already here in the US?
Or did you receive an album with a QR code but simply chose not to register the code and claim the NFT?
I'm just trying to get your story straight and figure out why one of the biggest ihub proponents of AHRO seemingly wouldn't have a copy of the NFT.
If you received a copy of the album without a QR code attached to the label, would you be willing to take a picture and post it?
I'm guessing you were sent one of the sample copies of Old is Gold before December 1st 2022. Seeing as how not a single person has registered their NFT since Inventel began trying to sell the 3,000 AHRO has available.
That's exactly the point. You'd think a company with $10Mil worth of POs "in hand," to be published via 8-K two weeks ago, wouldn't worry about converting $30-60K worth of a note over 3-6 months.
Nevermind the fact their unsecured debt of $150K is racking up interest at 12% and is still in default.
"The note and accrued interest were $221,503 and $28,961 as of December 31, 2022 and December 31, 2021. The note is currently in default."
The fact is, they have a problem paying their bills due to zero revenues and a negative cash flow. If shareholders want to see a penny of revenue from this company, I suggest they convince all their family and friends to stream every Maybacks channel, on every device they own, 24-7, and pray.
AHRO dilutes for "opportunities" HAHAHAHAHA
They dilute to barely keep the lights on! And now, they have to cover Maybacks's expenses despite having ZERO revenues, ZERO sales, and their debt's in default.
"Consequently, the items mentioned above raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern within one year after the date that the financial statements are issued. Management plans to raise additional debt or equity and continue to settle obligations by issuing stock. Management intends to continue to grow other debt and equity until the Company has positive cash flows from an operating company." (10-K ending 2022)
Allegedly, they have millions of dollars worth of POs in hand but they're suddenly desperate for $30K?!?
"$AHRO POs for "Xmas in July" will be reported via 8-K within 10-14 days. All the inventory has been sold."
29 Mar 2023.
"$AHRO we are officially sold out of all the inventory and by the end of next week will have the POs in hand."
30 Mar 2023.
Pray for double-digits to watch their shows. That's not MY point of view, that's the public's. Nobody watches it and nobody buys AHRO products, even though Inventel has been trying to get a sale since November.
Currently, 6 viewers watching Maybacks's channels... that was including me having the page loaded.
I can't wait to laugh at the abysmal failure presented in the Q2 financials.
I already know Q1 is pathetic. Q2 will just be an embarrassment.
What products? Their shop is empty... just like the revenue category.

Odd, Inventel was advertising Old is Gold on TV (allegedly) and in all the news outlets throughout the Christmas season and they couldn't manage a single sale.
3,000 vinyls collected dust in a warehouse.
Authentic Heroes has an empty closet because TST didn't want AHRO making counterfeit jerseys.
Hahahahahaha
You tell me who's lying, AHRO or EIN Presswire while reporting AHRO's PR?
https://www.ourquadcities.com/business/press-releases/ein-presswire/602810161/old-gold-is-the-new-gold-when-music-meets-nfts/
"There is also an opportunity to purchase the Christmas album in NFT format only, known as the Old is Gold Collector Edition, which will include many benefits, such as the lifetime opportunity to make future purchases of vinyl records directly from the “Old is Gold” Website at a 20% discount. In addition, the NFT owner will also have immediate whitelist access to future Music NFT offerings."
Considering Inventel couldn't help AHRO manage to sell a single vinyl and/or NFT...
How about first filing 15c2-11 "at the end of the first QTR to get a more transparent trading market" like they said they would do on February 17th 2023? Seeing as it's April 24th and this hasn't happened...
OMG! AHRO caught red-handed lying on their 10-K. HAHAHAHAHA

Research and Development
"We have not incurred any research and development expenditures over the last two fiscal years."
Page 17
Year Ended December 31, 2022
Research and Development $65,315
1. Page 9 of their 2021 10-K "Our cost of revenue for the year ended December 31, 2021, are the cost of the entire inventory, which were sold on a fire sale during the year." The ENTIRE clothing line, including the Yungblud merchandise was an abysmal failure. They also haven't "sold" 100,000 vinyls. They would've been delighted to post the 8-K weeks ago. Just like they never secured their 7-digit BH Month PO they claimed was in the works in Dec. They much more likely have a consignment PO which is completely different.
2. It's pretty hard to have the largest NFT platform when nobody claimed their NFT and nobody BOUGHT their NFT. Yes, you read that right. They tried selling the NFT as a collector's edition. "There is also an opportunity to purchase the Christmas album in NFT format only, known as the Old is Gold Collector Edition." https://www.khon2.com/business/press-releases/ein-presswire/602810161/old-gold-is-the-new-gold-when-music-meets-nfts/
So, nobody's downloading the vinyl NFTs, nobody's buying the collector's edition NFTs, and TST was the first of many to turn down AHRO's request to counterfeit their jerseys and attach an NFT to it. No jersey contracts and/or sales, no NFT-minting, hence not the largest NFT platform.
3. There is a reason "AHRO POs for "Xmas in July" will be reported via 8-K within 10-14 days," dated March 29th hasn't happened and it has nothing to do with their financials. Remember, they "will post reults and POs in 8-K format as soon as they are sent in legal contract form by the retailers," dated February 27th. We should also see these vinyls on shelves in the next week. "Deliveries are scheduled to be made at the end of April to retailers." Considering I never even saw a commercial (that was supposed to run every hour on the hour) and i watched the stations via webcast that they advertised a PR with, something tells me we're not going to see these in stores.
4. 450Mil is not their "footprint." That's like saying my Twitter footprint is 450Mil people because that's how many active users there were on a monthly basis in 2022. 450Mil is the combined total of their broadcasting licensed area in the US as well as the total number of users of Apple TV, Firestick, Google, Android, and Smart TV users they could possibly reach. Regrettably, nobody watches their shows.
5. CFN Media has about the exact same number of followers on Twitter as AHRO. Just because they launch spambots doesn't mean anybody cares about their message. AHRO's better off paying EIN Newswire to plaster their stuff all over the Internet. Remember the tweets of how Old Is Gold went out to FOX, Google, NBC, AP subsidiaries, etc and still nobody bought it? Well, the audience size doesn't matter if nobody cares about the message.
6. My point on the auditor, as you'd see in previous posts, is that he has almost 20 years of experience in business accounting and auditing. AHRO claimed "th auditor is being extremely meticulous with his first 10-K." There was no unreasonable effort required. Either he has the experience and AHRO lied or he doesn't. And we both agree he does.
Time to laugh at the financials. Hahaha

"Taking off" is a weird way to describe zero revenues from multiple sinking companies.
1) AHRO makes counterfeit clothes nobody wants. The "FIRESALE" described in their financials is proof.
2) Nobody bought the NFTs once it was released. Polygonscan.com confirms.
3) People bought Taylor Swift albums, not knockoff Christmas vinyls.
4) AHRO's diluting to acquire a free TV antenna company with 10 Twitter followers and no media presence.
To generate explosive growth AHRO
- hired CFN media, a cannabis OTC stock promotion group.
- hired an auditor who allegedly has never seen a 10-K before.
Nobody's talking about the fact the company's accountant and auditor has almost 20 years of business accounting and auditing experience and AHRO claims they've never handled a 10-K before.
Remember what was said on Twitter...
They WILL be filing their 10-K today.
17 hours later...
They SHOULD be filing their 10-K today.
They SHOULD have hired an auditor with 10-K experience. They SHOULD have filed on time.
They SHOULD NOT have said the reason for an untimely filing due to unreasonable effort is because they hired someone who's tackling their FIRST 10-K.
It sounds like the company accidentally and openly admitted to securities fraud.
Unreasonable effort does not equate to inexperienced staff doing a piss-poor job.
You guys know Christmas vinyls were like zilch in 2022, right? It was mainly Taylor Swift's Midnights and some rock/metal albums. Nobody cares about AHRO's cheap knockoffs. Wait until financials are eventually posted. You'll see just how many sales Inventel brought.
