Perhaps the most telling line in the Motion To Dismiss hearing came from the ACTVI attorney. When responding to WDDD's "Form over Substance" claim, he stated that certainly there was substance since "There was Billions of dollars at stake". I like the sound of that.

madprofit: thank you for the court case link. It was very interesting to actually see and not just read a few of the issues discussed. Judge Casper seemed fully engaged and informed. And I have to say, both counsels were impressive.

Thanks for pointing me to the law firm. The HouseCanary story is fascinating both for its result and the relative speed it took to get to trial. If I understood it correctly, the appeals etc continue which is a cautionary tale for us as we imagine a payoff for WDDD. Makes a good argument for settlement as many have pointed out. As many have also pointed out, that such a successful law firm to take this one on contingency speaks volumes from those who ought to know the most. Very comforting indeed.

I have a great deal of respect (and envy) for those of you who have amassed such large positions. I also respect your amazing patience for hanging in there for 10+ years. I do have to wonder about the future for those of us who hold more modest positions when we get our well deserved victory. If you decide to take your well-deserved profits, it is possible we will get dwarfed in the volume. Hopefully, there will be enough to go around. I fully acknowledge the "what if" aspect of this concern and that my cart is way ahead of my horse. But, the market is closed for the weekend and I am bored. LOL GLTA.

As a newbie here, I find it distressing when some of the long term holders, who have so much to share, devolve into petty attacks on one another. It adds no value as I attempt to learn as much as I can about my investment. I am a sponge and want to soak up as much as I can about WDDD, both its history and its future. Can't we all just get along? My 2 cents for what it is worth.

I may be totally wrong but I hope we don't get the "Reddit-effect". Seems to me it would be a great short term boost to PPS but it wouldn't last. When they are done with us, they will move onto another target. Slow and steady wins the race and concrete news is better than a spike. JMO

My deep thanks to all of you for "coagulating" 20 years of legal maneuvering into a readable and mostly understandable form that a Patent investor newbie like me can try to digest. I was one of those "accidental" investors who became a true believer thanks to you all. I have since been able to amass a significant position (by my standards at least) mostly buying dips but lately averaging up as we get closer to the end game. I plan on seeing this through to the end wherever that takes me. Thank you all.

Def agree with walk don't run. 101 must be getting closer and that alone should move the PPS in the proper direction. Concerning the long term though, once we win the first 3, starting from scratch, should we expect follow on infringement actions to take several years as this one has? Where does WDDD go in the meantime?

I did realize we did a reverse already but was curious about the future. Clearly, organic growth through an increased shareholder base is preferable to a RS. To that end, I plan to do my small part by buying and holding as much as I can afford. GLTA

To your last point on uplift: do you see any possibility of a reverse split to accelerate the uplift? HEXO (a Canadian MJ stock I own just did that).

Reflecting for a moment on the lawyers role in all of this. The fact that WDDD's lawyers are working on contingency speaks volumes for the strength of their case in LAW. No firm would spend YEARS chasing a case that was not legally solid. Moreover, the lawyers must have already calculated the potential payout to WDDD. Years of billable hours will come due after a WDDD victory so the payout would have to be SUBSTANTIAL. I am a relatively new guy here but I like what I see. Hoping to add at these bargain prices. GLTA

I would HATE to think Presidential politics would be in play in a patent case but you may be right. Over the holiday, I actually went back to Message #1 on here. I didn't read them all (I am not that bored lol) but I was shocked at how long people have been waiting for this one. Every few months I would see a flurry of activity and optimism followed by months of nothing. I wonder if we are now in the "nothing" mode if the 101 gets delayed?? I tried to add today at .29 but it barely traded after noon. I'll try again tomorrow. Thx for the reply.

I googled "estoppel" so I understand that. But can anyone interpret the legalize beyond that and offer an opinion on the 101 impact/timing?
