I've never understood a single post he has made, but the few parts which I can interpret have been off the mark. At one point he was saying the mere fact that we have been able to get to court is satisfying to him.
I have no idea if he is a shareholder, but I know that he is a real estate agent or contractor in FL, not a "tech guru".
LL
2 1/2 years is more than way behind schedule. It is a failure to do what they said they would do. And I understood the context and your addition. It is a great example of EDIG-speak - promise, promise, promise - but never deliver.
LL
The ultimate forward looking statement.
Or, to quote the judge in The Natural: "a prevarication; a canard."
LL
That was 2 1/2 years ago. When do you think we will begin appreciating them in this context? Name one prediction or promise Cocumelli has ever made that has come to pass. Just one thing that provided value to shareholders?
You were 8 feet away from a lie.
Thanks in advance.
LL
I actually did a 180 from the days where I made the mistake of ever believing anything they said.
But I like 360 - in my opinion of course.
LL
In my oinion rapid commericalization is taking place. Of course, rapidity is in the eye of the beholder, in my opinion of course.
LL
The information about Cocumelli is correct. I have in fact sent him information at his simplenet office and you can find his "office" address on Martindale or other lawyer locater sites.
That's one reason I find it funny that shareholders cite Cocumelli as the basis of some of their assertions. I don't think he spends much time at EDIG at all.
LL
Wow. $2,300 worth of trades.
You're right. Didn't hurt it a bit. Business as usual - no interest in the stock. Tomorrow, it will be back into the 2s.
LL
Not quite Nasdaq yet, but I "believe" we qualify.
LL
If they had an actual plan they would gladly share it.
What amuses me the most is the shareholders who have no inkling of what Nunchi is but, based on a demo and questions answered by a director, imagine that it can do anything and that the public will flock to it. I have yet to see a single claimed feature which is either not already available from a real company, or which I would question why anyone would want. There are supposedly hundreds of thousands of uses - if so, why are customers not knocking down the door to get to them. Must be something like MicrOS, a legend only in the minds of shareholders.
Nothing happens til someone sells something, and I have seen no sales of any kind of any product, any platform, any application, any technology in a long, long time.
LL
They are masters at telling us what they have done and what they are going to do. Don't tell us, show us.
LL
Electricity is in the air, the grandmas are buying. Whatever happened to the grandmas anyway.
The excitement has built to the point where $153.00 of shares have been traded. Clearly Nunchi has caught the imagination of the investment community. Most likely because, as stated elsewhere, it can do ANYTHING. Hundreds of thousands of uses. (Does that sound like hundreds of millions of infringement damages?)
And according to one poster, Cocumelli said the answer to ever question asked by prospective customrs about whether Nunchi can do a prospective task is "yes!" That seems sort of like the way to test whether a product infringes EDIG patents is to pull the flash card out and if it doesn't work - well, it clearly infringes. Unfortunately the courts didn't see it that way.
LL
Nunchi = MicrOS = ownership of flash = BS.
LL
I see that some of the longer term shareholders are beginning to come to the same conclusions that some of us have reached.
From another board:
"'Nunchi project and is the first official indication, to the world, as to what they have. '
That would mean that the demos and continuing talks with vendors were 'unofficial'?
How many times has it been demoed and why has no vendor shown an interest in it? Ok, maybe they have shown some interest but I'd to see some proof of that.
'or actual partners' Do you really believe that EDIG would sign a partnership agreement and not tell us? They could at a bare minimum state that an agreement was signed and not name the customer of the terms.
Please explain how you think a customer would put it to use. What does nunchi do that phone companies cannot do for themselves? Or, why is nunchi a better way? We need a very strong answer to either of those two questions. nuchi will not sell it does not fill a serious unfullfilled need for it."
That is a relief. I was worried about EDIG for a while there.
LL
They know no one is going to look at it anyway except investors - they don't care.
The person who did the Northwestern Memorial Hospital (Chicago) website offered to do a website for EDIG - they didn't even acknowledge it. Check out the NMH website and see if it's a smidge better than EDIG's.
They are a joke, the website is s joke, and Nunchi is a joke.
LL
Yes - very exciting but as usual no volume or PPS improvement. Of course, that could be because no one can trade it since we don't know what board it's on. But the faithful say that's no big deal.
Actually, since there is a bid and ask I would suspect that it is Nunchi that is no big deal.
LL
Chipper - great post. The last sentence says it all.
And they are still doing it with Nunchi, 737, the "re-booted" 747, and anything else they can come up with.
LL
That is a rather shocking post - whoever wrote it must be smoking some of the stuff they grow in Nelson, British Columbia. What has kept EDIG alive is the fact that there is a large group of shareholders which take every piece of evidence and construe it in the most wildly optimistic fashion in order to justify their lost dollars. This is a post that could have (and has been) written scores of times over the past 12 years or so.
There is absolutely zero evidence to support any of those conclusions. And if there were, the PPS would not be at .03, soon to dip once again.
You are correct. EDIG's forte is putting words on the web from which the faithful drink deeply like the koolaid that it is.
LL
Total trades - total volume - not sure why anyone posts it since unless something completely unforeseen happens we know what's going on with the stock.
It's a carryover from the days when the stock had some actual monetary value and volume.
LL
I know the management (and the past management) and I don't believe what they say or what they print. We once had a page of alleged partners that included many of the largest silicon valley and technology companies. I can't remember making a dime off any of our partners.
And I have more than enough shares thank you very much.
LL
Tim - just giving you a hard time. You are a good guy and I like your style. I'm just sharing my experience.
LL
No disrespect, but what work has been done? I don't see a single definitive aspect to anything they said. Whims and vagaries all.
LL
So when people tell us to sell our stocks and leave, how do we do that?
On the other hand, when Tim wants to buy for the hoped for bounce where does he buy shares?
Now we know why the Nunchi "update" took place (sorry dischino, I meant web site refresh). It wasn't bad news coming about DM (though that will happen - IMO of course) - it was in advance of this which they also knew was coming.
A real company with any concern about its shareholders would be out in front of this news telling them exactly what is being done so that when they finish all their monetizing and litigation the shareholders will be able to take advantage of it. Unless, of course, they won't and all the averaging down wouldn't look so good then.
I wonder how people are going to average down tomorrow?
LL
You know Coyote - you can challenge all the statements and opinions you want to, but nothing happens til someone sells something. When that happens, please make a point of letting us know. To date, I haven't seen it.
LL
It's an exaggeration Coyote. As you well know. How about "cheap shares"? And they didn't risk their money because they can sell at current prices and still make a profit.
LL
That's because it's still nothing. And they've said nothing new. And there are no revenues attached to it. When there are ongoing revenues resulting from Nunchi and it is more than just words, THAT's when your observations will have some relevance.
LL
You'll be facing the same situation there. Wait and see.
LL
That would be the millions of "free" shares out there that are held by insiders and financiers.
LL
Don't say you were not given fair warning. Good luck.
LL
Yes, they have said a lot about many different things. They are very good at "saying." I'm just saying.
LL
It's pretty funny when you think about it. A year and a half ago they announce this "thing", then put up a website which has been under construction ever since. After all this time they update the website and it's cause for unbridled optimism and buying more shares.
This is a company that can't even proof read what they publish. Is this even a sentence? (The answer is no.) "Nunchi based services utilizing cloud-based servers; existing communication networks, sensor fusion, adaptive algorithms and relational databases to understand and anticipate the needs of people. " It wouldn't pass muster in high school.
And i love the posts that say "IMO something's up.". Something's always up with EDIG: billion dollar OEMs, hundreds of infringers, patents, volume healthcare sales, opening EVU orders, contracts ready to be released, secret meetings with customers to be, dozens of partners, Nasdaq listing, Fujitsu, Dataplay, Gateway, and on and on. But something's always down with EDIG as well, the PPS, and that's all that matters.
LL
And how much revenue did those creations and announcements generate? Not much. How many shares of stock did they sell? A lot.
I would not be surprised to see another listed partner, an opening order, etc. EDIG is very good at that and making announcements. So if that's the case of course they had to update the website.
Let's see the revenue and then we'll talk. A seven person company ain't coming out with the next Siri.
LL
I think any average reader would see that as a statement of emphasis and opinion, not of fact.
LL
Let's talk again after we see any impact on the PPS from any written information generated by EDIG.
LL
Tim, please wait to see the "bounce" and the volume before acting. I've seen dozens of these toothless "updates". Website postings, PRs, and alerts. There have been precious few that mentioned revenue and the ones that have recently, all litigation related, have driven the PPS down.
LL
Oh please - excuse me. Substitute "web update" for PR in all my posts. It's EDIG for "getting the word out."
LL
There will be no bounce, at least not with enough volume to allow anyone to sell many shares at a higher level.
LL
Actually it was very poorly written. The first sentence in the second paragraph is not even a sentence. They are just getting the faithful revved up and prepared for the upcoming filings which will be abysmal.
This will have zero impact on the PPS, just like Nunchi in the future. It took them over a year to take what they said at the SHM and put it on a webaite. What do you think has been accomplished with "Nunchi" during that time?
LL
That's classic EDIG. A big PR touting their abilities (poorly written) with absolutely zero connection to any sales, licensing or revenue. Great discussion fodder for the faithful - zero impact on PPS. Where's the revenue? Where are the sales? What's the pipeline and the timeline for results? Let's see some results, not just words, not just filing for patents, not just more announcements and promises. Let's see some rapid commercialization.
Also, how is this differentiated from technology already in the marketplace? Why would a company choose Nunchi?
When they make announcements about revenues (which they won't) I'll be interested.
LL
