More likely the opposite, if anyone is a history buff.
Fantastic day so far. 20% gain. It would be a great way to close out the week and get set up for some terrific pr's and heavy price movement next week.LOL
What a surprise. Nobody painted the tape on the close. Another couple of down days like this and the RSI will be low enough to justify a technical bounce.
It only seems bad for pessimists. The optimists will tell you that it's getting set up to become a ten bagger.
I'm lookinforaquarter. .0025. by next week. Relax, this will be my last post at least until the market closes.
Give us a break. The only news that could do that would be if VRED patents a method turn base metals into gold or platinum.
Since you are now down around fifty percent, I can't imagine why you are LOL. I guess if it reaches your goal (lookinforaquarter) although you had the decimal in the wrong place of .0025 you will be ROTLLYAO. Just another 50% from here and you will be at .0025.
As I posted previously, the TA has failed to respond to my e-mail of last Friday morning. Doesn't that tell you something?
I agree wholeheartedly with your analysis. In the absence of any response from the TA (could the TA be GAGGED?) one can assume massive dilution.
Right. YOU never stop, but, I admire YOUR effort. Now that VRED is at .005 bid,(a long way from the .05 bid thatyou and many of your cohorts anticipate) perhaps you will realize the importance of knowing the share structure. It is pretty obvious that the company needs money to fund current operations and is selling stock with both hands.
Friday morning after calling the TA and being advised that requests must be made by snail or e-mail, I e-mailed the TA (around 9:30 AM)
asking for details of the common and preferred (if any) and indicated some urgency in that the market was closing for the week in a few hours.
It is now Wednesday evening and I still have NOT received any information. Draw your own conclusions
IMO anyone who INVESTS in a stock without knowing the share structure will probably not have as good results as someone who has that knowledge.
I think the TA's failure to respond to my request might potentially be a red flag.
I guess I was wrong about the support at .01
It seems to me that a US Corporation must file US Income tax returns no matter if they conduct business in the US or overseas and must pay taxes to the extent they have profits except that they are in general entitled to a credit against US taxes for taxes paid to a foreign country on the foreign income. Therefore, if the foreing country's taxes were higher than the US taxes, they would owe no tax to the US, but, if the US tax Rate was higher than the foreign governments tax rate, then they would owe US tax on the difference. Even if no tax has to be paid by virtue of the foreign tax credit, a return showing all the relevant data must be filed with the IRS. Delaware law covers only Delaware STATE taxes and has no effect on whether or not the company must file US Tax Returns (Form 1120) with the FEDERAL government.
Very strong support at .01, in all likelihood funds for this purpose were provided by profits on the the previous run up. Expect a pop on the next PR followed by heavy selling by those supporting it at .01 who probably still have substantial number of shares acquired previously at little or no cost. Expect that once they get flat, price will drop and efforts to support it will be abandoned.
My proprietary chart analysis indicates that VYON will significantly outperform VRED at least over the near term.
A lot of traders will be shorting this stock before it even gets within smelling distance of .06. Guaranteed.
If it ever breaks .04 again, which is possible, but quite doubtful no matter what pr's come out, the sellers will come out of the woodwork including those that supported it at .01 not to mention those that received the stock as fees.
With so many shares outstanding, it's not really going to go anywhere.
OT
Have a nice evening all. Should be an interesting week coming up. If the price goes down (which I do not expect) should one say "should be an interesting week coming up" or "should be an interesting week going down"? LOL
Been an interesting day. Between here and VYON, nine of my posts were deleted.
Some people don't have a sense of humor.
Read this quick, you never know.
Obviously John Bay is not a dummy as witnessed by the design of the share structure of VYON (whether VRED is structured that way is yet to be determined)which makes it possible for insiders to sell virtually all their common stock and still retain control of the company. He is obviously not only NOT a dummy, but, quite a clever individual. Whether both the shareholders and he will benefit from his cleverness or whether he alone will benefit is still an open question.
Apparently you are still confused. Please be good enough to slowly and carefully re-read my posts nos. 2592 and 2594 and you will no doubt realize that my posts were both accurate and factually correct and therefore your attempt to correct them was both superfluous and misleading. The information (which I regard as critical) regarding the preferred shares was NOT, I repeat NOT shown in the IBOX. Case closed.
If stating that I posted false information and questioning my MOTIVES for SPREADING false information is not calling me a liar, then what in the world is it? It certainly isn't accusing me of being "Honest ABE".
Does anyone have any idea, whether or not in addition to the five billion authorized common shares FINALLY shown in the IBOX (five billion-they have to be kidding) of which apparently approximately two thirds have been issued (although the bulk are restricted), there are any preferred shares issued and outstanding, and if so, whether the preferred shares rights are superior to the common and if so, in what way?
I would have thought that this would be information that one should be in possession of prior to making an investment decision, but, no one, except for Sonar and Smendt seems to care.
Wouldn't it be amusing if there were a class of preferred, par value $.01 with a hundred shares issued and outstanding (total subscription price would then be $1) owned by insiders and that each share carried voting rights equivalent to one hundred million common shares, so that insiders could sell all their common shares and still control the company with a one dollar investment. Similarly, in theory, the preferred could carry with it significant priorities in terms of dividends that could severely impact the value of the common that some posters have so eagerly chased. Granted, it's not likely, but, it is possible. CAVEAT EMPTOR as pinksheets.com has categorized VRED.
Can anyone explain why there is no mention in the IBOX of the 2 million preferred shares issued and outstanding with voting privileges equal to 200 million common shares?
Universities have extensive capabilities in many areas including information technology. That's why they are NOT called colleges, but, UNIVERSITIES. With FEDERAL FUNDS available, it is most likely that they will complete development of their own systems and KEEP THE MONEY IN HOUSE.
Do NOT expect any major university to spend dollar one with VRED.
My guess would be that some universities are already well advanced in developing systems, which they will enhance on the Federal dime, and which may very well be competitive or better, both in price and quality. If this happens, they will be extremely STRONG COMPETITION for VRED since, they in all likelihood, have closer relationships with colleges, high schools and elementary schools than VRED would have, even with the assistance of their marketing partner.
Actually, commodity futures trades are an exception to this rule. You can elect to carry BACK losses for three years against prior years commodity futures gains and file amended returns encompassing the current years losses and claim a refund (with interest). If you ever become a US citizen, you can e-mail me at marks37@yahoo.com and I will advise you as to the tax laws that would affect you.
Hey, if I am going to be a heartless SOB, I might as well be the biggest.LOL
Actually. I feel VERY sorry for him (especially since he borrowed money from my wife) and am going to do his tax return PRO BONO which is something I rarely do for anybody.
Another sad part of the story is even with all my tax experience serving commodity and security brokers, investors and traders, I can't figure out any legal way to get some tax benefit from his huge capital loss carryover. I know a couple of illegal ways, but,------
Just the loss on NWOG/NWOL will take him over 100 years to write off at $3000 per year.
The signs are now pointing up. My brother in law who had owned nearly one half million of the pre-split shares at a cost in excess of $300,000 was finally forced to sell out his shares last week for about $1200.
Now that the lucky #@$%%#$@# is out, the sky may be the limit.
Good luck to you.
Why don't you call the transfer agent. It would be a good idea doing your own DD rather than asking others to do it for you.
Good to see that in the face of this catastrophe, that you have retained your sense of humor. Quite frankly, I would not be shocked (although I do not expect it) to see a double or even a triple from here, but, if it does that, you had best be quick with your mouse.
In all likelihood, the buying is being done by flippers and masochists who are trying to catch a falling knife, as well as current bagholders who are averaging down.
A ban on borrowing shares obviously would eliminate short selling completely (other than by MM's), unless of course the SEC suddenly approved "naked short sales". Technically, one could go short against the box, but, that was never a market technique, but simply an archaic tax strategy.
Contrary to the belief of many novice investors, speculators help provide orderly markets and short selling is simply one of the techniques that they use.
Short sales help to keep a lid on prices when the markets are overly optimistic and tend to provide support by virtue of covering their shorts when the markets are overly pessimistic.
Thanks for the posting. Perhaps you might post it on VRED as well. I can't, having been banned from that board. As you surmised, I have yet to learn how to post a link. My first computer was a Kaypro II with a CP/M Operating System which I had down pat in short order. Next was an IBM 8086 with a DOS operating system and then the various upgraded chips, but still DOS. I developed a pretty good command of DOS over the years and then along came WINDOWS 3.1 and bye bye DOS.
At that point I decided that I was too old to learn another Operating System and so I have just a bare bones knowledge of XP and never learned how to post a link.
You are all beating a dead horse. The same crap over and over. The price of the stock tells the whole story.
I agree completely. Frankly there is nothing much more to be said about his company. It's clear to all except those having very expensive pairs of "rose colored glasses" that virtually everything about this company is phony.
I don't think Maly has yet determined what piece IF ANY of the "refinery project" the PUBLIC company will participate in.
"you know the book value is $9.20 a share or better". If anyone believed that were true, they would beg, borrow and steal every dollar that they could, invest it in NWOL and the price per share would move up very rapidly. I think your crystal ball is in serious need of repairs.
LOL You are now a marked man.
Please post your next purchase so we can fade you. You seem to have an uncanny ability to pick out scams before most people realize that they are scams.
Well it's past February now and nearly past March. Just curious as to whether you executed your exit strategy or averaged down some more and GOT executed.
BTW Even though you are 60, you should get out more often. You will find there is a huge difference between a GOAT and a GF. LOL
Seriously, hope you got out with only a modest loss. Hope everyone learned from this experience just how dangerous it is to be involved in LOVE.
Anyone who is interested in how an MM operates can get an excellent explanation written by a former MM at the AURC site post no. 97368. Since I have been banned from the VRED board, someone should pass this along to the VRED board. I am sure they would be very interested in reading it.
After seeing how Citi has been run the last few years and noticing what has happened to their stock price, who in their right mind would give much credence to their opinion?
Next thing you will say is the CAVEAT EMPTOR sign doesn't really mean what it says and that you know some of them that are hiding their success to fake out the shorts and to encourage them to short some more and trap them..
Before pinks are manipulated by shorts, they are generally first manipulated by P&D types. Once they dump all their pumped up shares, they short the crap out of them because they more than anyone know there is no value to the company they have pumped and besides, they are playing with house money. NWOL & AURC are probably as perfect an example of this than any other company you might find.
