And the patents...what becomes of them...sold to another entity?
So you think they will dissolve...shareholders will loose everything.
Wood....in your view...how is IRNC using or going to use the patents they have been granted. What role do you see these patents playing with the business.

Every time I get a response from you I dread reading it cause I know exactly what it’s gonna say. I don’t know why I haven’t put you on ignore yet.
I’m not at the scam level you are at, but it’s a sh$t show and our shares are going to get shredded. I will wait it out to see how things shake out. I have written my money off with this play, but I’ll wait it out, I don’t plan on selling. The patents are real, no scam there.

Hi Mike,
To me, everything in their latest couple of filings points to a company that has the tech and the patents to back up the tech but doesn’t have the resources to continue business without getting more and more in debt. By resources I mean continued code development, maintenance, updates, fighting legal issues pertaining to code. All of that can’t land on the shoulders of one guy (Lerner). How can they continue to do business without partnering or merging or a buy-out with a big time player to help with code development, maintenance, updates, fixes etc. I mean, code always needs to be updated for the constant change in technology. Is Lerner the only guy that falls on? As stated in the filing, he commits 70% of his time to IRNC, not 100%. How can they afford NOT to talk with some big time name out there?

Ouch...
I guess this is why?
Specific action on a reverse stock split will not occur until the Company’s formal request has been submitted, reviewed, and approved by the appropriate regulatory bodies
Anyone have any split ratio speculation? 1:500?1:800?...Higher?
Yes...I agree with you.
Let’s just hope they use lube when they announce the ratio... :)
Thanks but I just trade on information I can obtain, wish I could read financials like Sean and others on here.. :)
Not specified yet.
R/S cometh....expected.
On February 12, a majority of the voting shareholders approved, and the Board of Directors formally resolved, to execute a reverse stock split of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock with the intent to increase the effective trading price to a reasonable level above its par value. Specific action on a reverse stock split will not occur until the Company’s formal request has been submitted, reviewed, and approved by the appropriate regulatory bodies, a Schedule 14C Information Statement has been filed and mailed to shareholders, and the requisite notice timeline of three to four weeks has elapsed.
The Company is optimistic that another patent, previously applied for (USP 10,579,793), will be issued in March 2020 which covers uses in software containers. Software containers are a standard unit of software that packages up software code and all its dependencies so that a given application runs quickly and reliably from one computing environment to another. A container image is a lightweight, standalone, executable package of software that includes everything needed to run an application: code, runtime, system tools, system libraries and settings.
Just sharing whatever info I can get outta the guy. He’s not going to give specifics...just general info.

I’m holding to see whether they can deliver on their phone project and let’s see if they integrate the blockchain encryption technology into the phone...I can wait...making money elsewhere in the meantime.

Now that the container is complete, integrating it with the software is key. They also have to raise money. they are also negotiating with another software company to jointly sell each other’s products

johnnytrader33,
I take all his answers with a grain of salt. I do not buy/sell based on his responses. Unfortunately he is the only link to try and get a idea of what’s going on other than the filings. I already know their financials are in the crapper. I have no reason to believe he’s not being honest. He’s not going to answer timeline or financial questions. I try to ask him questions that can give a clue as to what’s going on. I thought his answers today regarding the phone and container product was quite revealing. Go ahead and email him your tough questions, I look forward to you posting the response. That is quite an accusation you made towards him though.
