Dont know who POE is but be sure to do your own D&D before investing. This is a big RM gamble that the faint of heart should not get involved in. It may be huge or it may be a bust... Just know what you are getting into before investing. I love these plays for the unknown factor! Makes watching my other stocks bearable as they move up or down a few points

an IPO is a huge promotion for large companies, they take the time to do it right to gain full exposure in the market... RM's on the other hand are small affairs that are reserved for smaller companies that do not have the backing or financial support of the industry. I cant believe I have to say all this, any real investor knows this stuff!

a 2 million dollar company will do a RM to save money. A 200 million dollar company will do an IPO to make money lol

a real IPO roll-out is a big deal for big companies, They build up the anticipation and the shares sell off the rack at huge profits... They don't list in the pinks to get penny's on the dollar... Do you not know anything?

FORTUNE 1000 company's don't do Reverse Mergers, they do a big IPO release with loads of fan fare... They can afford to start the listing process from scratch. Only small companies do RM's... This is a fact not fiction

You should care about Acquifin! They are the ones on file as the custodian and talking about executing this mystery RM. Acquifin cannot even keep themselves current how are they going to execute a RM with anyone?

Not disputing the judgment or that Suneel got the custodianship! Just that it appears Acquifin is an inactive company. They do not have a working website, no links work, no contact info valid! No active Twitter account! I do not expect any news from Acquifin

RM will be months away. First they must bring Sec filings up to date "Pink Current" and this is an expensive, time consuming procedure. I believe in SNVP but we all have to be patient

I've been in SNVP for a long time, I can sell now at a profit so I know the potential here but- I don't use speculation to help drive the price... I wait for news and/or find Facts. I'm an investor not a pumper
