Thought i would post when oil goes down. Seems we only see posting when it rises on this board. Only the positives, never the cons..
U.S. crude oil futures ended lower for a third consecutive session on Friday, as concerns about demand, high inventories and technical weakness combined to push oil lower.
Technical weakness in crude futures also was cited by
sources on Friday after futures reached an 18-month high above
$87 a barrel on Tuesday. "The drop is being mostly fueled by technical selling after
a top at around $87. We are currently likely to come back to
the recent range between $80 and $83," said Eugen Weinberg,
head of Commodities Research at Commerzbank in Frankfurt. Oil was weighed down by rising U.S. crude and distillate
stocks in Wednesday's government inventory report [EIA/S] and
then Thursday's report of rising U.S. jobless claims, despite a
separate report of better retail sales.
You say oil is being produced, and yet there are no production numbers for 2010 available from the state. Please provide proof TECO took ownership of the oil produced in Feb/Mar. If you cannot provide proof by eod today, I'll consider my opinion accurate enough... I cant find any production numbers on TECO's website, as they said they would do in Dec 2009. hmmm
Also, i would think rising oil would benefit TECO. Especially if they are producing oil, as they have stated. Rising oil would correlate to rise in PPS, but that doesnt seem an accurate statement with TECO. Wonder why?
Also, 10-k late?? hmmm
i agree viki. TECO doesnt have much to offer a new shareholder. Price of oil is irrelevant, especially when there is no proof that TECO is producing any oil in 2010. Thanks for your DD.
If you do, please pass along the DD. I have been all over the websites and even called into state engineers. I have yet to find any clear evidence drilling is taking place in 2010. That would make me a believer.
I agree. Out of all the shells out there, this is the best they can do? IMO, there are probably better shells with less baggage. hmm.
Smith
Have you found any recent third party evidence TECO is currently producing oil?
TIA
cant disagree with that. Just hope you are out before the house of cards fall.
Late bc of "in house" accounting is still working on all the good news. :) IMO
Its been exposed. Houston, PBLS has a problem. The scam is failing.
What a bad deal all around.
First, drew down personal credit limits of those unssspecting owners. Then skipped out on rent owed as well. I know one owner is still paying for it. And some of his old friends will not do business with him again.
I agree. Boy, those swamp rats took us all for a ride...
I hope he is living in his trailer again. Single wide at that.
I still a couple more avail at .0002 if needed. Perhaps the bank settlement will close by may 5 and we will all be rich.
TECO still not above .02... lol
how funny. Oil company supposedly prodcing oil not above 2 cents. what a joke
i hear great news is coming !! lol
whatever
$584 worth of trades today. Wow. Great news. Gooing thru the roof. lol :)
Another day in the red. Massive accumulation. More like, all sells.
Glad you are more trusting than me. Been burned too many times. Way i see it, if the shoe fits, wear it... referring to the felony.
I would suggest you perform DD on the people... You might learn alot.
In fact, check out smiths DD.

accumlation is massive. Thats funny. Go ahead please buy all the float, then i will sell you my shares. Why not buy shares right now on the open market, since yoiu believe in this stock?
You need to re-read my post. DOUBLE ZERO's. what a joke
yes, why?
Thanks for the great DD smith. Looks like TECO is headed back to double zero's.
Great read on the charts...

.03 will be an easy break. Very thin at this point. Break .04 then on till .075
Thats funny. Last time i heard that, poster said stock was headed to at least 5 cents...
still waiting for that to happen.
But please, keep telling us what such a great deal we have invested our money in...
Please correct me, but if larger positions being acquired, wouldnt that mean prices moves up?? PPS is trending down = selling pressure.
So what you are saying, is that we should believe the company and everything they PR???
Only a fool would believe such.
Update?? Im just asking to confirm with a third party source? I dont need anything from the company. Can you find it? NOPE. Its called due diligence my friend
Current PPS sums it up
Ron Blackburn
when do you plan on releasing production numbers? Why is it this is the 2nd company you are involved with that releases PR's but no follow up?
Ron
are still interested in buying refineries? The one in KY is closed. There are several more for sale as well. Take your pick. TX, NJ, DE, NM, LA, CA.
PPS sums it up well
Mar 7 = .025
Mar 26 = .014
Ouch. What a wonderful stock !!
I feel sorry for all that bot at .024 and higher. Stock trending down once again. BUT we have a new CEO. You will need to guess on how much crude oil they are producing right now. No one knows. Company will not say.
well said. muchos gracias. Company creates skepticism on their own. You would think they would want to keep shareholders well informed, so new investors would want to buy in. Doesnt seem thats the case.
IM glad you asked. on 12-21-09, company said it would be more transparent. see bold below. 3 months and still waiting for the company to provide production data? If they have been producing oil and collecting monies for this product, then providing numbers show be very very easy. A PR would suffice. Anything. But no news translates into bad news in my book. Otherwise, Treaty would have already PR'ed this. Ron Balckburn wants his retirement. ONly way he can exit is to increase PPS on TECO. I dont think im asking to much here.
Treaty Energy Closes on Tennessee Oil and Gas Lease
HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire) 12/21/09
Treaty Energy Corporation (OTCBB: TECO), a growth-oriented energy company in the oil and gas industry, announced today that it has successfully closed on the acquisition of a 70% working interest on a lease in Morgan County, Tennessee.
This acquisition was completed with Green Light Energy LLC, with which Treaty Energy has several other projects moving toward completion. The lease has four wells that are currently being re-entered after having been shut in for some time.
One well has been re-entered and is currently producing in the 8 to 10 bbl per day range. Additional work planned on this well is expected to further enhance its production. The second well is in the workover stage and will be completed by mid-January. All of the wells are expected to produce in the 8 to 10 bbl per day range. However, Green Light Energy LLC has guaranteed a net production to Treaty Energy of 4 bbl per day for the first
12 months of production after all workovers are completed. Projected life span on wells in this area exceeds 20 years.
Randall Newton, CEO of Treaty Energy, commented, "This acquisition, while small, is a first step in a much larger business plan with Green Light Energy. As this relationship develops further, we'll be sharing more information with our investors." Mr. Newton went on to note, "Even though the legal process has taken far more time than anticipated, additional closings on potential deals that were previously reported are imminent and will be announced as they take place."
Joe Grace, President and COO of Treaty Energy, stated, "Treaty Energy is currently in the process of enhancing its website and will soon be including a page that will provide our investors monthly reports on the production of each of the company's wells. This method of providing information to our investors again illustrates our commitment to corporate transparency."
What did your chart say today? I see lots of red in coming days.
old news. Company has chosen to NOT update its shareholders. Thats concerning to me. How much are the producing now????
agree. But when cant confirm production numbers with state, common sense indicates this company is hiding something. Funny how i can confirm XOM production numbers, and yet cant find anyhting for a small company called TECO. hmmm
what are you talking about???
PPS doesnt lie either. Someone selling today.
I appreciate the comment. Dont get me wrong, i want the company to succeed, as i have shares here. But at some point we have to take the rose colored glasses off and talk honestly. Thats all im trying to do. I have sipped on the kool aid as well.
Dont trust company. We are "supposedly" producing oil. Should be a good thing. And yet company has remained silent. I look for facts, not just talk from company. As i have said before, i have spoken to both TN and KS state officials, and they cant confirm TECO is producing oil. Doesnt get much clearer than that.
Company has no money to buy back shares. Executive mgmt has no money either. On to the next one...
I sipped from the cup before. Ron Blackburn continued to poor kool aid into the glass. TECO is beginning to show the same signs as his last company.
Shoot off a PR, but then no follow through.
