Buying pressure is in. While you probably would not see tiny, steady step upward movement with S/P, you could see a sharp spike here. It only takes some positive/substantial news to send this ticker to the sky IMO.

Looks like company dumped shares to pay debt. Selling was done today. The last form D was filed on 12/17/19 to pay debt to the same company. They have to file a form D within 15 days of beginning to sell securities.

the OTC markets. I had been in PHOT few times before too but not around year 2013 and 2014. You wanna know what a pink sheet stock scam is? Look into SKTO. I was not hesitant to come back to PHOT lol.

make more sense if Stopdrops Inc. changes its name to Rushnet Inc , not the other way around. No secrets, you can get this with any simple digging on-line.

If the rumored Tier 2, Regulation A securities offering ( As someone posted here and on Twitter out of Rushnet Inc ) comes into play, it makes more sense if Stopdrops initiates the process and offering since it is not a publicly traded company to date. Since the public stock offering is not an over-night process and likely will take up to 12 months to complete, how is that going to affect the near-term S/P of Rushnet stock shareholders?
