The creditors commitee nor the trustee opposed the split.
Shareholders should have opposed the split based on Securities Exchange Commission filings but no one is representing the shareholders interest.

Shareholders never realized or told that 50% of the assets of Bertilimumab will be transferred to Israel.

They are in default of filing the monthly operating statements.

There's no one protecting shareholders interest.

Priority debt holders will receive some payment .

Shareholders again zero.

IMO He's raising the funds needed to buy Cytovia .
