True. From my perspective, if we reach $.50 by end of year, I will be a very happy camper! #1.57 or $2+ for Nasdaq is gravy.
Enjoy the rest of your day homeboy.
CF
Got your VM, Ben. I don't have that capability but completely agree with what you said. Appreciate the message and good to see you at RET* as well.
I'm down so far on RNVA stock from Scamus' amazing business building skills that I could have built a hospital, LOL!
He's taken this to zero, so it should bounce but I'm not holding my breath.
Peace.
CF
Me likes that $1.57 target price! If folks feel that will happen, $.09 is a great entry price. I'm 50k from target and hopefully can pick them off this week.
Plan to be here for the long haul. Bring back Grumpy Pharaoh so I can get my final shares cheaper!!
Peace.
CF
Hey Ben. Good to see you fighting the fight with RNVA still.
Giving money to RNVA through buying shares is equivalent to punching oneself in the face over and over. You eventually become numb to the pain the longer you do it.
At some point, even with Scamus running the show, RNVA should go up just based on the numbers. That's why everyone's still in this casino.
This board is better with you than without.
Peace.
CF
ROLMAO!
Make sure you use your powers for good not evil!
I opened a position with POTN months ago and been adding when it drops but rarely post.
Not a fan of FL based OTC's due to prior lessons learned about their lax oversight of companies, but POTN may be the exception. Time will tell.
Good to see you here or should I say hear!
Peace.
CF
+1. I now rarely post on the board but know you are trying your best to raise questions and want answers to many glaring issues with CELZ. Longs are in quicksand slowly losing their investment as we sink lower month by month without relief.
Many of us have done more than our part over the past 11 months and are way down as a result. It's time for others to put their money where there mouth is and help our team and buy if they truly believe in the company. My AWP is $.017 as I've been buying to help the team for 11 months and now have $111k wrapped up in this sad excuse for a company.
The reality is we had just one real chance to make money on this stock via appreciation in the past year and that was it. Nothing to do with fundamentals (outside of hype from AUA conf), it was a pump and dump which many of us were fully engaged. Lesson learned as I didn't sell as I thought we were a team bound for greater things, yet reality is it's the OTC swamp and you can trust no one.
It's up to DPWW (Warbington and Dickerson) to be honest with shareholders and build trust which is gone as evident by folks not buying millions everyday we sit below sub penny.
To be happy that we are now at $.008 vs $.007 this morning is like saving an item from your home as it burns around you. It's great to save the item and feels good, but the home where it lived is destroyed and will either be rebuilt or be a relic to history. We are QB and supposed to be above a penny yet we can't even stay there due to incessant dilution.
For someone with a MBA in Finance to release a 10k with glaring mistakes which cost $30k or so (of our money) to produce, should raise concern of the longest of shareholders. It's their one report a year to get right and they didn't. That's just one of the multiple recent events that have folks questioning this company. They have responsibility to the shareholders and there actions show otherwise. Dickerson is well aware of my concerns from communications over this past 11 months.
My one allowed post for the day so I can't respond.
Peace.

Ameliorate - To make something bad/unsatisfactory better!
TF, you are a natural leader and bring excellent DD, perspective and rational thought to this board along with positive energy.
I've been here since last July (rarely post) and plan to be here until next July as we are just in the 3rd inning of this ballgame. Will continue to add (900k) last week as it makes sense as I try to do my part for the team.
There are too many things heading the right direction with VRUS now. There will be more big waves coming which should provide thrills to all.
This is an excellent board with so many quality posters. Appreciate everyone's DD and sharing of info so we can win together!
Peace.
CF
Nice to see RETC moving forward. Good job to those on the board who provided perspective, dd and hope in a dark time. This is just the start of a new beginning for RETC.
With Angelo and others having their comp plans so tied to the SP of our stock, they want this to work.
I'm keeping my shares as I finally broke even and like how things are coming together. Time will tell but the roller coaster seems to be heading back up the hill.
Peace.
CF
This board is getting a good feel to it. Getting some good folks aboard our INND train. Who is going to be the conductor???
Peace.
CF
After reading some of your post history, you like to use the word scam a lot. Not to be confused with Spam a lot.
If you have some proof it's a scam from the dd you mention, please provide to us.
Thanks,
CF
LOL! To be honest, I can't give you a reason to invest more with morons. I can't believe I invested so much with morons leading DPWW.
If we can just get states rights act to be granted for cannabis, the doors of opportunity will open and I believe the investment will pay off, even with the tool at the top of the shed running things.
Last time we were around $.03 in December, we had that big push to $.30 plus in a week. So we know what can happen and more with the right catalyst even with more shares in OS.
Peace.
CF
Good article all shareholders should read attached. This is what we're waiting for.
Regardless, Ron Throgmartin only cares about Ron T as evident by his complete lack of regard for shareholders. He set up his comp plan for his benefit (10% of OS irrespective of how much SP drops!).
Nello G and Chris S have the same deal. I don't mind them having good comp plans but not at the total expense and disregard of shareholders who pay their bills!!.
I have 600K shares at a AWP of $.135. You can see, I'm down a lot.
If Diego Pellicer (DPWW) had leadership which reflected even minor care for shareholders and communicated how they plan to strengthen the SP while we wait for cannabis legalization, that would be positive and what respectful leadership of a company would do.
Ron needs to find a company who will buy out DPWW for $.40/share (based on 50M OS) and get the hell out so competent leadership can move this company forward. He can't get it done.
Peace.

I am happy with the progress of INND to date. Remember, there are only a handful of people who work in their HQ. They are a tiny organization trying to do big things quickly.
Regarding the new stores, good DD on Dixon potential new store High and dry. It would make sense as INND is strategically positioning their new stores to cover a large footprint with few locations to start. The I80 corridor has grown a lot in the past 20 years.
If you look at a map and where there stores are located, you will see a picture beginning to form. I expect them to continue this deliberate approach with their next stores.
It will be interesting to see who all is here come September as I expect our revenues to be bearing fruit from the seeds they've planted the past 6 months.
Patience is a virtue, but necessary with INND for us to win the game. The Moore family have almost 60M reasons/shares to get our SP to where it needs to be. I added 75k in the past week and will continue to as it makes sense.
Peace.
CF
Can you articulate what is incorrect in Business Man's or my post on the subject?
Preach!!!!!
Nice add BDIY! I have buy orders in if Ron wants to keep letting the SP drop. Thanks for all your efforts with the board.
Once again, shareholders who read this should contact Ron or Nello direct with any displeasure. Putting it on a board does nothing. Go to the horses mouth and let them know your thoughts. Don't complain if you haven't done so. I say this as it's important.
Peace.
CF
Thank you for making the calls and sharing your DD with the board VP. Agree they need to make sure not to charge so fast so open projects are left not completed.
Attention to detail is key, but tough when you're a small company growing at light speed. That's why I think it's important for the Moore's to look at the family dynamic with having all c-suite positions being within the family. It works better in a private company, but not so well when you're public with shareholders, the SEC and scrutiny that comes with it.
I was very impressed with Matthews shareholder letter as it shows he's growing into the CEO role at his young age. His energy and passion are contagious.
I will continue to add at these prices as our MC relative to emerging revenue streams is very low and we're only in the second inning of a nine inning game.
Peace.
CF
Ah20-DP makes money from leases presently on all properties as stated on their reports. The grow/process facilities are fully operational feeding product to the Colorado dispensary.
Diego Pellicer needs additional Denver dispensaries to maximize the value of the grow/processing facilities.
Washington state won't allow vertical integration so the Seattle store doesn't have the same set-up as Denver. However, it is their flagship store, so it has it's own value.
They don't want to acquire the properties outright until cannabis rules change but have the contracts to do so.
That's why the vertically integrated piece of the puzzle is important.
We just need the rules to change as soon as possible.
Peace.
CF
Great post Lakota! I'm beginning to feel the tide is turning in our favor.

Matthews letter to shareholders is solid. He's grown a lot as a leader in just the 8 months I've been in INND.
The thing that impresses me most every time I watch Matthew in an interview or read his communications is PASSION. He is passionate about hearing and helping people and it comes across in his verbal and written communications.
You can't teach passion and every great company has a leader that exudes passion and energy that's contagious. Couple that with a solid strategy, intelligence and resources and you have a recipe for success.
My concerns lie two fold: The family dynamic with all c-suite positions held by family and using other people's money not as their own.
The Moore family owns their HQ in Roseville, a building I know on Douglas Blvd.,. They live in Granite Bay and own a very nice home. There are options to financing with their assets, rather than the notes. But, what smart businessperson wants to use their money when they can use ours!
I will continue to add shares as my gut tells me, Matthew is so driven, he won't stop until they are a success. So, I'm betting on him to deliver.
Peace.
CF
Nice analysis amigo. I look at this sell off as a good opportunity to add for the future.

It's important that every shareholder write Ron Throgmartin and/or Nello Gonfiantini and let them know we expect more. Ron is a poor excuse for CEO and should have been fired by now. He's an empty suit with an ego.
I have written him multiple times over the past year and let him know very directly my displeasure. They should sell to someone who knows how to build a business at our SP should be at $.20+ at a minimum based on OS, locked shares, the dispensaries which they should purchase, the awards won year after year, etc.,.
I have a large stake in this company and am down a lot having been here for over a 15 months. The company itself is great (awards, great customer reviews, $10M in rev through 2 dispensaries) the value is there. We just need new leadership who understands the shareholders are keeping them afloat and deserve better.
Ron Throgmartin is the issue between success and failure.
So everyone please take 15 minutes and write to them via their website or email. Ron is Ron@diego-pellicer.com.
Peace.
CF
Seaton, I went through your narcissism on CEL* board prior and would prefer not to go through it again here. You don't have to be right all the time and needing your ego stroked.
So do us all a favor and chill.
Peace.
CF
Agreed CJ. I wanted to see if there would be any demand for our stock at the open so I put the 25k bought Monday at $.0875 for sale at $.0875 last night after seeing the 10k knowing it would drop a bit.
The MM's bought that 25k at the open not for my price of $.0875 but at $.0890 first thing this morning before dropping. I ended up buying back that 25k after MM's passed over my buy order at 66 on it's way to low of 63.
If INND was not strong, the MM's wouldn't have filled my order at more than I paid right when it was going to drop. They would have never filled it.
Moral of the story. Buy the dips, hold your shares tight and be patient as we are in the second inning of a nine inning game.
Peace.
CF
Sleek, thank you for all the solid DD you share with the board. Gave you a mark.
Curious if anyone else on the board received an invite from Marco Alfonsi to join his Alignable network??
I was not even aware of Alignable until receiving the notice but just looked at the site and it's a advertising/awareness network tool.
Looking forward to continuing on the CANB train as we pick up speed this year.
Peace.
CF
Nice to have you on the INND board Carjockey2 to provide intelligence, insight and humor. We are lucky to have the devil on our side!
Peace.
CF
Not sure what you're on about. Have you read the 10k yet? I suggest all shareholders read the document.
There were many positive developments in 2018 as per the report one of which is turning a profit in an industry where few are able. That's without us having acquired the dispensaries.
Once cannabis banking rules change federally or States Rights is implemented with respect to cannabis, the door opens and Diego Pellicer will move forward, acquire their dispensaries and put that $10M in revenue on the balance sheet.
DPWW's leadership has their incentive in stock to get the price to the highest level they can. But, they need to be vigilant and smart with available resources and not dilute shares as that doesn't help the SP or their payout.
I want to see the new Denver store up and running as Diego Pellicer as soon as possible. That will bring us to 3 retail and 2 grow/processing facilities.
We are heading the right way. Just need some key pieces to fall in place and it's off to the races.
Enjoy the day.
CF
With JMM in the house, good things are coming to VRUS!
Enjoy the day brother and hope all's well in beautiful SLO.

CF
Thank you for the nice PM Pro-Life. I don't have that capability but appreciate your note. Gave you a mark back as you're one of the solid folks on the board.
Peace.
CF
I gave you mark #250 as it's well deserved!
Go INND!
True my friend. Go back to being grumpy!!
I have 100k shares left to get to my goal and now that you're happy, it's getting much more expensive to reach that target.
Bring back Grumpy Pharaoh for a few days so I can complete my mission and we can ride the INND train together to the promise land.
Peace.
CF
Thanks for the note and mark Estate1. This board has a core of solid investors with intelligence, integrity and excellent DD skills.
I think it's due to the strong presence of Canadians! Not sure what province you're in, but great country and better people.
My parents met and married in Vancouver, BC before moving to California where my brother and I were born and raised.
Enjoy the day and go VRUS!
CF
Great day to add as many have. Picked up 25k so I could get closer to my share goal and realize it will require paying more which is OK.
If you truly believe INND is getting ready for bigger and better things, $.08 will look like a bargain in 6 months.
In case we have more sellers, I have 75k in 2 orders at $.077 still waiting to be filled if it drops to that level.
Shares continue to move from weak to strong hands which bodes well for those who plan to be here until the end of 2019.
Peace.
CF
Agreed. We have been holding in this channel for awhile. With any positive news and attention from the investment community and we move north quickly. Such a low float and OS relative to 95% of OTC stocks.
Our time will come quiqley as patience will pay rewards. I'm here for the long haul and know with cannabis rules changes, we will find our true SP home for DPWW and that's a lot higher than $.05.
I'll keep adding periodically. Now up to 700k shares.
Peace.
CF
Hey all, I rarely post on the board but have been a shareholder since last July. So, I've been with you on the roller coaster ride.
We have a great leadership, investment and IR team which are just starting to get this ship heading the right direction finally. I added 500K yesterday at $.0126 and added again today at $.01.
I'm amazed at how quickly some folks lose faith just because the stock is dropping a bit. It's actually settling in and will move forward as we get news.
I don't worry about their long term success. It will happen. Folks just need to be patient and if you are a long, add now.
In 6 months these prices will look very reasonable.
Peace.
CF
There are positives and negatives for anyone who takes the time to read and digest the 10k. There are areas of concern and those of encouragement.
How RETC develops the newly acquired revenue streams from here, along with expense/debt management, will tell the story.
For those who hold, there's an opportunity to see how this next chapter of RETC unfolds. Others can sell and move to other opportunities.
I plan to hold and see how things go as I'm not down much and see the path from here to a solid future for RETC.
Peace.
CF
We will all see the results as they are published. You should buy in soon and join us for this long train ride.
I know your abilities from TRTC. You can add to the board BM.
This is not a good company to flip as it's just getting traction on multiple fronts which will provide solid revenue each Q going forward.
Many of us have been in for awhile and have a strong idea where this is going now.
GLTY.

Great OJ. Thanks for giving a shout out.
