They ceased operations
Elio just released their big news and it's exciting.
Management just issued an update.
Much smarter than the great doctor.
Inform us on why it's interesting
Plus, he put the company $17M more into debt while getting paid $250k. All while doing nothing and hiding from the general public.
Too bad Elio is talking about bankruptcy in the next year. They might have been a candidate but even when they were awash in cash, they never met the criteria. Now they have gone so low, it's over.
Makes zero sense. Try again.
Why? They have nothing to offer.
It never stopped trading. I guess you do not understand stocks.
It's on the website.
New update, check Moller website. Exciting
SEC fined Moller back in 2003. That's super old news. As for the fire. That was three years ago. Moller International was not even close to where the fire happened. That was his personal residence, nothing to do with the company as the ones that burned up were the ones he built in the 60's. The latest ones are safe and secure at the Moller International headquarters.
Who is "they"
They ceased operations.
I just got the latest update from the management.
He's 48.
I will make it happen as long as you help. So here's the deal. Contact the great doctor. Tell him to resume operations, then show progress and make a real VOTL that we all (investors) can see operate in person. Then we will invest. unless that happens, it's not going to happen. So your $100 PPS will happen if you act upon it. I look forward to you doing this as this will make us all rich.
I know of number of people that can. It is realistic. Just Moller needs to act upon it but since they have ceased operations, the interest is gone. They need to resume operations and the money will flood in.
As for the shares, just look at the SEC filings and you’ll get your answer. Now you’ll never need to wonder again.
No news since they ceased operations. When there is news, you will hear it first.
Moller has ceased operations. They sourced an engine from Freedom Moller. That company is centering it’s resources on something else. Not Moller. Please read the latest updates and contact them directly. You will get some excellent updates.
What’s the speculation? We know the facts, so let’s speculate.
What’s the speculation? We know the facts, so let’s speculate.
Here’s the good news.
1. They ceased operations. Nothing is going on.
2. Future plans that soon, an investment firm or a rich person will give them a bunch of money so they can start up operations.
3. When #2 happens, they will update everyone on their website as to their plans.
4. Current efforts center around Freedom Motors (a separate company).
There you go. You will have to wait for the updates as soon as they happen. I suggest you spread the news and use your connections to get someone to infuse a pile of cash into this operation. Until you can do that, no updates.
Moller has ceased operations. Contact the great doctor directly and he will update you on the exciting latest news.
Moller has ceased operations. They already reported that.
Moller has ceased operations.
What patents? I'm really interested in these patents and you know what they are. I can;t find them but I know you will for me. Thanks in advance.
It would be safe to say, they will not post here. Company has ceased operations and the stock was delisted. So, the shareholders have moved on as pretty much all of them lost a bundle Think about it, it's coming up on a year that you started this board and not a single one has commented.
Can't be a shareholders post. If it was, then the shareholders would just contact the single employee and get the answers they are looking for. So, why don't you do that? Is there another reason. Maybe, just trying to stir up interest in a company that has officially ceased operations? I ask you, who would want to invest in something like that?
Since they just announced it, then seeing it at a dollar is good. Too the moon we go. Elio is ready to go!
They have been doing that for the last 20 years. So you are late to the game and missed out on that opportunity.
Don't need to wonder, they already told you what is going on. So all we can do is wait for a rich dude to throw money at the one employee who is the company. If that ever happens, you can be confident, he will tell everyone with lots of press releases.
I found it. It was over three years ago on Startengine. They sold FM stock for $1.50/share and raised about $106K. Also, in the comments section, FM said over a year ago, that Moller has suspended operations. FM is just an engine company that could supply engines to Moller but that won't happen until they start up operations. When you suspend operations, everyone is let go (except for the owner). Then the owner goes out and asks for money. Plus, the money raised by FM was never intended to go to MI.
As you can see, that's the reason why I told you to contact the great doctor as asking for "management" to do something will never work as there is no management. Just the owner.
Freedom Motors is a separate company from Moller. So, it doesn't matter how much Freedom Motors raised. We are talking about Moller. Plus, direct me to this fundraising page as I want to see how many thousands they raised. As for most of those pages, if you don;t reach your goal in a certain period of time, you do not get the money, it goes back to the people. Maybe they had a super special one that allows them to keep whatever comes in. I await your information.
The company is so broke they can't afford to produce the financials. Unless someone gives them the money to do so, you will never see another filing from them. The last filing was over 6 years ago. The last communication from the company was 2 years ago. If they are actually still in business, they sure are keeping it a secret from everyone on the planet.
So it's Covid as the latest excuse. I suspect it'll be Ukraine next as they probably had some mysterious deal with them but the latest invasion is delaying their grand plans.
Only three patents (one is just a design patent). Two will be gone really soon and the design patent, is outdated. So they are worth about $1 each.
You'll need to contact the company as they do not read these forums. So you are doing it wrong by asking here.
