This very thing is what makes me hold on to my shares. Who are the other 3 strategic bidders and the financial bidder. Why did they leak 2 of the names. Why did Eno say no acceptable offer when they finally revealed that Ptt and Greenfield's bids were much higher than $4.3. Could KKR be one of those concealed bidders? We had someone said KKR bought Bioa when everybody else guessed ADM. So many questions, no answer.
I just know that there is no way $4.3 is the final price, 'cause their assets are much more than their debts.

LCYGF has never traded in the US. The stock (Ticker 1704) was delisted from Taiwanese SE after being acquired by KKR-led consortium in January 2019.
