With todays PR and the upcoming CTIA show, I believe that that only thing holding us up for a HUGE upward swing is the announcement that QODE is going to be pre-embedded on a handset.How nice would that be to have that announced next week by one of the big handset manufacturer's.

jonesieatl, I belive every long here is just getting completewly fed up with those that are only here to bash this. I bought into NEOM because of their patents and the technology. Nothing has changed there, sure they bit off more then they could chew and they are paying dearly for that now.What is exciting is the changes they have made and are going to be made, not to mention the people they have brought in to help turn this around. Those that throw out the BK word dont have a clue as far as I am concerned.There is no way Cornell is going to let that happen. One need only to look at the PP to see that he is extremely concerned with NEOM and his lack of coverage on his blog, he knows that that is going to bite him in the ass real soon.
The filing that is coming out will probably be better then some here are expecting, for others it will be real close to what they were expecting, me, Im waiting for the PR from MC2 in conjunction with the other PR'S from those in attendance, then hang on!

So do I, you can bet that there will be those that are going to sell pending the filing tomorrow..me, im holdin tight and adding on...
