Can someone please write to WB and ask him to grant me 500,000 option shares at .20, as I am getting SICK of the continued dilution and lack of respect for all non-nigerian stock holders.
that is one ugly chart, doesn't look better after today.
Our Mission
Our mission is to build shareholder value through identifying and securing upstream oil and gas business opportunities in West Africa, and establish the company’s reputation as a responsible member of the international oil and gas business community.
Does this sound like what is being done?
From ERHC values page:
* provide clear vision, focus and communication
here is a hint for you doctor--
don't read anything written here on the weekend, that will cut down on much of the flotsam and jetsam, debris and drek.
Any word from Walter, SEO, Carol or frank?
If it is not for sale under any circumstances, SEO ain't the businessman some here believe.
Spec, I checked out friday, but wanted to say that somehow, WB is going to be compensated for making the deal with Sinopec, and wrapping up the signings and starting to get the company on a professional footing. 200K a year ain't gonna do it.
That is what I was thinking, however; there may be a legal way to arrange this transaction depending on timing and a few other variables.
BB was (I think) expalining, by reference to some of Umbra's writings, that WB is getting compensated (probably) in the Feltang stock deal.
If this is the wrong idea, please let me know BB.
I'm starting to feel like Rancho. Who is Feltang, how much did we pay them AND FOR WHAT?
NO such filing of an SB/2 has been made with the SEC as of this date. This particular filing has been "just around the corner" since last September. Believe it when you see it.
I wondered who the H is Feltang, and never got any kind of answer. This is a strange looking detail, but the jubilation of actually filing a 10 q got me shouted down.

Elsewhere, Norwegian company Fred Olsen Energy ASA said eight of its workers have been kidnapped from a rig in Nigeria, in the latest action by a group aiming to keep more of Nigeria's oil profits within the country.
That news came after Shell said it's investigating an oil spill at its Nigerian operations that has led to 50,000 barrels of oil a day being shut in, a spokesman said Friday. Shell said it's not clear if the spill has been caused by the group of militants, whose attacks have cut production by more than 500,000 barrels a day.
8 westerners kidnapped off rig off coast of Nigeria. This will not be viewed as good news. (saw this on the TV)
WAALTER,
Don't make me come back there, you better start talking. I mean it,once I count to 10 you're gonna wish you had. Walter, don't ignore me, you won't be going anywhere. I'm gettin tired of this now....

10Q Last thing filed w SEC for ERHE.
I don't think he said CVX made a mistake. he said they drilled off structure to find out what they didn't know. GPS aside, the statement meant to say that they drilled off structure on purpose. I don't know what their purpose was maybe to establish value in blk 1 and 2.
Close at .575 Cheers (cheers?)
Meridian was run off for being a general pain in the ssa--even though it was true, I voted in the survey against getting rid of him.
i think the big question we have to answer is how to get the management of our company to be a little more responsive to the need for information.
You can build a better mousetrap and not have anyone drop by.
Strategery--
The Blind Men and the Elephant
by John Godfrey Saxe (1816-1887)
It was six men of Indostan
To learning much inclined,
Who went to see the Elephant
(Though all of them were blind),
That each by observation <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
Might satisfy his mind.
The First approached the Elephant,
And happening to fall
Against his broad and sturdy side,
At once began to bawl:
"God bless me! but the Elephant
Is very like a WALL!"
The Second, feeling of the tusk,
Cried, "Ho, what have we here,
So very round and smooth and sharp?
To me 'tis mighty clear
This wonder of an Elephant
Is very like a SPEAR!"
The Third approached the animal,
And happening to take
The squirming trunk within his hands,
Thus boldly up and spake:
"I see," quoth he, "the Elephant
Is very like a SNAKE!"
The Fourth reached out an eager hand,
And felt about the knee
"What most this wondrous beast is like
Is mighty plain," quoth he:
"'Tis clear enough the Elephant
Is very like a TREE!"
The Fifth, who chanced to touch the ear,
Said: "E'en the blindest man
Can tell what this resembles most;
Deny the fact who can,
This marvel of an Elephant
Is very like a FAN!"
The Sixth no sooner had begun
About the beast to grope,
Than seizing on the swinging tail
That fell within his scope,
"I see," quoth he, "the Elephant
Is very like a ROPE!"
And so these men of Indostan
Disputed loud and long,
Each in his own opinion
Exceeding stiff and strong,
Though each was partly in the right,
And all were in the wrong!
I think the question is...
was she forthcoming?
s'il vous plait, mon chere
angry, please keep posting, also oilphant and umbra (I would even welcome back a less adversarial Meridian)
Opinions are what is the staple here. Facts you can get from the company--Oh, no I've just been informed you can't get facts from the company (or anything else)
I really don't see how anyone could view this as a pump & dump (a charge I have heard many times)--the company doesn't say anything.
Strategery--
I assume you have heard the story of the 4 blind men describing an ELEPHANT?
and your sells too.
Let us know when your oil soaked drinkin buddy is intown-- invite im to the board.
I certainly don't know what it will take to get this stock to move in a positive direction.
1. Made some money, accd to 10q
2. Perfected rights to blocks 2, 3, 4
3. The neighbors have oil (CVXOM)
WTF??
1/2 this 1/2 that , looks like to day is going to the negative crowd. Down -.05, I would say that CVXs poor mouthing has had the intended effect.
Nuts, I'm holding.
your instruction is somewhat ambiguous and will allow the 1/2 to flow out if followed in a way not intended by you.
Shortly I am hoping this glass will overflow.
Well from the trading it looks like 1/2 is right. Not 1/2 full, not 1/2 empty--1/2 of 0 no real action.
As HLSHBull observed about this argument, at least we have twice as much glass as we need.
Someone has said it here before, but just to recap, I do not think that we should in any way depend on CVXOM to help us. We need to do our own drilling, testing, our own communication, and our own PRs.
Don't think the majors will do anything to help Nigeria or ERHE. They are hoping that the current agreement will fall on its ass, and they will be able to offer their assistance.
So...nothing happened again today?
They do indeed.
Getting a handle on management can be one of the most difficult parts of evaluating companies and their stocks. We know we want "good" management, at the very least -- but how do you determine what's good? Annual letters to shareholders might now be a good place to start. Consider an absence of candor a potential red flag. (To learn more, you might want to read Identifying Effective Management and The Secret of Superior Stocks.)
~taken from a Motley fool article. (One that I AGREE with)
I know that it is my fault we didn't have a better day, so I want to apologize and once again blame it on crazyasallgetout.
Chavez is certainly no friend of the US in almost any respect. Can't see him making this deal with us, maybe with France.
Strass, Please see my post 54483. I thought WB comp was included (200K plus options) but I must admit I did not read it with an eye for every detail.
cannot find anything about feltang--
found this though:
Roughly 400,000 companies were on the offshore registry by yearend 2000. The adoption of a comprehensive insurance law in late 1994, which provides a blanket of confidentiality with regulated statutory gateways for investigation of criminal offenses, made the British Virgin Islands even more attractive to international business.
so, there are a whole lotta businesses located in BVI.
Ok, thanks.
There is a lawsuit involving Lakeshore, but the search warrant is something different.
