To get the true direction of this company all you have to do is read the recent S-1 filing, and pay attention to every italicized statement. Those statements pretty much sum up where this company is going, and in the companies own words. Quite telling, and not forward looking statements.

Plain and simple, this is just another OTC pump & dump scam in the works. The company can't pay it's bills, yet can use shareholders money for property purchases and 100% pay increases.

Kbaz, it's simple, personal gain. The officers get paid every month regardless. The R&D is outsourced, so why 7,000 per month for a very,very small start up company's officers to get such a pay increase? That's over 350,000 per year for a company with no revenue

Sorry for your loss Atom, but you made the right choice at this point. This company is a pump & dump and a total scam. The only thing it has been good for is continual flipping. Once again there will be no good news other than for the companies new property purchases and 100% pay increases. Thanks Phenix, we saw that also, but that is not the address OWCP uses. Even the latest change to the website, and S-1 filings is in a residential area. The address they use is clearly a house. If it was in the BSR Tower, we would have found that listed in the occupancy records that list all entities that rent space there. OWCP is not listed at all, and that is reflected in the fact there is no floor or suit number listed. We would think, there should be no confusion at all as to the exact location of the companies business office. The address used on anything filed by the company is 2,Ben Gurion street. The towers address is listed at 2, David Ben Gurion Road

something that we find interesting:
the company on it's website, all filings with the SEC, 8k's, 10k's etc, clearly list the company address as
2, Ben Gurion St. 5257334 Ramat Gan, Israel
this is clearly via Goggle a house in a residential area

the Towers address is

for the BSR Towers

Nowhere can we find a floor, suit, office number for the company in the towers which should be in the company address if that's where everyone believes the company is. Based on what the company listed as its address, OWCP office is located in a house in a residential area.

The recent S-1 filling also states the company purchased property twice in 2017. What property, and why does the company need to purchase property if all R&D is being done through outside entities?

In the filling also, besides stock compensation, officers were receiving 3,000 per month in monetary payment that was increased to 7,000 per month in monetary payment.

IOP, these questions deserve clarification, and maybe some of the experts here can do just that.

Hoping to get a logical explanation:
#1 The address listed on the recent S-1 is clearly an up scale residential area and home, and not the same address as the towers although the addresses are similar.
#2 also stated in the S-1, the company purchased 2 properties

We are sensing some dissention within this message board. It sure seems like quite a few have changed there opinions on this company. It might be time to asses our holdings before any major exit by shareholders. Any positive input besides the fantasy back and forth would be appreciated.

Wow, It was clearly posted that a letter requesting some clarification was sent over 5 weeks ago. It was sent to the address posted, yet forwarded to another address. Our mail is delivered in the pm, and a hand written reply was delivered yesterday pm. So where do you people come up with all your laughable replies? You can believe what you want, and we have no obligation at all to share our effort with anyone other than our group. We have the right just like everyone here to get straight facts about our investment that is quite large. We joined this board as what we thought would be an advantageous move to broaden our knowledge base on this upcoming sector. In reality, it is more like a preschool class reading a fantasy book. It is obvious now, we made a big mistake thinking there were any serious investors here.

Great volume today and quick order filling. Looking at a total of 250,000 give or take in large blocks. So far 189,652 has been filled and AON does slow down those fills. However, we have not made any small block orders. Hoping to reach our total fill before close.

choney, not picking any battle. just pointing out the correct location of the company address. it is not in a tower, but a residential area as listed on the filing. I guess if the company address turned out to be a vacant lot, that would not matter.

Bank, we wrote an extensive letter weeks ago to the company asking for clarification on many questions we had. As of today, we have not received any reply. Our group knows the same as everyone else here. What we do have is very experienced retirees from different fields, who have pinpointed certain questions that should be answered in a professional way by the company.
Your opinion on the wording shows what we were questioning. It can be read a couple different ways. This was pointed out to us by the two attorneys on our board. It would clearly be questioned on any legal document as to the actual meaning of the phrase, and it's use. Since it was on the website, the company can say what it wants and leave it up to the reader to define it's meaning. However, in a legal sense, it would not fly

And to even say there are language barriers at times is complete idiousy. If that is the case, how could the company file any patents, communicate accurately, publish any medical R&D, file any required government paperwork etc, etc, etc

Good morning everyone! I had an interesting conversation last evening with two of our board members who are retired attorneys. One, contractual law and the other general law. Neither were included in the groups last two days of buying OWCP shares. After some general discussion of the company, each went over the new up dated website. Both commented that it did not look very professional, and could use a better web designer to draw more attention to those unfamiliar with this emerging company.
The big question from both was the wording chosen on the products page. Each replied it was very misleading, and did not fit at all with the current status of the company and its non market ready products. Both brought questions as to how the company could make such broad statements with pending patents and uncompleted data on the products posted.
Since our group is new to message boards, maybe someone here could explain how they view the wording, and why it was posted in such a way.

Big news! they finally updated the website. What we find interesting is the products page. Lots of "We are providing", even with pictures, comments of products that haven't been approved or market ready yet. Seems very misleading to us that they would state that information without having any actual products yet.
