I dont believe PM could buy HCMC right now. Considering they are involved in a law suit with them right now it could be considered manipulation or insider trading. Just my opinion.

Just called transfer agent to get a current OS. They asked what company and they immediately said they have been told to not give updates but once a month and I need to contact HCMC direct. Wonder if they added again?

I believe that is retail coming through Schwab. You can't buy or sell more than 999999 at a time through them.

Please correct if wrong but it appears they have delayed a dump of a high amount of shares until the end of June. The four people involved eliminated what was due to vest today in exchange for billions of stock. That stock appears to have come from executives at the rate of 12.5% each. The new stock will now be vested at the end of each month beginning the end of June for the next 7 months. So they can dump at the end of each month but only 1/7th. Still a whole bunch of shares each month. Thats not good. Just my opinion and I may be reading this completely wrong.

For over 30 days now I have seen buys of 30 million or more. People are dropping over 50k -100k at a time. Ask yourself...who has that kind of money? I say someone with that kind of money is an experienced trader and business man or woman. Institutions recently purchased over 5 million dollars worth at .0024. Do you really think they would risk that on a whim? This is a real company that is pink exempt. That means they have over 6million average revenue over three years and they have a lawsuit against PM. Stop worrying and listening to bashers. It will be fine. The low price now is pure manipulation. Just my opinion.

The fact that TD "blocked" buying and selling is the whole point of the lawsuit. When you signed the contract to have them buy and sell for you they are required by law to do so. TD said basically their mm stopped providing the stock. Well according to the contract we all signed withTD and per regulations, they were required to go to another mm to execute our orders. They did not. THAT is why they will lose this case. Be sure to contact the class action attorney if they did that to you.

UPDATE TO CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!
For those of you who have already contacted the attorneys for the class action lawsuit you probably received the update today from Alex. If you have not, the class action is now being moved to federal court and it is now at least $50,000,000. The attorney is also looking for others that had other stocks that TD blocked the trading of back in February. Please see the details in the above sticky to contact the attorneys.

You are absolutely correct marlin...and if it gets to .05, many will be very happy with new cars etc. I agree lawyers are expensive and I did expect their fees. If you notice the sticky on top, I have a class action against TD Ameritrade over this. So yup, I expected 30% cut for attorneys. I didnt expect a third company coming out of the woodwork to take a cut though. Doesnt matter. I will make money on my 811,000 that I got at .0008! Wish you well and may your board always be green!

The new video from jawbone has given me pause and concern. Depending on what the deal is with nu, the amount of award that shareholders actually see when hcmc wins is dwindling every day. I personally thought 10 cents to a quarter was a slam dunk. Now I am not so sure. The lawyers will probably take 20-30% right off the top. Now we find out the two dudes that designed the product have a contract to receive a percentage. Question is how much? Either way, it definitely hurts the small investor like me. They (people controlling all of this) really don't want us to make any money. Now add in all of the shareholders that have over 10 million. As soon as the price gets to .05, a lot of them will dump to make their money. I just don't see how this can be the zip code changer I thought it was. I will hold my 811000 shares to see but I have pulled my buys off. All just my opinion.

People say pump and dump...It seems to me, 5 million was recently spent buy institutional around .0022-.0024. I dont think the big boys fall for pump and dump schemes. Just my humble opinion...

You can't get into grocery stores and open a bunch of c stores all at once. You can't handle the volume. That is why Tony is doing it gradually. Once they have the income they will expand production. This is the right way. You don't want to be known as a company that can't fill orders when requested. I believe in two years this will be over $1. Just my opinion.

I am not an attorney but I am smart enough to listen what they say. They have ALL said that after HCMC files their response to PM motion to dismiss(that is what was filed today), PM has one more chance to rebut HCMC and that is due by April 16th. At that point the judge will either grant the motion to dismiss or he will deny it. If denied, the court process will begin.

Don't know if anyone caught this but when speaking about the Iqos they mentioned they are redesigning and switching to a different induction (heating) system. That is HUGE! That would mean they would not need to buy the rights from HCMC or buy the company. Now all they will have to worry about is coming up with a settlement for infringement of HCMC patent for a year or two. That is not going to be the billions people are speaking of nor will it be the catalyst taking this "to the moon" like so many people say. I truly believe that is what will happen...PM will patent their own technology to heat it. Just my opinion.

I dont believe that is correct. The extension was for the due date of hcmc response to PM reasons for asking for the dismissal motion. PM then has until April 16th for one final response to hcmc. The judge will then decide on whether to dismiss. In terms of the joint extension? From what I have seen lawyers posting, that is common practice for the first motion to dismiss as a way of starting out with respect from both parties.
