I'm thinkin there's NO DEAL AT ALL because why would the company be putting out news on Twitter? Seems fishy, just do a PR? Many of the otc stocks don't really strike deals... in my opinion.

I've seen major drops when deal isn't done, that's why I don't buy until deal is actually done! Right now it's just all speculation. In my opinion
