So obvious.
Maybe so, but she still confirmed the information that another poster mentioned. You seem concerned today. Is there a reason why?
Because there is not other explanation for your actions Alan. That is why!
Ofri provided Munro's actual phone #. In my opinion, he must be working for one of the convertible lenders. Why else would he be privy to so much of the CEOs private information.
You seem more desperate than usual today! Why?
Thanks for the info. I spoke with the IR lady (Judy) last week and she mentioned the same things you noted.
I think the asset sale will really move the needle and they are waiting to release that and other contract news before doing the RS. The shorts and debt holders know this and they are trying to spook the retail shareholders in to selling. Do't be fooled!
I honestly don't see this going much lower because the reduction of debt from the next asset sale will increase the EPS which will cancel out the negative effects of the RS and further dilution. The market cap should continue to rise regardless of the upcoming round of share conversions IMO
Here are the loans maturing this year from the 10K:
8% convertible promissory note, London Bay - VL Holding Company, LLC, unsecured, maturing October
2017 $7,408,000
8% convertible promissory note, WV VL Holding Corp., unsecured, maturing October 2017 $7,003,000
8% convertible promissory note, Tim Hannibal, unsecured, maturing October 2017 $1,215,000
The total is about $16M. My guess is the next asset sale will take out at least one of the bigger loans, then dilution will pay the others. If that happens, the market cap will increase!
Very astute observation Alan. NITE is dropping the bid and working hand in hand with your company.
Great tech analysis video from 4/5:
Funny, I trust eTRADE over eSignal any day of the week. The questions are, did eSignal actually show a DOJI on the daily chart and a close above the 50SMA on 4/4? Or, not?
Clay - Can you explain why eTRADE and Barchart.com did not show a DOJI on 4/4 for ICLD? It also closed below the 50MA on that day? If your chart was in error, you should notify your viewers of the mistake. It's ok to make an error!
They are weeding out the weak holders and strengthening the base prior to launch!
You not any "gal" at all. You are a 60 - 75 year old man and are one of the convertible debt holders.
Oy Vey!!!
I'm still looking for my DOJI!
I'm thinking Clay will find a DOJI again today! Yes!!
Dude, you sound like a 70 year old man calling people "peeps" who are you kidding? We all know you work for or are the convertible lender. Duh!
CDEL is pushing up the bid
He seems to be credible, that is why the fake DOJI is confusing. Maybe he can save face and clarify?
Just trying to keep it real. If there was a Doji, why don't any charting tools show it but Clay's? It is important to post accurate information. Don't you agree Moe?
No Doji yesterday per Barchart.com
https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/ICLD/interactive-chart
What's up with that Clay?
Hi Clay - Did the ICLD Doji form after hours? I didn't see it on eTRADE, as the price seemed to close below the 50 day. Can you clarify?
Who else did not see a doji yesterday? eTRADE showed a close below the 50MA
Bogus Cisco article and Clay's doji that did not appear on any other chart but his! Yesterday was fun! LOL
The Cisco article was computer generated and had absolutely nothing to do with ICLD. It is gibberish!
Clay - I did not see a doji on yesterday's daily chart for ICLD. Moreover, the price closed at .0256 and the 50SMA was at .0267. Your video showed a doji candle with the closing price above the 50SMA. What data were you using for the chart. Was it an after hours price?
So are you suggesting they could have bought back shares with the $4M from the asset sale that closed recently?
Good point. Maybe from an asset sale?
They can buy back shares now that all AS is distributed and they probably are. Could explain the 7M share reduction last week.
Maybe lower 2s briefly before launch.
Agree totally
NITE and CDEL have been buying a ton of shares on L2 for the last two weeks. Anyone know who their typical customers are? A month ago it was VNDM, but they are sitting back now that dilution is done. I'm wondering who NITE and CDEL typically trade on behalf of if anyone can shed light?
I hope everyone realizes that today's action will amount to only $300K dollar volume max. It does not meat $hit! It shows that no one is selling and the debt holders, MMs and probably Munro himself is accumulating via a surrogate. I know that would be illegal! Haha! Anyway, the base is strong and they will let if fly when enough shares are in the hands of the powers controlling this bad boy!
The low market cap is crippling ICLDs ability to secure any alternative financing. They know that and MUST have a plan to increase the PPS. Otherwise the market cap will instantly be cut in half once the RS is announced since the debt holders get a 50%-60% discount on the share price at conversion. I'm still holding strong that they will release positive news before or in conjunction with the RS announcement.
No reply from AJ as expected. Score today is DJ: 1 / AJ: Goose egg
But, if I sell then I will help Munro perpetuate his stock death spiral scheme and in turn help him dilute more shares and make for $$. I thought you goal was to hamper Munro's progress? Can you clarify how if I sell my holdings that would hurt Munro and thus help you with your goal of getting revenge in ICLD? Please try to focus on that question if you care to reply...
So, I read your articles. But it still does not explain how you motive to "bury the company" in one of your posts, aligns with the stock going down. You stated that Munro is in bed with the toxic debt holders and makes money from the arrangement. Therefore, one can conclude your bashing to try to push the stock down and also helping Munro at the same time. It really doesn't add up. You need to clarify what your end goal is and more importantly how it would affect Munro's wallet. Seems like you are helping him based on your previous comments in how he derives his wealth. I'm sure many other are confused by your riddles.
Previously, you stated your constant negative posts were motivated by your need for revenge on the CEO. You also stated that Munro makes money when the stock goes down because he works hand in hand with the toxic lenders and Shooker is his business associate. Well, then wouldn't Munro make more money if the stock goes down? If so, how again does that equate to you getting revenge when you admit the toxic death spiral works to Munro's advantage? There seems to be a disconnect between your stated motive and the end result.
