Thanks now I have Thin Lizzy songs stuck in my head.
Martin Shkreli is NOT involved with Vyera, or the Vyera/Cytodyn deal in any way, shape or form. No matter how many times you try to print it, IT'S NOT TRUE.
Yep this thing is dead. Just shoot it.
Yep. Completely agree.
In connection with the Merger, BioPharmX intends to file a Form S-4 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) that will contain a prospectus to register the BioPharmX shares to be issued to Timber's members in the Merger and a proxy statement for use in connection with the special meeting of BioPharmX stockholders that will be called to consider and vote upon the Merger and related matters. Further, the Form S-4 registration statement will describe a proposed reverse stock split of the post-Merger outstanding common stock of BioPharmX (in a ratio to be determined), which shall also be subject to approval by the BioPharmX stockholders at the special stockholders' meeting.
Go to otcmarkets.com and search BPMX, click on “disclosure” and scroll down to the SEC filings from this week.... 8-k and 425. It’s all there.
If you read the SEC filings released this week it clearly states they plan to perform a R/S for BPMX shareholders but it needs to be approved by shareholders first.
Couldn’t agree more, I’m right there with you.
I think you guys are misunderstanding Mandarin’s posts....don’t think there was anything there advocating for a R/S.....actually quite the opposite. (To counter A-17 posts)
What??
North of $1.00 would be a good thing....
Unfortunately I’m long pre-split so holding the big bag. Ugh.
If this happens, any thoughts on buyout PPS?
Yes indeed, things are lining up nicely here. The science and results continue to support what you have written. Well put, and good luck to all who believe this will come to full fruition. Patients deserve it.
However, once CYDY gets Leronlimab approved, it will eventually render Gilead’s toxic drugs irrelevant, and CYDY will assume their market for a virtual swap in position. Wouldn’t that be something?
Let’s see where it opens on Monday...
Yeah, I get it, just cracked me up. Guess nobody is fact-checking these days before they produce these articles, and removes all credibility.
“Canadian”? Lol. That would be Vancouver, Washington....
Lol no doubt. That’s ok, still great to see it here.
Man, your tenacity to stir the pot here never ceases to amaze me.
Lol.
Just an FYI, Leronlimab is a phase 3 primary endpoint-met molecule with zero serious AEs or resistance....
BLA submission imminent....
Manufacturing arrangements and sales already negotiated and in place.
Nice try though.
Amen Saltz
how's that working out for you here?
Or Gilead
I can visualize Nader hitting the “delete” button as soon as he read #6.....
The wine should be free, after all Dennis Berger owns Yamhill Valley Vineyards.
“Cathartic”. Best word for this Monday I’ve heard. Lol!
Hi BL. Thanks for the great summary, appreciate it. I’ve been here a long time, so I get it.
The head scratching isn’t about what we know, it’s about what we don’t know...that has gotten us to this point. (RP is just one example)
Best of luck to all of us, next 6-12 months will be pivotal one way or another.
It certainly is a head-scratcher.
Bingo. Winner winner chicken dinner.
That would be the “this just isn’t adding up” part.
Yes of course I realize NP hands the questions to Christine...that’s my point
The RP situation is ugly no matter how it’s sliced....he should still be (officially) in the mix and on the team here. I hate using the word “hope” for investments, but I hope the newly involved cancer physicians can take the ball into the end zone. (And spike it).
Agree Saltz, and to add not a word today about the “deal” and the NP-imposed “6 weeks”... Christine was well-behaved today and avoided the topic altogether.
The holiday season will surely stop anything else for the rest of 2019 at this point...
So on to 2020.
We’ve all met those people who constantly talk just to hear the sound of their own voice, so.....
I believe he said Samsung clinical grade by mid 2020, commercial grade by end of 2020. He mistakenly said 2021 when asked about this again during the Q&A....
But they already have a boat-load (non technical term) of commercial grade product sitting in storage waiting to go....
Agree with most all of what you said here, but to be honest, they did hire a guy that was supposedly very accomplished and an expert at taking a biotech through the development and FDA and acquisition process...Tony C....and look how that turned out. What the heck happened there? Was he just put there by BP to sabotage CYDY from within? Why did he seem to stop all progress, and why did he leave? All a mystery.....
Not sure what the answer is, but after the debacle with RP, (I assume it will turn out that it really was a debacle), I’m not sure anyone can be trusted to come in and have the integrity to be trusted to take this to the finish line better than NP...even with all the flaws.
Still a lot of questions to be answered for sure.
Exactly my thoughts....her statement almost beg NP, CYDY and it’s shareholders to please just sell the company for $2/share...after all, that’s a really good deal!
Are sos and Ludwig your cats?
“IF BP owns a product that they can sell for a profit, they don’t need ours”
....until patients discover that their is a new product available that won’t destroy their livers and make them throw up every day....generally speaking.
Just here to help. Cheers!
Maybe Nader just bought after reading Lawman’s post....
