Shorts, sooner than you think LOL
Felix, sooner than you think LOL
Felix, Times 12 months, not bad at all.
Done that, thanks! You've made $$$ when RSHN has gone "down" and "up", isn't that the truth my little flaflyerfan? LOL
For some reason I think we will see some news of RSHN'S "sports" drinks. I don't think they are dead. Just forgotten. LOL Anyone remember these?
In last link go to history, and in 2001 they introduced products with no additives or food colorings. Japan's going organic. LOL GLTA
This is staggering. Lets hope.
http://www.sej.co.jp/english/index.html
Graffasi,...my new word is "COMBINI". As combini goes so goes RSHN and e-water. BY the way didn't this Japanese franchise buyout the entire 7-eleven corporation? As its american parent was heading toward backruptcy? Could be wrong. BUT if true that opens up the whole world. They already sponsor the Dallas Mavericks and the Chicago cubs among others. Story getting better.
7-eleven stores in Japan "are" the places to shop. 11,000
stores. 1 cases per week equals 11,000 cases. 44,000 cases per month. 40 containers??? wow
http://www.time.com/time/asia/2003/cool_japan/711.html
That was 7,000 to 11,000 dollars per container.
10 containers/mo= 70,000 to 110,000 dollars profit
20 containers/mo= 140,000 to 220,000 dollars profit
30 containers/mo= 210,000 to 330,000 dollars profit
40 containers/mo= 280,000 to 440,000 dollars profit
all of the above times 12...(per/yr.) Not bad.
Graffasi, Gamood stated that each container held 1440 cases and that a profit of 5-8 dollars a case or between 7,000 and 11,000 dollars was in the ball park.Any idea how many cases a month we might be talking about? tia
Graffasi, You were at the show. Was there a contingency from Japan or a member of RSHN that represented our interests explaining what the deal might be once consumated?
RC78, I think you are incorrect. I believe you will find that the Japanese investors (7 eleven ) paid for the fees and charges associated with getting e-water approved in Japan.
RC78, I agree, they should never mention dates, i'd be happier with vague guidelines, as it is what it is. By the way, who paid for the fees and the water analysis to get this approved in Japan.
Gamood, is a truck load the same as a container?
TIA
What would make everyone a little happier is news on "Japan", "Garden", and "Applerush". I've made a few phone calls, made a quick visit to the midwest, and talked to some people who attended the show this past week. I have no idea whether this stock is going higher or not, however,if Checkmate, Gamood, or any other poster can answer a few questions I can "speculate" on some tangibles going forward:
1)How many bottles are in a shipping container? Approximately, what is the profit per bottle?
2)How many bottles does a "RUN" comprise? Let's say a "RUN" of the applerush products for instance.
3)What does the "Garden" deal mean for RSHN? Why is everyone so excited about this deal?
Answer a few of these questions for me and I can "speculate" on some sales numbers going forward. Otherwise I can't. LOL
jbones...me too!!!LOL
Gamood...the best I can say is that "it is what it is". You have choices like all of us to make, we don't need to read this or any board to make them. recently, your wife made hers. Time will tell if was a good decsion. I read for years posters who beat up on another stock of mine EFSF. Read a hundred times how bad the CEO was, how the products were delayed coming to market, fluff PR's...and the beat goes on. If you read the last couple of PR's you can see the amazing progress she has made getting this company to a "potential" giant moneymaker. Ditto for Jonh Bayes at VYON, yet he has a software package that Google has found" to be unique and interesting". I guaranty that both companies will appreciate over 400% from these levels this year. I could say some very good words for RSHN at this point, but no one is listening today, better saved for next week. Good luck to all and happy investing!!! Stay tuned. LOL
My guess is that the divy was announced because "we" all thought that there was a significant "short" position. That not being the case the divy was dropped and the 51% ownership put in as an alternative share structure for us longs. He is not done yet in my humble opinion. This gives us $$$ now and a possible 'spin off" in the future. At least it makes us 51% owners of a great product line. Next Krogers, Japan, and a big surprise later in the year. If someone wants our products they may have to take the whole kit a caboutle. GLTA
Why am I very confident? Just stupid? I hopr not.
Gamood...give us your "gut" feeling going into the new year. Do you think Bob has a few meaty Pr's lined up for us? TIA
ninja...or it means the deal is done. <eom>
Just curious....If RSHN stock is issued to the new Apple Rush company, let's say 1 Billion shares. The new company gives Rushnet 5 million dollars. The new owners get a divy of let's say 150,000,000 shares (15%).
1) Rushnet gets much needed money
2) 1 Billion shares of Rushnet is restricted
3) New owners and Bob get a good divy.
4) Existing owners of RSHN become new owners of Apple Rush
5) Apple Rush's float becomes 15% of RSHN. No need to issue new shares. ETC...everyone use their imagination.
GLTA
Tooflets...I'll be visiting most of them this weekend. Will report back about the feedback.
Sorry about not posting the precise location of the Wholefoods market yesterday.. The following is the info I think you need.
OT..correction six minutes <eom>
OT AK47..That's a good point. Maybe we can just stay at home, drink GrXXX, and make believe we're 20 again. By the way my bottle says if the arousal state continues for more than six hours to contact a doctor immediately.
Anyone from the Boston area? I just picked up some Ginseng Rush and XXX at a Wholefoods 20 miles west of Boston. Loose bottles that are moving well per manager. No E-water as of yet.I'll be visiting the Wholefood stores around the Boston area this weekend. Could use some help. I'm ordering a case of each for each store visited and passing them out to my friends. Since it's finally here I'm going to e-mail Bob and offer to advertise Rush drinks in the local paper, ONLY $90 a month for a 3 X 5 ad.If 5,000 shareholders did the same we could "spread" the good word real fast.
stellar, if you talk to anyone at corporate ask about a generic ad that they could send to shareholders for advertisement purposes.
P.S. $90 a month is a lot cheaper than maintaining a girl friend.
flaflyersfan...so Lynch is out and Rushnet is using clyp to sell shares? Is this what you are saying?
Rushnet has been great to me. Bought many, sold some and still up over 600% for the year over year period. What was RSHN trading at last October? Can any stock continue these returns forever? Key, even your college professors will tell you that. They do speak to you, right?
I've owned Microsoft for many years and have made a good living buying their stock. However, over the last 4 years there have been over 1000 "good" Pr's yet very little price appreciation or movement for that matter, during this time.

Gamood or any other poster....
Can anyone explain how this gift from Bob...i.e. free trading shares and warrants (divy) can help expose any possible naked shorters. I know this will be beneficial to all. I'm off to raise some money for another spin-off. LOL
To All, Remember, Bob owns rush beverage and the rights to apple rush etc...along with rush cola, ginseng XXX, etc...did he have to include the shareholders in the divy? Yet, he did. Makes the doubters of Bob and management team look like they had an agenda all along.
I think everyone should read this again...slowly. IMHO this is the "begining" of more M&A action.
From another poster...(who gets it)
The good thing about this (for those who are complaining) is that this is free money. Money you did not have and a part ownership into something tangible, i.e. trade market, Apple Rush line and future additions.
Another positive is the warrants. Why?
Like other have said on the Board, you have the option to purchase Apple Ruch Company IN THE FUTURE at a DISCOUNTED PRICE! Still ask why? Because as a RSHN share holder you are entitiled to the above and since RSHN (Corr and Management) owns approx 2/3 (or approx. 66.66%) of the float, they also are entitled to the windfall. As a result, the NEW COMPANY Apple Rush will also be owned by the Corr and management at a prorata share structure. I believe that is how Corr and management are giving US and THEMSELVES a BONUS of FREE SHARE (free money) and FUTURE DISCOUNTED SHARES AS WARRANTS TO BUY for those who stuck with him.
I do NOT believe that Corr would just give out (THAT MUCH) FREE MONEY unless him and management would be able to reap the same benefits.
It also shows that Corr and Management is confident that the future share price of Apple Rush will be higher.
There is also the possible shorts (which I won't go into since it had been disscussed already).
Win - Win - Win Situation.
Free shares for US - Free share for CORR ANN MANAGEMENT - short squeeze situation.
Bull..sometimes you can't say what you know and other times you don't know what you say. Sorry, for zeroing in on one person. Done with that.

This post is for all. please comment.
If you had one plan to lower the outstanding shares and add value to rushnet, what would that plan be??
Help me find the answer to this question, and you may win the grand prize.
If Rushnet and/or Rush Beverage were to merge with another entity what type of entity would that be?
OT Stole this line from another poster..I think it applies
Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity"
Gamood, just my opinion about our friend...
Key, your last post tells much of who you are. In my opinion you own no stock, or you are a horrible stock picker. You do no due diligence yet complain. You seem to have ulterior motives. You can be spot on when you want to be, which tells me you are being forced fed. You know, by the company/people paying you. This makes you in my opinion a very dangerous person. Here's a few lines from your last post that are comical at best.
It's late, I'm tired (from working ), I'm going to bed. Key maybe this "lesson" can work out for you. Why don't you write your thesis on being snookered in the market.
IMHO If you would just be quiet put more effort into your books, your next years tuition might get paid by this investment.
You have slandered Bob his management team and his decisions while offering not one positive thing to help your investment.
Don't that speak volumes. Why don't you put your energies into getting RSHN products in a store near you. Now, that's a novel idea.
By the way many people here know me from class. I teach economics at a prominent school near Boston. So far you are flunking my class, you better turn on the jets, the term is almost over. LOL
Key, I do not attack you I attack your intensions. I'm old enough to when I trying to be snookered. I don't buy "1" of your explainations. But, that's just from an old man.
Thanks Gamood. I do not trust accountant types since I read the book "How to lie with statistics". It's getting cold where he resides, an early winter no doubt.

Do you see why I think the pps may be overvalued?
What does Rushnet really own? I think they rent their office space. They don't own the Brewery, I don't think they own any storage facilities or land, or buildings either. They might get Garden soon, but even if they do, they are part-owners.
1)Again, you bought a company that had "no" assets. So far things haven't changed, but are closer than when you bought.
2)Sales have increased sinced you bought
3)distribution has increased since you bought(see Madtony)
4)Name recognition has increased sinced you bought
5)If all stocks went straight up when people bought them, there would be no losers. Unrealistic senario. You bouhgt at the wrong time.
6) Why did you buy RSHN. Where did you hear of them? Your answer will undoubtedly tell more about your assute inbred ability as a stock picker.
7)Twenty years old, yet can post any time any place on a blink of an eye. NO JOB? Hmmmm No just don't buy it
8)Hard to believe that you can sit here day in day out protecting SEVERAL thousand dollars. Nope just don't buy it.
8)What part of 12-18 months don't you understand?
9)If you are whom I think, then quantitative projections,PPS analysis, net worth and book value nonsense should be forthcoming soon. You are an accountant , correct? I can see your value for your firm.
10) You have already influenced a few to sell taking a loss. others have not bought shares and lost a 25-40% pop.
11) In my opinion I can not trust you.You are not here for any worthwhile purpose, only self-serving as I see it. You'll have this letter deleted but it will show up on other boards.
12) Remember, Marriot start out as a Root Beer stand. For year they held no assets. Today a great deal of their income is derived from managing other hospitality hotels/motels/timeshare etc...
ALL MY HUMBLE OPINION
It's getting cold where Key lives. <eom>
