Being green today with EOD news should guarantee green close tomorrow. Also, news remains at top of ihub news wire for all to see.
ONCI/Hexagon Holdings long and strong !!!
A big plus to a Ford or Chrysler deal will be the introduction of our app to companies that purchase fleet vehicles from Ford and Chrysler.
Go ONCI/Hexagon Holdings !!!
Hexagon Holdings is a good place to start on your first million. BTW, gave you a follow few days ago.
Excellent info INSTATRADER. Thank you!
Wonder when AAA will come into play. They have 54 million members in the U.S. and Canada. They offer auto insurance, an on-line store, and have partnered with Ford Motor Company in the Student Auto Skills Competition.
ONCI long and strong!!
I think you'll be very pleased you got in at current level. This is not the same ONCI when you were here before. IMO it's a legitimate OTC stock masquerading as a pink.
ONCI/Hexagon Holdings has true potential to be a life changer for shareholders. This is the elusive gem that we all seek.
Look forward to you joining the fun. Bring some friends along for the ride.
Yo-Yo you're back, hope you get in. IMO bidding that low may leave you out. Expectations are for ONCI to start a major run tomorrow. May get pre-market or soon after news that may keep current pps from dropping before the run.
Just my opinion.
katano, sure do see it; and have for awhile. Just took a little longer than expected. It's all in motion now. No looking back.
Best to you and all onboard the ONCI/HEXAGON HOLDINGS train!!
JMO but the on-line sales that start on Monday may be setting the stage for insurance companies. It makes logistic sense for insurance companies to direct their customers to an on-line store for purchase instead of them delivering the product. The on-line store will be the distribution center for the app saving cost and logistic issues for both the insurance companies and ONCI/Hexagon.
Maybe not, just thinking
Pennyhead, when I first bought into ONCI back in November my plan was to sell in the .0125 range. Now I wouldn't even consider selling any shares under .03. and I'm sure as ONCI/Hexagon progresses I'll be raising my sell price well beyond .03.
Eager for Q3; very eager for end of year results.
GLTY
I honestly do not think you are too late; just getting in at a higher pps. Actually, IMO you're getting in just prior to the full ONCI/Hexagon story unfolding. This one could be a life changer.
GLTY
Ask away. Many good knowledgeable posters on this board. I'm sure you'll recognize many reliable names here.
Good luck to you, This one could be a life changer.
Hi SOUTHGAS, The web-site is temporarily down while ONCI changes name to Hexagon Holdings and re-domiciles in Colorado. All is expected to be completed by August 15th.
Good to see you here.
Even if we don't get news today we know app sales online starts on Monday. Generating revenues and giving exposure with minimal effort. The hard work with that deal is already done.
Go ONCI/Hexagon Holdings!!
GLTA
If all that is supposed to occur happens over the next few weeks and Q3 is as good as we anticipate, then up-listing is plausible before end of year.
GLTY/GLTA
Thank you for that great update INSTATRADER. I've remained a believer in Steve and Hexagon but some days were rough. Your post put any concerns I had to rest.
As far as debt is concerned. I trust Steve will get rid of it in a manner that is fair to the company and for shareholders. Debt free will be great for growth.
Thanks again for your work here.
Harry, IMO the pps has been low because of vagueness of the PR's and no action to reduce shares as stated a year ago. If Steve never said anything about reducing shares I think we would be in the .0035/.005 range just on the performance of revenues.
You've asked "how much" and "when" many times. As far as "when" is concerned, INSTATRADER has given us some important information (most reliable info to date IMO) for your answer to "when"
"how much" is still open to debate. But if all that INSTATRADER shared with us comes to fruition over the next 1 to 3 weeks, combined with 3rd quarter revenues....

Lets see if there's a connection. I don't think the drivealertnow web-site has a number to call. Always thought that a bit odd.
Done for now. thanks for hanging in there with me.
Later
I thought it was interesting that the article stated "DriveAlertNow designed by Cellcontrol. Check their web site out. The article is from 12/1/2015, the same time Berman (TXTM) was talking about the app.
key in drivealertnow in the cbs Miami link you sent me
yes to zblue, no to copytele. I should have known better than to do this after being up for 22 hours.
Sorry I'm not too bright when it comes to computers. Something caused this one to lose functions. Thought you could copy and paste.
Nothing was making sense so I did some deep digging. Found this. 1:30 in Pennsylvania BTW.

This is great...a party!
Great! I had a short list of who I hoped was here. You were on the list.
I found something very interesting to share. Not really sure if I should but it may give us some answers. My computer is giving me problems so can't copy and paste. Will send link shortly.
Anyone still here tonight???

Possibly from Sept. 17th 2014
While we were expecting to hear news on Japan and Argentina deals Berman surprises shareholders with access to 500 U.S. AUTO DEALERS.
HUGE EXPOSURE TO THE U.S. MARKET!
That's the way I read it too. And thanks for your posts today.
GLTY/GLTA
You may be correct. Although I would think the extended warranty company, being based in Brazil, would already have their site in Portuguese.
PR states the web site being created is to further expand exposure and sell our product "directly" to the Brazilian population. That's why I thought the app web site. Of course I may be reading it wrong.
GLTY
I think he meant the app company web site; not the ONCI web site. FYI, also holding off on adding until we get answers. We need a legitimate shareholder update.
Should hear about Japan and Argentina soon!
Go Berman/Go Hexagon Holdings

Agreed PennyHead, I don’t think it matters to those that see the opportunity ONCI offers. I’m glad ONCI has a CEO with the tenacity to defend himself. I could care the least what Steve Berman tweets as long as he continues to deliver revenues. Revenues equals success. Just my opinion.
And good luck on your term paper and grad school.
David1962, Not challenging you on anything you said, just wasn’t 100% sure what you were referring to; that’s all. Although I don’t think waiting for signatures on the latest contract is an issue. No one said they’d be signed today or even this week.
The contracts were wrapped up late Friday in the U.S., Saturday in Japan. The contracts may not have been reviewed in Japan until Sunday U.S. time. Time difference between the U.S. and Japan is also a factor. It’s 4:25 a.m. in Japan right now.
Berman stated that language differences were an obstacle. Well apparently, because of that difference a few changes were needed in the contract. This morning’s first tweet was an effort on Berman’s part to keep shareholders informed regarding the contract.
He didn’t have to give shareholders a heads-up last week on what he was working on but decided to communicate info through tweets. If he didn’t do that we wouldn’t be expecting a PR related to the contracts. We would know nothing about the pending contracts. If he didn’t tweet this morning we would have concluded that all is well and the contract is being reviewed at the leisure of the recipient.
We view matters a little differently, but it’s not in either of our place to try to convince the other to think differently, so I won’t waist either of our time. It also doesn’t make one of us more right or wrong than the other. Hope you stick it out though. I do understand your frustration.
Best to you whatever you decide.
David1962, is your post in regard to not getting a PR about the Japan deal Berman made reference to last week?
It sure is reassuring to know that we have a seasoned CEO to lead ONCI. Has the experience, has the confidence, and won’t be intimidated. Oh, and then there’s all the business contacts he’s developed throughout his career. Like you said, we are so golden!

As important as it is to address distracted driving to save lives, it’s going to be the loss of money that will be the driving factor to come up with a permanent solution. ONCI/Hexagon Holdings has the solution.
Below are a few highlights from articles with an attached link.
On Tuesday, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. reported their highest loss in automobile underwriting in history, partly linked to higher smartphone distracted driving accidents. The company reportedly had a net income drop from $6.2 billion in 2015 to $400 million in 2016. Much of State Farm’s loss is due to rising costs on auto insurance claims. Following other auto insurers, such as GEICO and Allstate, State Farm is planning pricing strategy changes to compensate for their unprofitable auto insurance sector.

Distracted driving crashes cost the United States as much as $175 billion a year, according to a federal study.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says all highway crashes add up to $871 billion — $277 billion a year in economic costs and $594 billion in “societal harm.”
Distracted driving crashes accounted for $46 billion (17 percent) of the total economic losses. The societal harm was put at $129 billion (15 percent) of the societal harm.
Distraction was among the five key factors listed in the report “The Economic and Societal Impact of Motor Vehicle Crashes, 2010,” released May 28, 2014.
The economic cost of distracted driving crashes came to an average of $148 for every person in the nation, the NHTSA study said.

Below is an overall interesting article from the National Safety Council. It mentions cell phone blocking apps, and is one of several articles I found that state “hands free” is no safer than hand held devices.

Interesting that this deal seemed more complex than the previous deal from Asia. A lot of time consumed. Should hear something soon (next week).
