Only one man can raise the share price and "increase SHAREHOLDER WEALTH".
The Swartzmeister might own that property.
One might ask, "Whatever happened to Annuity & Life?"

I think I'll check into all the others on that page and see where they are today. Just curious.
Of course it tastes a LOT better to anyone who paid too much.
Am I missing something here? Where do you get 13 "open and operating"? The Hacketts website shows 9 operating, with one to open soon. Where are the other 3?
Is your over developed sense of optimism clouding your judgment of reality, or am I overlooking something?
There is at least ONE positive about all the press releases - the company seems intent on building TOMA; a necessary first step in marketing itself and it's products to a target group.
There...I said something nice about the company...I feel better already.
And lest we forget, our beloved COO - at his other job - reamed shareholders again with another reverse split.

So the management had no control over the 800M shares devoted to retiring legacy debt? So far, no one has proven to me that we have received anything of value to show for that. Tom is one of the four:
1. A stupid money manager
2. A liar
3. A penny stock scammer
4. [insert your own choice]
More than $100,000 in the red after a Friday close of .0022? If he's down 50%, then he's got 27 - 30 million shares. Deep pockets indeed.
The Legacy CD was not a mistake
So Tom lied to shareholders in order to conceal his plans to protect intellectual property that he didn't want to fall into YA's hands? Is this SPY v. SPY, or what? I thought YA had turned a new leaf and was on "our side" instead of always sucking the lifeblood out of whatever company they financed.
"This guys actually live in those communities." That didn't stop H. Thomas Swartz and others from ripping people off in their own community of Watertown.
No, that's Chris "Reverse Split" Swartz, our new COO.
"I need to start flipping"...Cracks in the dam beginning to appear. See what Tom has done to loyal longs. Shaken confidence.
Sackets Harbor Yacht Club president Cap'n Bucky Codswallop
Problem is that there aren't very many tics left to toc.
Agreed. Overlooking that CD is like missing a blown engine on a car inspection.
Care to venture what the "right news" is? No news, whether in quality or quantity, has been able to reverse this share price death-march.
I am always amazed at the ability of the human psyche to latch onto the thinnest thread of hope and hold on against all odds. It allows us the opportunity to be great men, or great fools.
Sackets Harbor Yacht Club president Cap'n Bucky Codswallop
Good for you. Enjoy those rims!
Might I suggest that you "publicly" squeak. I can guarantee that you will get a response.
Sorry, my bad...and thank God for that. Too many zeros in that I-box thingie. Thanks.
Been away for a bit...is that 1.1 Trillion OS I see? What on earth happened here?
Check earlier posts, especially from late October 2007. They reveal much.
Not sure if it means anything these days, but there it is.
Just trying to stay current with our COO.
The Florida site says that the company has been dissolved 2 times, but now has been reinstated. The New York Dept of State says that it is a foreign limited liability corporation. Wonder what he plans this time around?
Anybody know what this is all about?

Facts are facts, regardless of their perceived value. As a shareholder I don't trust ONE single name that is associated with Chris Swartz, and one must question the wisdom of bringing him and his entourage into the fold.
Those are local property taxes.
That's $18,908.84 ...to be exact.
So, it's OK to not pay your taxes?
Sackets Harbor Yacht Club president Cap'n Bucky Codswallop
Then you wouldn't be interested at all in how much Gary P. Baker owes?
If Sackets Harbor is fortunate enough to net 5% after taxes, then with $104,206 worth of sales, Eric would be able to pay off that tax bill. How many bottles of 1812 is that?
Uh oh...better sell more of that 1812!

"A billion here, a billion there, pretty soon, you're talking real money".
His company has TAX LIENS too...
If I had more current numbers, I would post them. I have no reason to believe that much has changed, but I'm just like you...a shareholder who is looking to protect his/her investment.

Hint: Use known name variations (Chris, Christopher M., or H. Thomas, Harold T. etc.) and select business names (Jreck, Obee's, etc.)
If his history doesn't matter, why was he hired? What exactly did we gain from hiring the likes of him?
Chris, our COO, has got a winner here...

OBEE's is far and away the riskiest franchise opportunity out there. Chris/Ultimate, owns several of these losers. He's even the proud owner of unsatisfied FEDERAL TAX LIENS on more than one. Are WE the proud owner of these LIENS now?
And Fed tax liens too...
