If you hype the release and there is no one there to listen, is it really hype at all. FDBL needs to move!
This app is not designed for you it is design for people interested in following an artist back stage. I am hopeful that some of the Epic /sony signed entertainers have already been associated with friendable. I am hopeful that users in china, Canada, France, Australia will only grow. Entertainers like red foo, trainor are popular there.
I understand the app is completed, thank you for the video post. I also understand he may be signing entertainers, but that is something he will hopefully continue to do. But I don't understand why at this point in time he doesn't release. He will never have a full compliment of entertainers, and any release may make others interested in signing on, actually sign on. I don't understand why marketing has not started if they think they have a viable app. Is it because he can not get financing or sell the idea?

Thanks for the great DD. I think mgt satisfied 2 of those bullets. I have not seen a lot of active marketing, emails, blogs etc. At this point with crunch time imminent, it's time for fdbl to implement all 7 bullets and more. IMO

27 days to May 30th. The date Fan Pass can be used without challenge. I am hoping that is what is delaying promotion. No News what-so-ever This is ridiculous!
I believe he has made some overt and transparent moves that would suggest proper intent, not malfeasance. However I do believe his back is quickly coming up against a wall if he does not soon release that which he said he would release. It still may be that his concern is not promoting until his trade mark clears all challenges. A foolish move perhaps. There is still time but the window is narrowing. Fan Pass provides a unique opportunity for performers in a way not being entertained by any other competing app. so perhaps he is working behind scenes to corral those performers. Never the less there is no reason to keep everyone in suspense by not providing some information. If any one here has a connection to Rositano I would hope they would communicate that sentiment.
twtr announces premium live streaming content. This is why FDBL can't wait. Why in blue blazes is mgt not more forthcoming or aggressive in this highly competitive market. FDBL is pimple on tech elephants posterior and will be dispatched quickly unless they do something soon. Even Rositano has to realize his cash cow will come to a close as well as his personal bank account. If he and /or brothers attempts another internet scheme, it will be in the shadow of this failure. He has an obligation to those of us he believed he had something of value. The confidence will evaporate in a flash soon
TWTR & FB are actively pursuing live streaming. I am sure others too. FDBL is targeting younger and international target pops. I agree they should step up their marketing efforts and release this app soon or they will fall victim to very competitive forces. It does not make sense when twtr and FB are making news and informing the public for FDBL to remain stubbornly silent. For all of us who keep hearing that an announcement is imminent every day this is unacceptable. Either Rositano is planning on a buy out or he has lost his way with blinders on not recognizing the danger surrounding his nest egg.
it would be nice if some big names sign on, however this profit sharing idea could be good up and coming artists. There are many regional artists with big followings and they could add t the user base. this could be used by nascar drivers, athletes, and others who building a follower base. it depends how this gets marketed.
BR I appreciate your insight and positive attitude however, sometimes a person will do what needs to be done to continue personal gain. He is making a good living, I don't begrudge anyone for that, but he has put this out to public for investment to pay for his dolce vita. He has made pronouncements about roll outs, celebrity agreements, marketing plans etc. etc but words are just words. He does have a moral if not a legal responsibility to people who put real money into this regardless of how much or how little that is.

We seem to be an isolated group without much influence on mgt. This is of course only an OTC entity so the probability for success is minimal. Never the less, if the CEO thinks he can borrow money and use investor money to pay his exorbitant salary as he has been doing without accountability he is mistaken. To prevent the logo Fan Pass from being only a label on a bottle of snake oil, he needs to prove this is a viable app. The news blurbs of app use in Australia, china, Canada is encouraging if true. I yr ago the company announce hiring a marketing group, where are their efforts?
I hope someone including the IR is reading this blog otherwise we are just making noise.
April 25 is the beginning of the opposition period, May 30th appears to be the date this logo is free to post If no opposition is registered. Even then, unless this CEO is feckless, he could and should move forward. There is no reason now that FDBL could not begin to move on transparent marketing, posting news, creating excitement for this app. It is apparent other apps are going to compete. Remaining silent will only confirm this endeavor is either not ready for prime time and serves only to feather the CEO/mgt salary package or the intent is to wait for a buyout. A buyout does not make sense given the current status and pps. Rositano must move forward with information or face certain failure on this and any future projects.

Robert et al, can't change their names. They may have done well for themselves with this effort but the investment universe will remember how he has handled this. So I hope he is well off with no idea to start some new investment start up looking for investors. Fool me once....
How will FDBL garner new users if it doesn't roll this out before FB, twtr. FB has announced doing this, how will FDBL compete. Why would anyone use Fann Pass ( an app that has not rolled out yet) when FB will provide the service? why would entertainers use Fan Pass when an established viable app will already do this. FDBL mgt has been too quiet. I am starting to think this entire FDBL/Fan Pass effort done was to ensure huge FDBL MGT/CEO salaries. I guess at this point we should all be praying for a buyout somewhere around $0.01 and be done with it

One would think the company and red foo would push for subscribers and fan pass use prior to the concert. That would be active marketing. 28th is a week away so why do you think there is no marketing for this if red foo is in the pocket?
TY. Yes that is the type of news ie: financial agreements secured, that would be helpful. He mentioned some time ago these agreements were in the works, so now would be the time to inform investors. It would bolster incentive for new investors to come on board. If this is not done MM's and shorties will be manipulating this entity. IMHO
So any statements that" something huge is imminent" is premature. If Robert is waiting, as I suspect he is, a release statement is not imminent and hence FDBL will trade as it has nothing more. I do think there are other support statements from IR regarding plans, projections, celebrities, marketing that would be helpful. Is there any reason why he would not promote good news prior to release?
I believe this is the strategy so as to not jeopardize the roll out in any way shape or form. Unfortunately for us waiting for this release we will have to continue to wait. What's another month?
Today is 1 week from April 25, a significant day IMO for the trade mark for Fan Pass. I believe Mgt is waiting for that day for release. Now, you are correct we ( investors) need meat on the bone and not daily platitudes and cheer leading however I also believe this app has great potential. It needs to roll out. I reposted a note from BR/4/9/17 explaining some dates of interests. I believe the company is waiting at least to 4/25 but may wait a bit longer to post an significant PR

Section 13 says:
(a) Any person who believes that he would be damaged by the registration of a mark upon the principal register, including the registration of any mark which would be likely to cause dilution by blurring or dilution by tarnishment under section 1125(c) of this title, may, upon payment of the prescribed fee, file an opposition in the Patent and Trademark Office, stating the grounds therefor, within thirty days after the publication under subsection (a) of section 1062 of this title of the mark sought to be registered.
Upon written request prior to the expiration of the thirty-day period, the time for filing opposition shall be extended for an additional thirty days, and further extensions of time for filing opposition may be granted by the Director for good cause when requested prior to the expiration of an extension.
The Director shall notify the applicant of each extension of the time for filing opposition. An opposition may be amended under such conditions as may be prescribed by the Director.
It starts on 4/25 for 30 days....if there is an opposition say 10 days in it will be extended another 30 days

While I appreciate the feedback the news is 1 year old. I would like to see current news showing progressive movement. The 10 K report would be nice to see and a PR regarding Fan Pass too. I think April 25 is the next chance to see any info. Until then PPS will fluctuate in little increments up and down. IMHO

Yes and about 1 yr ago Klueger was hired by FDBL to help market this with celebrities. We can only hope that is part of the roll out and objective for success

It's almost been a yr Since Klueger announcement, JLO, Austin, Redfoo, Daya, Trainor, expanded data access , Epic records partnership. Two 8k filings, and few quarterly reports. My gut feeling is this entity could grow but FDBL mgt could be more forthcoming with current news. Announcements of software rollout dates w/o results, beta testing requests w/o results posted are tedious at best. We are flying on hopes and prayers not empirical data.
