I am serious. His language didn't cause me to buy because I was already stuck in this thing, but if it ever came to a lawsuit it is very easy to argue that investors should have done their DD and at least looked up the word. This thing is vertical alright, but in the wrong direction.....and stop calling me Shirley. That last line is from the movie Airolane.
By using incorrect words that sound impressive, they are selling and covering themselves against legal action simultaneously. SCAM tactic
Vertical is an adjective which describes a vector direction which is 90 degrees from the horizontal plane of origin. It is not even proper English to use it as a noun, however that hasn't prevented salesmen from misusing the word in order to sound like rocket scientists. And by the way, you can go vertically upward like a rocket or down like a skydiver with a failed parachute, the word DOES NOT IMPLY direction one way or another.
2 garbage websites and a terrible cc. Also no one is exactly sure who Adrian is. So there's 3 problems that I can spot right away.
I'm not criticizing the shots, those still fall in the beverage realm. I will assume that they are safe and legal without THC. However, this "if you have a tech co we urge you to contact us" pitch found on their new site is not helpful to their brand, to say the least.
How many hammers does it take for a good carpenter to hit the nail on the head? I'm not even sure that Jesus Christ himself could use two at once and hit perfect strikes each time. What's my point? HOW ABOUT try doing one thing and do that thing well, then and only then maybe think about expansion. Take In-N-Out Burger as an example. They do ONE THING, but that hasn't hurt their ability to make millions of dollars in a thriving business. What if they decided to expand into Tacos Salads and Pizza? What would happen to the brand? However, DNAX seems to be jumping into an entirely different space altogether. It's like Starbucks making the decision to go into drive through banking and computer sales and repair.
I know that this modern day high tech world two way pagers and fax machines can get a little complicated and annoying especially when you're trying to find that one song that you really like on the album you have spinning on the turn table record player in your living room. It's so hard to find that perfect spot for the needle. Fortunately there is this new thing called a CD player, or better yet there's this other thing called an IPod. Now to update a website the thing you need is admin access to the host, where you go to c panel, then drag and drop with the mouse, or cut and paste, or combine the two.
Let us hope that you are correct on all counts.
You need to watch a movie about the stock market during the mid 90s called "Boiler Room." Ben Afleck gets all these wannabe salesmen in a room and yells at them "Act as if!!!!!" It's a great movie, very underrated, but that line says it all, this company needs to ACT AS IF, it needs to act as if it is the biggest baddest energy drink company in the world. It won the Best Taste Award twice, I don't care about what they don't have right now, they have that and it is enough to ACT AS IF.
Yeah why spend a few hundred bucks to look professional and as a by-product of that have your perceived value go up? Way better to have a half assed CC and go to no bid...speaking of time management, how'd he have time for that with all the hard work he's doing?
It would be so EASY for ANYONE with half a clue about modern web design to execute a much better Papa and Delta scheme (if that was indeed the intention of Adrian and Costley)...just think about that name, seriously how much will this cost? Not a great name (to say the least) IMO. And then we get treated to a half baked CC. Why? I'm really trying to figure that one out. It is in EVERYONEs best interest to get a higher PPS including theirs so why botch a great opportunity? To keep it down so their buddies can get in? Obviously not. How many buys since the debacle? I'm open to explanations. I just can't figure this one out...CC's BTW have no legal bearing since they are just (especially in this case) general conversations about the future. You don't even need to attach the BS "forward looking" to it. Smart money bailed on this, and here we are stuck like bag holders.
All they would have to do is give me admin access to their host server and 100 bucks (to upgrade their layout) and we'd be up and rolling by end of day.
It is in everyone's interest for the PPS to go up, and this is easily accomplished with a professional looking website that can be attached to the current domain. It's a great way to keep investors interested, plus it's the cheapest advertising that they will ever get. I think they had over 5k likes on FB, which is phenomenal for a start up but they haven't posted in 2-3 years. They can make their page look like one of the heavyweights in the industry....it's time to "act as if."
How can I sell into a no bid? And yes, that new website, besides being off brand-message is just plain BAD. He's better off with nothing. It's just frustrating as hell to know he can fix his website for less than 100 bucks and does not do it. You can tell me a lot of things, but don't tell me he doesn't have 100 bucks.
I'm just a do it yourselfer blue collar guy and I'm convinced that anyone can build a website. I love football and crazy headlines so I combined the two at www.32teams.com I could even post a DNAX headline if I wanted to
As a matter of fact I just looked at two top energy drink websites. Each site is from readily available templates that can be obtained from WordPress vendors, then all you have to do is add your original content. Good God, conference calls, PRs that use bad grammar? Really? WTF?
These days most websites are created via templates which require ZERO ability to code. The hard work is done by coders that sell their work to "web developers" that have people like you fooled into believing that they are mad scientists or magicians. And the site for DNA is not even remotely complicated, neither is Red Bull's or Monster's for that matter. So yes Ed, the lack of a website or social media presence is highly disturbing to those of us that are no longer living in the 90s.
Wrong answer you need a truck. imagine pulling it into a parking lot of a large convenience store all shiny and waxed with chicks on the side handing out free samples, their hot bodies reflecting in the chrome as customers learn about the latest greatest energy drink
They need a truck with a 53 ft refrigerated trailer. They can lease the rig and find a reasonably priced trailer which they can have painted in their logo. It's great advertising and a great way to deliver pallet loads. I'd volunteer to drive...over 10 years of experience here on ice roads in the US as well as Canada ay
Where is it written in stone that the production starts in June?
At this point in the game it would feel like stealing and although it might not technically be stealing perception becomes reality whether you like it or not
If the CEO comes out and clarifies his position tomorrow on the R/S as a hypothetical or as a means to get the stock onto a big board then I think we could see a significant increase in the PPS. As an experienced man in business he should know that loyalty can swing to anger he does not want to make enemies of the people who have been devoted to this brand for a long time if he appears to steal from his most loyal followers then they will turn on him and this thing will never get off the ground in fact I could see the very same people becoming members of a boycott effort .
Anything less than "we're putting it back in cans and shipping it to X Y and Z Stores" isn't going to do jack. Money talks BS walks
Welcome to another episode of the hit show called "This is BULL $&@t" All you can do is hope that they have something of real value to fill us in on, Like the old saying goes, "Money Talks BS Walks"
Fellow DNAX owners: Don't be this guy http://www.therichest.com/celebnetworth/celebrity-business/men/ronald-wayne-net-worth/ He sold his 10 percent Apple stake in 1976 for 800 bucks. True story.
Ed, a while back someone posted a possible relationship with this company, and it raised eyebrows because it trades for around 13 on the NYSE. http://www.floridatrend.com/article/15222/cott-corp-is-king-of-pop I did not find an energy drink in their product line, other than that, no evidence of a connection or possibility.
"Gonna gonna gonna," is not gonna cut it.
They better have something of substance to report in this call. If it turns out to be just a bunch of pipe dreams about what they think they're going to do then this thing will not get off to a very good start under the direction of the new CEO. They have to be smart enough to know this right? I think if they actually have a new location and can announce the date of a production run that we will see some genuine excitement in the form of a higher PPS. Obviously right now the market does not have very much confidence in what is supposed to come.
The thing is IF excitement, momentum and or hype (however you want to phrase it) drives the PPS to .0064 then it almost guarantees that it will break into copper territory based on human nature and our crazy desire to watch and or be part of historic events. You don't seem like the type to engage in hype, and your logical take on what is about to unfold is most likely an understatement. The fact that a guy like you is even engaging in such positive analysis leads me to believe that this is a very good sign for DNAX.
DNAX is far better. I remember that other went over a penny and traded there for only a few days before management let it slide back, because they had not even launched a production run. PRs died off and that was it. Hopefully these guys will offer PR after PR and have them loaded with positive substance. Even with the current number of shares I see no reason why (if done properly) we can not all enjoy some very profitable trading in the months ahead. Now just imagine what would happen IF (and right now it is a big IF) they formed a working relationship with a company that trades on the big boards.(I'm not talking about an energy drink co, I'm talking about a beverage producer that needs one in their lineup).IMO at that point we'd be in for the ride of a lifetime...DNAX would dominate the OTC in volume and gains for quite a few weeks at least. AND BY THE WAY: We are at T-minus 10 and counting
Well don't leave out the part about that one having a massive run to over a penny. Also, their product isn't in the same league or category as ours, and their management never took proper control of the share structure. This is a different situation.
And in regard to the idea of a reverse split. In my opinion with a product is great as DNAX The only way you would want to do this is when the stock is built up to the penny level so you can take it to one of the big exchanges
Let's not forget the lawsuit against Fowler and the industrial sabotage aspect of this. If you'll do some DD on Fowler you will find that he had his fingerprints on another promising energy drink co that suddenly went south for no good reason. So when you bring up an old Shakespearean Cliche please have some idea of what is truly rotten.
There you go making too much sense. On a more serious note I think they need to put this in smaller cans this would actually solve the high calorie problem. Furthermore it would allow us to compete with Redbull in that we have a much better tasting drink at much less cost to the consumer. Someone mentioned a possible relationship with Cott beverages the other day. Although no proof was ever given for the relationship it seems that it could be an interesting fit if it ever actually came to fruition. Just take a look at that company's needs and where they fit in the market . Also just the mere fact that it trades on the NYSE would work wonders for us. So the point I'm getting at is Hell yes it's OK to dream .
Not sure how much they raised over the past couple of days, but now is the time for them to follow through on going current with OTC markets and establishing a new HQ. As far as a production run goes...seems like they could drop ship product directly from their manufacturing vendor to a distribution facility. It will be interesting to see how this unfolds.
Can you prove it? Is there a link or is this yet to be announced?
Another great post. Beyond the conference call do you think this has a real chance at copper? If so, what will it take?
Relax. Longs already know this. They've been upfront about how they are going to raise money moving forward. I'll tell you what, there is a smart guy on here that is a mod who up until today was very down on this ticker, but now he loves it again. THERES UR SIGN. We are about to roll
Here's my interpretation of this most recent PR. "This announcement is to announce that the announcement we made about having a pod cast was in need of another announcement." (Start making the stuff and get it on the way to stores and you will impress the hell out of me). Unless you have someone with star power, CAN the name dropping.
To dollar cost average? I can't justify buying more at this point and I don't want to sell at a loss because I think it has potential, but these guys need to produce, not jaw flap on a pod cast which is probably all that will happen if you look at Costley's track record.
