I agree, Looking more like raisin than grape for last few months now though, and if we don't see any new store(s) or new Recreational licenses by beginning of 3rd quarter than I think they are definitely working on their new business plans.
INVESTORS BEWARE!!!
re:"Suppose they had a nice harvest to sell in their stores." LOL They haven't had any luck with that for the nearly two years they've supposedly been growing according to the financials.
So I seriously doubt it.
Indeed, KAYS could reverse merger yet again into the next big thing leaving shareholders holding the bag.
re:"No paint job"-LMAO!!! NEWS[instead of results]and LOSSES coming....Don't get caught holding the bag when this POS goes BUST!
Maybe KAYS should do less toking and more selling and growing.
Indeed, Its those concerns that've kept wise investors from buying into this sloppy SCAM.
Agreed, blaming shorts for KAYS poor performance, volume, and PPS is ludicrous.
Some pictures are only worth one word:"Yawn" especially when they've been posted over and again on this board in lieu of addressing the real concerns with this POS ticker.
Concerns like giveaway shares to insiders, a career criminal consultant in a key position, an indicted auditor, consistent below industry average revenues, increasing debt at a pace greater than revenue increases, poor or made up by staff reviews, stiffed vendors, and repeatedly unachieved self proclaimed goals deserve many more words than any pictures to date could ever answer.
If old pictures of 6 people in a store on the first day of limited recreational sales in Oregon, and a grow room that appears to be inside a single wide trailer are of interest to anyone in helping them to decide wether or not KAYS is a good investment, then so be it.
Who am I to judge.
GLTA
Anyone seen those pesky building permits yet? With less than a month and a half till summers end it seems highly unlikely that KAYS will be fulfilling yet another self stated PR announced goal.
Store 3 announced to open SOON over a year ago, only to be followed with promises in MAY of not only one but two stores to open by end of this summer.
THREE MONTHS LATER, still no building permits, no updates, no new medical licenses, no recreational licenses for production, no updates, no news. hmmmmmm.......... deja vu
wash, rinse, repeat
btw, whatever happened to the twice scheduled/cancelled conference calls for shareholders and investors that SHADY Craig Frank promised back in May?
re:"KAYS looking good in GREEN"Thats why they keep painting it up end of day! Neophytes respond best to colors and pictures.
Just look at the last 10k and all the pretty pictures, don't mind the dismal numbers and climbing debt.
Funny how the last 10k had more recycled photos than any previous financial report to date.
Nope, KAYS is a SCAM and has never had a BIG run into the teens on any earnings report to date. Tiny short lived runs on cotton candy promise PRs.
For this to take off KAYS will need to show dramatically improved earnings AND PROVE they are getting recreational licensing, PROVE they are actually expanding retail operations as opposed to repeatedly stating their going to year after year, and show some numbers from the production facility that PROVES they even actually have one still
Look at the financials for debt growing way faster than revenues.
Not enough volume to interest 'market makers'. Paint jobs are clearly only to keep this POS treading water till next inflated PR can convince some neophytes to buy into this SCAM.
Agreed, Its been nearly a year since KAYS has been able to generate enough interest to push this stock up into teens.
That "Rally" lasted all of 3 days before it slid back down where it struggled to touch a dime for months on excited and exaggerated news before KAYS undisclosed Career Criminal consultant W. Dave Jones was outed on this board just six months ago.
Summarized; When Recreational sales were announced along with news of second store ACTUALLY OPENING[address was known and building permit had been issued two months prior] PPS had a brief moment of glory where it couldn't hold interest or traction for more than a few days before starting its 9 month downward slide, gradually losing volume and price.
W. Dirtbag Jones outing and a series of dismal financials continued to concern investors and the PPS dropped to its all time low in MAY and hasn't touched a dime since the beginning of the year even on exaggerated PRs.
Most experienced investors at this point can see KAYS as the sloppy SCAM that it truly is.
Agreed, INCREDIBLE! Maybe you should look again at the chart to back up that inaccurate info.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=webchart&btn=s_ok&ctl00%24sb3%24tbq1=Get+Quote&as_values_IH=&ctl00%24sb3%24stb1=Search+iHub&symbol=USOTC%3AKAYS&s_ok=Get+Chart&period=6&drawmode=0&size=19&volume=1
Maybe you can tell me where on the chart its been in the teens within the last 52 weeks? hmmmm....
didn't think so.
I remember when it hit .14 after Oregon voted for recreational in 2014, almost TWO years ago.
KAYS started looking good early on but has fizzled out on its unmet goals, criminal insider outings, and the ever mounting debt for a company whose revenues don't even stack up to two convenience stores.
This POS has sloppy SCAM written all over it in bright red crayon.
Paint job-$35. Comedy value-priceless. LOL.
Indeed, Earnings will most likely be disappointing again.
Agreed, PROOF of Recreational licensure and Stores Opening is needed for investors to feel safe with KAYS. Without PROOF, KAYS continues to look more and more like a sloppily run SCAM. Updates without proof, and announcements of future "plans' are no longer enough to pump this POS up for the dumps those giveaway shares are looking to take advantage of.
[b]INVESTORS BEWARE!!!! KAYS = LIES!!!!!
Except for KAYS which hasn't inched up in price or volume for weeks. No surprise there though as everyone sees it for the SCAM it is
Indeed, Financials will be unimpressive and late as always.
A Scam is a Scam! Rescheduling or Rally fantasizing change nothing when it comes to KAYS. This stock is walking dead and nothing will fix that unless they can PROVE results or progress towards stated goals.
With Summer half over and still no building permits or Recreational licensing this POS is clearly going down.
!!INVESTORS BEWARE!!! KAYS is A SCAM!Don't get left holding the bag!!!
Agreed, Investors will be left holding the bag when this POS slowly unwinds.
Comical really, been in Australia for a few weeks and KAYS has about as much substance and promise as the big pink sticky bun that is so popular where I was.
re:"everyone is holding"Assumptions split both ways.
Could be that there is no interest in KAYS until price approaches .05s and .06s as keeps happening last few weeks
.07= no volume
.068= little more
.066= most volume last few weeks
Just wait to see how this POS takes off when it gets down to .05s
No taxes paid as evidenced in latest 10q for either 2014 or 2015.
No debate! unless you can show any notation or number in financials showing otherwise this is a glaring omission in the financials.
Agreed, catalysts will continue to drive KAYS down and eventually out of the MJ industry and hopefully off the OTC for good. Catalysts only work to speed up a reaction where there is change already occurring. The only change with KAYS of late is that of being exposed as a SCAM and the falling or frozen PPS with no volume to speak of.
INVESTORS BEWARE!!!!!!
Indeed, investors running from KAYS Monsta SCAM.
Smart investors have already turned their backs on this ugly monster as evidenced by no volume for weeks.
And, those investors who are still here are trying to chew their arms off to RUN away from this scammy POS!
IMHO
Still pretending past due taxes aren't important. Sheesh!!!
re:"nonsense" It's in the financials, which I agree have discrepancies which are nonsensical but there is no denying their own stated tax liability for 2014 and the fact that it somehow disappeared in from being reflected in 2015. hmmmmmm.....
re:"KAYS is ready to GO!!" Good riddance!!!!
!!!!INVESTORS BEWARE!!!!
4850 shares($340) hardly indicative of 'exploding higher' Dud more like it!
Pffffffffffft.....
As matter of fact this POS only begins to generate volume as the PPS approaches .05 or .06
next....
