Medical Mike, why is it you never advertise your product on your twitter feed @Medicinal_Mike? Can you publish your product there?
Financials SHOULD be audited. Particularly with this secretive and misleading CEO.
Come on Steve, if you want to write 15 cents you write $0.15 to be explicit about your statement. Even so, at $0.15 x 2,024,197,000 = $303M market cap company. With $1M in fake revenue and product available on the market, it is unrealistic.
$15 dollars? once it goes bankrupt?
Well, happy customer, where are you located? Where do you buy? Would you be willing to talk over the phone about your experience?
Someone is buying slowly? Seriously? There are 889,549,474 shares outstanding. At current price of 0.0005 that means all that's needed is $445k to buy everything out and kill the volume. Very easy thing to do.
Steve, record highs means it'll surpass it'll surpass 3.83/share it hit Jan. 30, 2014. Lets say the stock hits a high of $4/share x 2,024,197,000 shares = $8B company. Are you really saying that?
Mike, there's a $1M worth of sales. Where are all the happy customers?
Buzzy, where are your drinks selling?
Anyone who has doubts the product even exists should also file a complaint against VGID or FHBC. Feel free to use the link below. Particularly against the CEO. He should be jailed.

I've gone to stores an couldn't find neither RK nor Patience drinks. FHBC website is now gone too. It's all a sham, unfortunately. CEO needs to go to jail for intentionally misleading.
-------------------------------------
I’ve been hearing that for the 3 years I’ve owned stock in this company. It WILL NOT move until there is pictures of product on shelves with customers holding the product with proof of purchase, reviews of the product from customers. It’s a social media world of the sales are what they say they are then the products should have some sort of social media presence. I can’t find it anywhere other than on “investor news” websites. If you do please post a link for all to see. Don’t get me wrong I’m a long term investor here and I’m really hoping it proves to be ligitamate but I can tell you a lot of the other longs here, myself included are becoming weary. Not to mention this is a virtual world where you can pretty much buy anything from a website. Also can’t find that.
There are no names or numbers of distributors. The company is and CEO are fraudulent.
I recommend anyone that suspects VGID or FHBC is fraudulent, to file an complaint here.

Why would we need to text Buzzy? Fernhill is a completely separate and distinct company with own set of officers and those responsible for running the company. Unless it's another Fraud by Buzzy, then it makes sense.
Well, I'm back from SoCal. Couldn't find neither Patience, Roadkill, RK, or any other drinks.
Well, I'm back from SoCal. Couldn't find neither Patience, Roadkill, RK, or any other drinks.
I'm sure you're noticing that both VGID and FHBC keep going down.
That's exactly my point. FHBC doesn't sell pineapples :)
More Fraud from CEO!
Mike, When I go to your link below there's contact details with a web page fernhillbev.com. When clicking on Fernhillbev.com it re-diverts to another web site http://freshpineapples.com/. Which is for surfboard sales. Very different than to roadkill or RK drink or anything remotely connected to Beverage industry. Is there a working website for FHBC company or is the fraud being unraveled as we see it?

Is it just me or this site doesn't even work anymore?
$55M x .0006/7 = $33-38k... hardly worth noting
A Fraudulent CEO and a Fraudulent web of shell companies keep the product hidden and financials fake. He needs to go to prison for a long time for proliferating and promoting lies while taking investors cash.
----------------------------------
What CEO would keep product away from his own investors when he supposed to be building a company. This to me is the biggest dark cloud hanging over Buzzy.
I'm down so much on this stock it's pathetic mentioning. It's a worthless stock with no product, fake financials, and fraudulent CEO. Stock is down 99.99%. Earlier the CEO wrote to me and stated "ohh, but the stock is up 400% this year". What a foolish statement from self promoted fraud. After a recent pump, the stock jumped, just enough for him to sell his shares, at 400% higher, down from 99.999% decrease earlier. Same thing with FHBC, that stock is going down in value. Where are the other folks working with FHBC? There are other names shown on the financials. Why don't we ever hear from them? Where's FHBC product? It's only Buzzy that speaks for FHBC while he says that he's not even in charge of that company. What about MediMike? We've never heart from MediMike speak publicly. How about have MediMike on a conference call present his Patience product? Nope. MediMike nor Buzzy want THAT much publicity. Unless it's all fraud.
That's the ploy. Any small company would love to have a large distributor like 7/11, costco, am pm, kmart, walmart, etc., etc. It would mean nearly instant success of their product. But, the reality is, 7/11 doesn't know of this product. Where is it? But investors in hearing big names want to bet and risk their money thinking that CEO's words are true. In the mean time, he sells his shares to those unsuspecting folks. He needs to go to prison for fraud.
CEO keeps the product from his clients, investors, public. Is a product even available? anywhere? ever?
I've ended up with a ton of share and had them for a number of years.
There's nothing to be excited about! Moreover, I'm upset every day by the fraud that I witness.
That's precisely the point. Stock is down 99.99%. I hate it. I've been taken advantage of by a thief and a fraud. I want him in jail.
Simple questions! 500k+ customers, where are they? Where is the product made? WHERE IS the product? WHAT is the product? Audit financials! Complete Fraud!
I would like to meet Buzzy. I would like to meet other members of the company. I would like to see, taste, buy the product. I would like to read through, and flip through actual receipts. I would love to talk to distributors that produce, and retailers that sell.
It's quite easy these days to create multiple profiles online, multiple personalities, sources, etc. I'm just calling out the obvious. 500k+ or so customers, where are they? Shouldn't we be flooded with either good, or not so good reviews of the product? It's crickets out there. Hence, fraud!
Financials are Fake, products are Fake, CEO is a fraud!
Market Cap for VGID or FHBC is minuscule and not on the state/fed radar. It's a numbers game for the prosecutors with limited resources. Why focus on small fish when you can get greater bank for your buck? They choose to go against bigger offenders.
My point exactly, why do so many thing and not excel in any of them? Do one drink and make it big! Red Bull, 4 hour energy, snapple... really, that's all it takes.
Mike, why would he put phony distributor information? Because he can't put real distribution locations! Where are the 500k+ customers? Where are they buying the drinks? Why can't 7/11 personnel find them? :)
It didn't take FINRA a year and a half. It took CEO a year and a half worth of promises and excuses to fulfill all the requirements necessary to commit another fraud, FHBC. LOF will only add to his bucket of wrongs.
Mike, very respectfully responding to your question. I've received three emails from folks showing the drinks. Two emails from different people containing the same exact photos. The third email was from a young gentleman who was presumably was mailed a few sample drinks. That doesn't appear to be SOLID proof of anything. A product that sells hundreds of thousands of dollars would result in lots of happy customers. Come on, do the math, very rough math. $1M worth of revenue at $2/drink retail price, at 1 drink per person is ~500,000 happy(hopefully) customers. With half a million customers no one can provide proof? We should be flooded with drink reviews, receipts, locations etc.
Ohh, about the locations. Great list of 7/11s. Unfortunately, when I called the random locations, none even heard of the drink. I certainly hope the drink is selling out so fast that none of the retail operators can find it? Or are they phantom sales?
I've emailed MediMike requesting to purchase the drink. He gave me the run around. I've requested a location where to purchase Patience drink, he gave me a city. Venice beach. Do you think that's a good answer from an owner/seller who wants his drink advertised/marketed/distributed/popularized? Sounds fraudulent to me.
I've emailed Buzzy requesting to meet this week, since I will be in SoCal. His response is "who are you and why would we meet?" Of course, that would seem like a reasonable question, except that earlier this year we emailed back and forth a couple of times trying to arrange a meeting with him cancelling at the last minute. On one occasion I've emailed him requesting a meeting and his response was something along the lines of "email me the day before, I'll let you know if I'm free". Seriously? That's an organized CEO? Sounds irresponsible, to say the least.
Lastly. Why have so many entities? Why have an incubation company that doesn't result in anything good? So many drinks(historically) and none of them are sold? Why do so many things and none of them well? Crazy business practices. Unless you take into account the concept of Fraud and Selling Shares of various companies to support CEO's livelihood. Then it all makes sense. Market, delay, sell hope, then sell shares, enjoy your life, steal money from investors. After all, financials legally and technically do not need to be audited. It'll take years for anyone to find out or investigation to conclude. By that time, lots of water under the bridge.
I'm calling out the obvious. What is the product? Where is it sold? Who are the retailers? I too want to try it, see it, advertise it, etc. 500,000+ customers, where are they? Financials, how can we be certain the numbers are what they are? Audit them!

Which shop at Venice beach?
CEO appears to lie about drinks produced, contacts developed, work done, distributors signed, and it's all about the next big thing that will make the unsuspecting shareholders buy shares, while he unloads his from multiple companies are under his control such as VGID, FHBC. Financials are not audited, so likely he make up the information that's published. None of the product can be purchased, anywhere. This is fraud.
