lol...righty..that was good.
consider yourself reported....
LoL! nah......again, you the man....good stuff.
ok, last one...the article:
Note the date: October 26, 1998. Get it? she has been around way before you just happened to fall on the "basher confession"...lol
http://tinyurl.com/2z4tkr
To fill this void, cybervigilantes--ordinary online investors who have taken to policing their territory themselves--have sprung up all over the Web. They are relentless about exposing cyberscamsters, or anyone operating online who appears the least bit dubious. On Silicon Investor (www.techstocks.com), there is now a "thread" entirely dedicated to "Stocks That Should Be Investigated by the SEC." Other sites go after individuals--suspected con men. Still others warn investors of questionable Internet stock tip sheets.
The unofficial queen of the cybervigilantes is Janice Shell, a 50-year-old art historian who lives in Milan and got hooked on busting online con men after she was burned in an Internet investment scheme two years ago. A tireless--even obsessive--pursuer of online malefactors, Shell says she spends 12 hours a day trolling the Internet, looking for crooks. Thanks to this single-minded dedication, she has become a celebrity--at least to those who hang out on Silicon Investor. There are two threads devoted just to her: "Janice Shell for President" and "Janice Shell--A Retrospective."
In the past two years, Shell says she has exposed an investor relations director with a murder rap, a so-called biotech company that really sold kitty litter, and a CEO who claimed to have run the largest corporation in Nevada but who was really the head of a two-man air-conditioning repair shop. "God help us if [Shell] ever goes to work for the hypester pump-and-dump gang," one admirer gushed in an August posting. "Being an international sex symbol is hard work, but someone has to do it."
golf, here is one for you:
look golf....this has been around..
for a long time. I have seen this on every stock board i have ever visited where things go wrong with the stock, like a suspension or for whatever reason, and the shareholders cannot believe that the company is at fault. So, they look for someone to blame, and then they blame Jim Bishop, and Janice Shell.
So, since you are posting this, why in the world, if this is true, why in the world would Janice Shell be able to roam on these messageboards, and ALSO be interviewed by Forutue Magazine as a stock fraud INVESTIGATOR? I would think that if there was this confession, the SEC, or even an investor with litigation on their minds would have taken action by now.
Of course there has been litigation against Ms. Shell from a company called Hitsgalore.com, but I don't think that turned out well for the company.
So, believe what you wish. Why should your post be deleted? It allows the post to be disproved if it remains. That is what debate is all about. Now, if someone thinks it is an attack on Mr. Bishop or Ms. Shell, a Mod can delete it, but I bet you Jim and Janice could care less about it.
Good luck.
Santiago Calatrave - Fordham tower
Proposed for a prominent 2.2 acre site on North Water Street, adjacent to Lake Shore Drive and near the entrance to Navy Pier, the Fordham Spire will rise to a height of 1,458 feet at its roof and approximately 2,000 feet at the tip of its spire, making it the tallest building in the nation.
Calatrava’s design is a tall, slender form whose glass facade seems to ripple downward in waves, like the folds of a cloak swirling around a figure. This effect is achieved by means of a structural innovation.
Each floor unit of the tower is built out from the central core like a separate box, with gently curving, concave sides. As these boxes are stacked up, each is rotated by a little more than 2 degrees from the one below. The result is that the floors turn 270 degrees around the core as they rise, giving the facade an impression of movement.

Youbet and Delta Downs Ink Co-Promotion Agreement
Tuesday March 20, 9:48 am ET
Youbet to Deploy Its Online Marketing and Distribution Platform to Develop Track's Handle Growth
WOODLAND HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Youbet.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:UBET - News) today announced that it has signed a co-promotion agreement with Boyd Gaming's Delta Downs Racetrack in Louisiana to help build the venue's online pari-mutuel wagering handle over the next three years.
The agreement calls for Youbet to feature Delta Downs racing content on its online advance deposit wagering website and to use its e-direct marketing and customer incentive programs to develop national wagering handle for the track. The key target for the co-promotion is Youbet's customer base of nearly 200,000 subscribers who wagered more than $463 million last year.
"Delta Downs' racing product has experienced tremendous growth in recent years, and with the help of Youbet we expect that trend to continue well into the future," said Jack Bernsmeier, General Manager of the Delta Downs Racetrack & Casino near Lake Charles.
"Youbet is a recognized leader in providing race fans with high quality streaming video and an online wagering format that is second to none," he said. "We're delighted to be partnering with them to build our business."
Louisiana HPBA president Sean Alfortish is strongly supportive of the arrangement. "I truly believe the Delta Downs - Youbet partnership will produce increased contributions to the horsemen's purse account," he said. "As both a horseman and an enthusiastic fan of the sport, I have been very impressed with the features and functionality of Youbet's wagering service ... and I think customers will respond to it very favorably."
In addition to race features on the website, Youbet expects to deploy its highly effective Youbet Advantage player points program to provide Delta Downs customers with the opportunity to earn double rewards on selected race cards. Youbet also will be the presenting sponsor of the $300,000 Delta Downs Princess Stakes race on Delta Jackpot Night, the main event of the season.
Delta Downs has agreed to promote online wagering at Youbet.com with on-track signage, print advertising, simulcast TV spots and Delta Downs home page banner ads. It also will stage Youbet sign-up opportunities at the track and conduct online handicapping contests with Youbet on Delta Downs races.
"This long term co-promotion arrangement with Boyd's Delta Downs is exciting," said Youbet CEO Charles F. Champion. "We are joining forces with one of the top brands in gaming to unleash the full power of our marketing and distribution platform and expose Delta's product to our large audience of pari-mutuel wagering customers. Youbet, with its own national presence and its own database, is uniquely suited to this kind of collaborative handle and fan-growth oriented effort."
The co-promotion agreement is effective immediately. The plan is to implement elements of the program during the final month of this year's Delta Downs thoroughbred season.

and that is the reason...
i decided to not try to find the good pink sheet stock.
thanks couch...
i do hope you guys all know i do wish all investors well.
i am done sparring.....
i love the board on IHUB. i met some good people, and enjoy the dialog....i am sorry if my opinions offend anyone. Of course i am willing to see all sides of the story, and i do believe the full story is not close to being told about EQBM...
with that said...how about Florida against Ohio st. AGAIN!
First football, now basketball....but i bet the outcome will be the same as before.....a win for florida.
by the way, if you look at the shirt i am wearing in the pic, you will see a GATOR head on it...GO GATORS
ok, that is the last opinion/off-topic post for the night on EQBM. sorry for the interruption
Dan
Actually, yes..
5% CD's do look good. with compounded interest, sure.
also, divy stocks look good also, 10% with divy re-investment will be a great investment for my child's college fund...
me and my boy...
Righty...although..
at one time I didn't like you for your posts.....
I enjoy and have grown to appreciate you and your posts. You're the man....
you're the MAN! i mean that.
Good luck slick.
i believe..
they look smart because they KNOW the tricks that MANY CEO's play in pink land, recognize when they are happening, tell investors OVER AND OVER AGAIN, and then get labeled basher...
then when it turns out virtually exact as they call it, they get blamed for it.
i think they are smart, and i think they try to warn those that do not know. I also believe that I personally was smart enough to listen and to start to recognize the signs, and sell TWO stocks, CKYS and EQBM, that I believed to have shady actions of the company, AND NOT get caught in a suspension.
That was the biggest lesson and the most telling story about who KNOWS and who SPECULATES.
Look all, I am not trying to go against anyone here, I am just telling you what I believe and where I stand. Yes, I will NEVER EVER put my hard earned money down on a pink sheet stock again. If I really wanted to take that gamble again, I will go play blackjack. Good luck all.
Dan
Righty...of course you are more savvy..
knowing i do not want to buy scammy stocks anymore, and that most pinks are scammy.....the rumor is 90% of them are...
i have vowed never to buy a pink sheet stock again...ever....
of course you are a more savvy investor. i know i am not.
JR...
i think i said IMO enough times...
but i did not write to you personally "get it"
sorry for the confusion. i will not respond to your messages when posting an opinion or a general comment. i was just reading your post, and then hit respond because it is easier to do that than to go back and then hit post new message.
sorry
i don't think it is in...
Mr. Skolnik's best interest to use his efforts to get this trading pink again. Currently, I believe he got the money he needed from selling shares as it kept trading sideways and this board continued to buy into his sells.....in my humble opinion.
when more money is needed, he will get things in order...IMO.
I also think that he made a killing on his own shorts of his stock against his 100 million reasons. that is a number one reason for the CEO of a pink to hold shares....just so he can short against them...get it?
All in my opinion or course.
Dan
he really opened...
up a can of spam!
oh, so then it is on topic....
thanks, i got it now.
serf, you know we love ya!...
thanks for taking the time out to DD these scammy stocks
why would SPIN PM an Ad Hominem attack..
about your wife?!? a friend of yours?
good luck jimmy..eom
nice "peace sign" shot...
in the last picture....very professional.
by the way, who is that in the pictures?
can i look now?...lol..eom
ok...i figured..
JIMMY...for the blind...
since you mentioned that....i will warn you that there is Toxic Financing all over this. The company has not been able to activly and effectively market their products, and they have had lawsuits brought against them because people either did not receive orders, or that the product itself was a failure.
This is not to say you can't get a bump in price, but I feel you should know the quick story.
Dan
I am going to allow more fluid discussion..
on this board since nothing is really happening at the time, but by all means, if it offends you, please contact Matt or Dave. They can overrule me.
As for Dzynstudios and his multiple aliases, you can also contact Matt, since he approved the change from dzynstudios to Cheezytang. Further, if you are familiar with dzynstudios, you will know that he told more boards and more people than what Matt has advised. In fact, I know that when Matt was asked about how to handle the name change, he told ol'dzy to not spam many boards about the name change, and just carry on with business as usual.
I hope this clears things up for you.
Sincerely,
Cheezy - dzy - tang - studios
self edit..eom
I'LL MOP UP..EOM
hey !!! glad to join the team!
i think the truth is highlighted..
fact...he was arrested by the FBI
fact...there was no contract with the DHS
fact...that news is the MOST relevant news currently.
good for you max....
when is the date? i would love to visit penn...
yep...just was catching up with your posts...
and now i got to look at what the ibox looked like a day or so ago, and how it got reverted back to its current state....
not good
i have been screaming about that...
IBOX for a week or so now...
i just don't get how it can look the way it does....first pic should be...
Jim Plant mug shot.
good eyes sylvrewynde.....eom
sure.. i will be your ass man
so wait.....matt promoted you to...
mod, when you just wanted to get RKD unbanned? you know, art2gecko is still around, but i guess he left the Netco post. it was Art2Gecko right?
anyway, polka, i remember a bunch..i have a great long term memory...short term mem is burnt out!
anyway, good luck buddy......
Dan
Well, it is an OTCBB stock...
which classifies it as a penny stock since it is not on an exchange....the other definition is the "below 5 dollars" classification of a penny stock.
so, this meets "penny stock" criteria, but I personally don't see this having the same risk as the traditional, below 1 dollar, pink sheet, empty shell that many are!
no.....i just could not take the pressure..
any longer....lol
seriously though, i don't have the time to confirm scamminess, and watch closely every minute of the day.
but
if i do play a penny stock, i will not hold it for more than one day. meaningm, if i buy it on monday, i sell it the same day. that is it. i have been in too many penny stocks that turn out to be scams in the end, that it does not make sense to me to hold more than a few hours. hell, the mantra is that 9 out of 10 penny stocks are scams anyway. not good odds.
Dan
penny..we bargain hunters...
have to stick together!...
so, that is why I was seeing what you were up to. i guess there is no reason not to input a large GTC order, but I just want you to know that doing in to fight shorts has never worked...and i have tried that many times. But it is nice to see what you could earn in reviewing that order!..
OPBL seems to be a good investment, IMO....
again, i have not looked through all filings, etc. but chart wise, this looks great...short term and long term holds.
Dan
here is the public announcement...
of Chef's death.
http://www.soonews.ca/viewarticle.php?id=8439
The story continues....lol
OHIO?!? why?
Zammy!...of course we remember you!
this is "dzynstudios", I just have a split personality and wanted to change my name....
Cheezytang...wanna try some? i bet it is better than Kol-Aid!..
LOL
anyway, here is the scoop.....I don't know what the hell is going on with Paul, but i don't think in all this time you been away, that ANYTHING has panned out for him, in terms of the multiple attempts to pump his other stock, which is now MSGM..
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=4614
for a recap, remember Ontus Communications?...
Well, i think you will remember that ontus became voiplabs...
ONTC
VPBH
then came the health food saga...
CCDE
CCDX
but he could not sell health bars to anyone, well, except for RKD. RKD bought some and also some stock, i think on Chef's recommendation..
RKD lost more money...
Then, Frank Cornacchi died, and the story is that his wife is trying to figure out why people are calling for their stock certs that Frank promised..well that is the rumor anyway.
Then came the next pump...
RHMX
RHNA
Real Hip Hop Matrix...changed symbols twice
finally, it has settled into MSGM...
get this..
Massive "G" Media Corp.
What a freaking saga.
Hope all is well with you my old friend...how is New York treating you?
Making cash?
Dan
