Did anybody put out a contract on some of the honchos for this shytshow? Or dig up a lawyer to salvage the pieces from these guys?
I don't get it??? Long established private company that has built the base of a world class operation and have now gone public on the CSE and they are keeping it a secret. WTF??? It is hard to find investors and raise funds if you don't announce that you are open to public investment. Not a private company anymore and shareholders deserve better because they don't forget!
Memorial Day launch??? Sooner is better but maybe not Memorial Day in case it stirs up some people in a negative way.
So close! We will know when it hits the shelves from consumer feedback. Pretty quiet considering that we are legal to go. Flush with cash to get the new promised flavours out, our own facility finished and to do catch-up with the back orders. I'm getting the sense that our formulators are watching this very closely and might not be distributing outside of licensed dispensaries who are more qualified to educate the consumers about the product and as with every product out there, could be subject to reformulation for "newer" improved flavour and packaging. I was hoping some posters from California would post about the products and their experience and report on any conventional advertising that they have seen since we made it to shelves. glta and dyodd
Calyx sales are up. CSE under EAT for bulletin.
bumping around at the same price as the latest fundraiser. Anybody see us on shelves in dispensaries and retailers in California and has anybody been able to sample and report back to us what they thought of these new improved adult style thc infused beverages? I can't see this going much lower given the progress that this company has made in a very short period of time.
Beverages hands down because they are a natural Segway to social convention of going out for drinks. Or more enjoyable than pills or drops and smoking it just isn't in the cards for a lot of people. The big plus is that thc infused beverages are safer than alcohol and less calories as well as minimal sugar for the diabetics. I suppose under the right circumstances I could enjoy a good infused peanut butter cup or chocolate but the beverages seem to be making headway in onset times and offset times although I would imagine that technology could make its way over to the edibles. Big Alcohol is taking major positions to be a part of thc infused beverages ie: Canopy/Constellation and all the others. glta and dyodd
Has anybody seen any kind of an ad or infomercial outside of Colorado, or even in Colorado?? Public companies need to be announced, loudly or shareholders walk away.
Financing news! Need more money to keep the boat afloat.
waiting on California inspection so we can get our new unique products to waiting consumers. Product is manufactured and shipped to warehouses.
good volume, not much on the US exchange, which is sad but just confirms that US investors are fearful of the Feds and their war on drugs and proceeds of crime antiquated legislation, although there are a lot of established pharma pot companies that are making serious moves to be publicly traded companies, that is to say, that they aren't waiting but clearly the expectation is that total legalization in the US is imminent. If this team can show some positive, new movement, it wouldn't hurt. I want to see full focus in California and when we get it right there, then we can conquer the world. If not, there isn't much hope!
The base is built and now the products are one step from shelfspace. One more inspection and when that happens comes the final test which is how the public likes our stuff. I'm anticipating brisk sales from a marketplace that has waited long enough to try our new vice or pharma product, whichever you think you want or need. Here's to no more delays and hiccups. glta and dyodd
Sharepricewise, Dixie Brands hasn't caught the wind in its sails yet after the rto. This is a real company that didn't wait to get a public listing and now that they have it they should be screaming it from the rooftops. Dixie isn't just a private company anymore, but rather a well established viable business with the IP and recipes to be a major player. Over 100 products on shelves in all forms for the greenrush which is beginning to show confidence Stateside despite the Feds draggin' their feet. glta and dyodd
trying to grind its way up. News would be helpful.
If these guys are getting any traction it sure isn't being announced. Is it for fear of attracting Fed attention or what? Instead we are glad-handing and back-slapping all of the competition like we've got a piece of their action. There's a lot of smart, well capitalized competition queing up to EAT our lunch while we are stopping to sniff the daisies. I am unsure of how all of the efforts and cash-burn are going to come together and one of the leading indicators of that is whether we attract any suitors. I don't see any! glta and dyodd
Thanks for that! I have seen posts of 3,4 and 7%. The Canopy and Acreage deal brings Dixie into the spectrum of Canopy who are executing well to be the leading marijuana company in the world. They are all over the place and it gets complicated to know who has fingers into who.
Now we've got the T27 manufactured and delivered. Just waiting for inspection and more shareprice appreciation. Two lines of products ready to hit the shelves. Seems that it should happen pretty quick now.
rumoured to own 3% of Dixie's shares.
I think Tinley has arrived with the announcement of their new High Horse and Stone Daisy. This is it! RTS products for a market in waiting. We could run out of these unique new offerings if they play out like other States that went legal. Quality and taste combined with research have given us what we hope will be huge winners. glta and dyodd
The Canopy Acreage deal solidified Canopy as the world's leading marijuana company. Can't forget about the huge endorsement of Canopy by Constellation. The Dixie connection through Acreage connects a lot of possibilities. Dixie is moving pretty quick to expand out of Colorado and come with a whole lineup of products but they seem to be the best kept secret since getting a stock listing so the public can be a part of it. They are moving forward but not announcing it like I think they should. Maybe they know more than I can imagine but I think that Dixie and Canopy could do great things together. Don't forget about the Dixie connection to Khiron. Khiron came to Dixie for new skus and vice versa and we haven't heard a word about edible progress from Canopy or THC beverages from Canopy or Constellation. The big are getting mightier and the latecomers are going to be fuel for the biggies.
lots of talk but not much action. doing the dwindle.
got a little bump up on the Canopy/Acreage deal I guess. Maybe Nut High has something up their sleeve of substance.
is this another regurgitation of what we already have or is this something new???
Tinley is finally coming together and I am expecting great things from them. It seems that they have the manufacturing plant together with our own to follow, on time, they say. Backorders to be filled first and a launch of the hard alcohol offerings. Lots to look forward to. It has been suggested that we should get the promotional machine going hopefully with some conventional ads to announce that we exist outside of the investors we have. I'm sure there will be rules and regulations and watchdogs to deal with in regards to advertising our company but we should still get something like an ad or informational promo. Shareprice has firmed up a bit, touching on 80c Canadian. This can move fast. glta and dyodd
For the life of me I don't know why they are still acting like a privately run company when they have gone public on the CSE. They should be shouting that from the rooftops or at least put out a couple of ads in Canada. They are still acting like the FEDs are going to come in and crush them. Dixie has over 100 skus and big expansion plans for the States and Canada. Canopy Growth, the world pot company is on the verge of legal edibles and beverages in Canada and haven't announced any products, although they have teamed up with huge beverage conglomerate Constellation. This could be a marriage made in heaven with Dixie's products and Canopy's big warchest of cash. glta and dyodd
Signed on a new IR firm. More dilution and fund raising to follow? I think this is the 3rd IR firm. Maybe they can impress on our management that the progress announced should be our own, not anybody else who we decide to pat on the back for the sake of getting a nr out. This company is at a critical point imho, of success or failure without much hope of a buyout for the assets at least until it gets liquidated. Oh well, we can always hope for quick resolve by the Feds in the US to fling the gates open for the greenrush of them all that is simmering below the surface in the US. We could get a rising tide shareprice move, if we are still around. glta and dyodd
Lots of action in the pot biz is pulling investors away for faster moving potential investments. We are such a daytrading bunch of investors these days. Longs are a dying breed and the bankers and brokerage houses are getting smarter with their short-selling skills, playing the spread to the detriment of small investors. Couple that with a slow moving company like Cannabix and investors get impatient. Even BTH/AGN is more exciting and could be drawing investors from BLO. It's getting tough to stay long but I know that this could easily hit a $30-40 sp for the first to the finish line with a workable thc breathalyzer.
As far as swabalyzers and blood and urine, no cop wants anything to do with that and politicians are flirting with danger if they are endorsing that as a regular measure. For sure if you kill or maim somebody while driving you should get those tests but besides proving unreliable as far as proper handling, time to analyze at lab and the swab test showing use from last week or 2 weeks ago, the stakes are too high and will backlog the courts. Jobs and drivers licenses are a pretty heavy hit for an unreliable test.
In theory, if the breathalyzer works like they think it will, that is the way to go, to get impaired drivers off the road. I think Yost is in the drivers seat of this company now and when he says it is ready, it will be ready! Then the Bullrun guys can do their stuff and promote the hell out of it.
Dixie Brands is puttin' one foot in front of the other and moving forward with new deals showing up weekly. They've got a bigger picture than just Colorado in mind and seem to be making strategic moves to complement their bottom line. Over 100 ss and 15 lines pretty much covers most of what I have heard of that greenrush consumers want and it is huge compared to some of the competition. They have been described as product manufacturers that put THC and CBD in their products and newcomers want to get a jumpstart and do deals with them to get acess to their IP and recipes, not to mention their manufacturing and supply know-how. The giant in the business, Canopy Growth hasn't announced anything close to that number of products yet, to the best of my knowledge. glta and dyodd
new product deal announced with Falcon.
firming up on latest news. temp facility up and running and products to shelves for back orders with promises of T27 soon to follow.
I'm thinkin' a shootout in management. Kill a couple and scare the rest!
Tinley got traction today on their 2nd plant announcement of completion. If this holds while sales get traction, then I daresay that we are off to some serious upside potential, just based on other States that couldn't keep up with demand as legalization. glta and dyodd
Sp shot up a little but flamed out again. Good products, good idea for cannabinoid infused products but wrong partner to execute with or shortage of magic ingredient at least as far as the thc product. CBD shouldn't be a problem for availability so that leads me to think that somebody is having trouble to make this happen. Just read a nr from Dixie Brands who announced intentions to have a line of products out in Michigan in 8 weeks. We need some of their management or production people if they can execute that quickly. glta and dyodd
Fundamentals are coming together with alternate production facility and we seem to be on track for 2nd quarter completion for our own bottling facility. Full focus on the rts Margarita and Flying Mule. My understanding is that as soon as they fill the backed up orders they will get on with the T-27 Whisky, Amaretto and Coconut Rum. Not quite sure what is happening with the Hemplify CBD threesome but I'm not ready to believe that they will walk from it. It could easily be 3 new flavours of rts beverages by changing out the cbd for thc or a combo of both. A lot of investors are expecting a nr this week, based on reports of e-mail contact. glta and dyodd
Shareprice firmed up a lot yesterday and up a bit more today. Colorado investors probably know about this company but maybe they don't know it has gone public yet. I haven't seen any ads on BNN or CTV on the Pacific coast of Canada although somebody said they saw one or two in the Toronto region.
They should be screaming the fact that they are publicly traded from the rooftops if they are trying to raise money to expand. 100 plus sku's and probably more since the Khiron connection. glta and dyodd
sp firmed up a bit today. If this doesn't tank they might be able to run it one more time. If Nut High delivers on production in Cali, this could be something.
That link u posted in regards to the BCU suggests that there might be more magic in that device than I first realized. Maybe I am just too excited about the prospects of this device for the ages to fully comprehend this but it seems to be more than a Tupperware container to catch and carry breath to the Mass Spectrometer. If I am getting this right it may be able to give answers at the roadside with extra samples for the MS to verify THC on the breath of drivers.
Jeff did an interview or presentation today that got some excited. I didn't listen to it myself but got a recycled version that sounded pretty good. Gettin' closer to production all the time. The version I heard is product might even get out this quarter. Sunshine, lollipops and blue sky everywhere. glta and dyodd
doin' some kind of a deal for Thailand. Not quite sure how that piece of the puzzle fits our plan. I would be much happier to see all effort and money going to California before conquering the world.
almost 15% firm up this am. Khiron deal and synergised products. Investors just don't get that this isn't a flash in the pan.
