Yes, just read the financials to see the converting notes and the ever increasing O/S.
Those that converted a few weeks a go were @.00005. That is 1% of todays price and shows just how much profit the noteholders are making. For such a "fantastic" ceo he signed some pathetically bad financing.
Its not a scam stock but the levels of dilution are worse than many of those. Its a pity because without it this stock would be several times higher.
Its easy to trade it as you know Tom will continue to dumps billions of shares, so it always comes back down.
13 Million dumped @.0051 today and over 20 million yesterday. Dilution is as bad as it ever was. Anybody that is blaming MM's for the drop in price don't know what they are talking about.
The price is declining because the CEO is still diluting.
T-Trades are back today from BMIC, as expected.
Not if you are still selling shares for 1% of the market price as per the latest 10Q.
We need the dilution stopped before anything. We got a 20 million profit and the stock is in the red. They stand to make 100 million on that deal that has been talked about for months, its not looking great for those predicting pennies nevermind $$.
The O/S will be well past 10 Billion unless revenue comes in now.
Unfortunately I think that will be weeks away, too many moving parts to sort before that could officially be announced.
A Stock restructure is whats needed more than anything.
The company are selling shares @.00005, thats 1% of the current price(as per the 10Q). If they could just of got a standard loan this nonsense would stop and people would not be afraid to buy.
If it takes more than a few months for that money to come in then the dilution will have to continue past 10 Billion. Then an A/S increase.
Looks like another round of dilution ramping up now.
With a large O/S such as this then investors do not control the stock, flippers do. Its much easier to manipulate by traders. If the stock had wider exposure it would not be a problem, but this stock is still generally been traded by OTC investors only.
An end to dilution, the buyout of the notes and a share buyback. That would get it above .01 within 24hrs.
Thats the affect of massive dilution, i was blue in the face saying this for months. Yet there are still some here that think and still insist that dilution doesn't matter.
No T Trades today, first time in months. BMIC parked @.0077 and sold nothing today.
You need to remember just how many shares are issued. Those walls while large numbers are absolutely tiny compared to the O/S. Thats where the large O/S starts to bite.
Good news like today needs exposure to bring in new buyers, not just your normal otc players.
Market didn't like that, if all those on the board think we are going to be trading in $$ the Pr's better get a whole lot better than that.
It was a 100 fold increase on their investment. As i've said many times before, shockingly bad decision making on financing by a supposedly well connected CEO.
Anybody here would of given him 10 times as much for those shares.
I'm up over 2000%(2k - >40K), and thats only by flipping it 5 or 6 times in 6 months(would be much more if i had the time). It could be 10000% without the dilution, which is the pity.
Your wrong if you think the dilution hasn't cost you.
In the months of April May and June the company sold 4,697,029,867 shares at an average price of .00014, absolutely mental.
Game on at the moment, Ireland v Moldova, pints after!!.
Did you not see the increase in O/S since the last filing from a few weeks ago. Its not hidden or anything!. Or have you not been following the O/S changes over the past six months.
Bit early yet, Friday night!
There has been literally billions of shares dumped in the past few months since he first said he would buyout the notes. Ridiculous method of financing with contracts in the bag, a real disappointment from Tom. The stock would of been multiples of its current pps without the dilution of the past few months.
Everybody moaning about getting current status for months when it was the share conversions that have cost people there profits.
Only 3 million of T trades today, BMIC missing most of the day and the stock rises 12% = The T trades are dilution and when they taper off or stop the stock rises. Quite simple, but appears incomprehensible for a few here.
If the CEO can stop diluting this can make a penny this month.
You should probably read the company filings before you go posting on a companies stockboard and definitely before you invest.
I am invested here but im well aware of how much dilution is occurring. This stock would be 5 cents by now if dilution had stopped 6 months ago. Therefore the dilution has probably cost most investors from back then a further 1000%.
The news is currently barely balancing the dilution. If the dilution stops the stock will go up, if the good news stops the stock will drop. Dilution has been the ruination of this stock.
For a CEO with such contacts he has been absolutely shambolic in sourcing conventional financing, and has done no better than the scam CEO's on this point. Where did his billionaire friend disappear to that we heard so much about a few months ago.
MM's have been given over 5 billion shares to sell in a few months due to toxic dilution from the company, its all in the filling if you care to read them.
You seriously think they need to naked short the stock when they have so many shares to sell. Things are often as simple as they look.
If they would stop selling shares it would at least give the stock a chance of getting back to where it was a few months ago.
I've been hearing that for the last 5 billion shares of increases, and guess what, all the people that said conversions weren't happening were wrong.
Quite simple, another 13 million shares of conversions sold into the market today(T Trades). Investors are rightly skeptical of a stock that has increased its O/S by 5 Billion(and rising) in a few months.
All the dilution is coming home to roost. The stock is 50% off from the highs of months ago. If dilution continues this stock may never reach the highs of a few months ago.
How do you think 5 billion shares got added to the O/S in 6 months ??? These were nearly all covered by T-Trades. Your clearly new here. If you have a problem with it, don't get angry with me call the CEO.
Tell me this would you rather have 100k or 500 k in your account, or as you say would it really matter ???
That is the levels of loss you are talking about, they have tripled the O/S in a few months and its continuing( an additional 5 billion shares). I think we will all make money here but only a fraction of the potential. Even more sickening, is that its the toxic financiers that will make more than anyone. I cant understand why the CEO is still doing it.
More notes are coming due recently, been watching these way too long. I'll guarantee you that you will see the P/S increased in the next few weeks. So many of you are used to OTC scams that you think this amount of dilution is okay. But lets all keep saying Weeeeeeeeeeee while the stock stays below the highs from only a few months ago.
Its such a pity because this stock really had the potential to make penny retail investors rich(actual rich, not the usual BS rich that you read here), but the CEO took the easy route and continues to use toxic financing(quite odd if they are making so much money).
I have been trading penny stocks for 15 years. Dilution is the killer of all penny stocks, while this has good fundamentals the dilution is as bad as any other scam stock.
I do believe this is an honest an invest-able stock, but the level of dilution is shocking.
They have dumped 5 billion shares in 6 months and another 30 million today. Those that deny it just have to read the filings.
This stock should be over 10 cents by now, if everybody is okay with the stock staying below 1 cent then keep praising the CEO and let him keep diluting, otherwise let him know that this dilution has to stop.
Quite simple, 30 million shares were dumped on the market, while investors keep giving the ceo a pass for dilution this will keep happening.
Its called dilution, its the reason the stock is at .006 today instead of .007.
Its the reason the stock is at .006 instead of .06 overall. Im long here 7.6 million shares but, Anyone that is claiming that dilution is not a gigantic problem with this stock is lying through there teeth.
I'm sure his plan wasn't to add 5 Billion shares to the O/S in the past 6 months but it happened. Anybody that thinks that BMIC and VNDM are still not selling some of those shares are fooling themselves.
If the company is making over $100 million on the Indian deal, why not just borrow against it from a bank(not there usual toxic source) and start buying back shares.
$5 million dollars would buy almost a billion shares.
The MM's can hold it down unless they have shares to hold it down. Its BMIC and VNDM that have all these shares and they have been selling them all yesterday and today. Anybody with level II can see exactly that.
BMIC and VNDM killing this stock like they have for months. Can the CEO not do anything about them.
There is no point in people talking about 10 cent if we can't even get to 1 cent. We would of been there along time ago only for the shares that BMIC and VNDM are adding to the market.
You have to wonder how stupid are those that sold after this news came out.
