I love my job, but would definitely reevaluate my situation. I would rather see dividends of .50+ per share in 5 years. I could easily live off dividends of .50+ a share and not sell a single share. I believe this stock should easily be above $5 a share the first year after financing. This project will have a spotlight on it when financing is achieved. Until then, enjoy watching the grass grow.......GLTA!!!
I’m already thinking about that. We can take a trip over to Herbster Angus farms by Falls City (40 minutes from Elk Creek) and we can hand pick our beef right from the pasture. I would like to have one of the cows sired from the world record bull he bought this February for $1.51 million. We will just fire up a grill and have Gordon Ramsay cook up some delicious filet mignon and porthouse right In the field where the mine shaft will be. It will be the best cowboy steak dinner in the world.

Agreed, it’s time we see some results of the traction on financing that the company spoke of 6 months ago and get this monkey off our back.
You can thank 001 for your windfall.......GLTA!!!
This new mine design is definitely designed with the future potential in mind. It’s hard to comprehend the lackluster response to the updated FS, but it is what it is. Let’s get this project financed!!! GLTA!!!
Rumor has it that the company is merging with IBC Advanced Alloys and the new name of the company will be Lindcorp.....lol
Might not be a bad idea....lol. Niocorp Superalloys seems more appropriate as the project will be producing transition metals. Niocorp Superalloys name doesn’t appear to be attracting investors though. The past few years have become very frustrating considering the derisking of the project. Shareholders that I converse with are becoming more and more irritated, but plan on seeing this through to the end......GLTA!!!
Well, good old trusty 001 is selling as usual.......GLTA!!!
I’ll be interested to hear what Mark has to say tomorrow. He must like Lind for some reason. I don’t understand it, considering what they appear to be doing to the Niocorp SP, but he has his reasons. It’s time to see some positive momentum.
001 says “Here, hold my beer!”
It’s crazy that Niocorp is currently trading less than 5% of NPV. Derisked to this point and less than 5% of NPV, just insane....SMH.....GLTA!!!
I will be the first to admit, things can be taken out of context in writing. I stand by my comment that this is not a “typical” mining company and I suggest doing some DD. There is a wealth of information on Niobium and Scandium available. I was involved in the aerospace/defense industry for over two decades and was very familiar with Niobium alloys. I believe EV revolution will make Niobium and Scandium the “it” elements from the chassis (Niobium already widely used in the chassis) to the fuel (batteries). I’ve been investing in this stock for over 5 years now. I did not expect to get rich overnight, but I expect that will happen once financing occurs and for many, many, many years following. I have had far to many people complain about this investment to me because they’re not seeing immediate results so. Happy investing....GLTA!!!
This isn’t a “typical” mining stock. Do some DD, I’ll leave it at that.
I sure did, there is a great deal of potential with IBC. I’m looking forward to seeing both NIOCORP and IBC develop their joint venture...GLTA!!!
Thanks for the post. I’m not sure I understand his logic as a director to buy shares and then sell. The one link had his remaining shares under 35,000. Either way, I remain very confident that Mark can get this company profitable and will have the right people in place. I’m sure the selection for CEO will be vetted thoroughly.....GLTA!!!
According to this, he now owns less than 35,000 shares. I’m not sure he has the company’s best interests in mind. May be time for a replacement.

This company has a lot of potential, but it sure isn’t very encouraging to see IBC Director Christopher Geoffrey Hampson having sold 132,496 shares. I’m not sure what Mark Smith’s plans are for IBC and NIOCORP, but I’m along for the ride......GLTA!!!
I agree, it is beyond comprehension that an investment of $100k in NIOCORP five years ago is only valued at $75k today. Given the amount of derisking completed over the past 5 years and being at the point of financing, yet the stock is languishing. I remain confident that this project will be financed soon and whoever has the boot on our throats will be knocked on their ass......GLTA!!!
Exactly, it’s not hard to read between the lines......GLTA!!!
I wish I owned that land, but the Beethe’s are the landowners of a majority of the project. I’m sure they are very excited to see this project in production too. There actually is a creek that runs on the far north of the project area called Todd Creek. I was thinking I need to create a libation of my own and called it Todd Creek Water....lol....GLTA!!!
Eh, the PP will cover less than 5 months at the current burn rate. Not sure where you’re getting a year. I have no trouble viewing the presentation. I’ve listened to it three times today with my windshield time. Very positive comment and vibes that financing is imminent....GLTA!
Listening to the presentation yesterday, I don’t anticipate another PP. We should see financing soon.
I thought that it was very significant to hear Scott mention all the engineering work for the air permit had been completed and that the permit is expected to be submitted this quarter.
Actually, Niobium and Titanium are playing a very big role in battery technology. The Niobium doped batteries developed by Toshiba charge much faster and last much, much longer. Toshiba has developed and have actually spun off an entire division devoted to the Niobium doped batteries. Niobium is playing a key role in numerous emerging energy technologies......GLTA!!!!

Distilled just means purification of the Scandium. I believe that NIOCORP and IBC are focused on the automotive industry with Scandium. We shall see....GLTA!!!
Mark and the team are in the process of obtaining financing. If they wanted to sell this project off, it would have been sold by now. Knowing what this gem holds, it will not remain in the ground....GLTA!!!
Knowing that this mine plan is based off of the current drilling data, 20 billion in today’s appraisal. However, the Elk Creek deposit is known to be open in three directions and at depth. I would expect a pretty high dollar at “auction” if it were to come to that. At the end of the day, this project will come to fruition. Until then, we will need to tolerate the endless bashing by contrarians and the current hit to our portfolios. Here’s to financing news in the near future! GLTA!!!!
I sure hope you can make it to the ground breaking ceremony. Just saying, that little red shovel would break more than ground.
Like I stated “I believe in management and this project, but there’s an apparent lack of interest in the company at the moment.”
I give Mark and his team all the respect in the world. The company has stated for quite some time that financing has always been an ongoing effort. The project should have no problem obtaining financing. I have no doubt there are other mining companies that would love to have this gem if the financing efforts stall......GLTA!!!
It would be nice to see some traction as a result of this executive order. If investors here in the USA and our allies don’t step up soon, I vote to sell this gem to China or the highest bidder. It seems all the capitol is going to stocks like Tesla where there’s not been any profit or into marijuana stocks that are so insanely overvalued. I believe in management and this project, but there’s an apparent lack of interest in the company at the moment. Here’s to Mark making an announcement on financing soon!!!....GLTA!!!
Do you smell that? Do you smell that?!.......Competitive tension son, nothing else in the world smells like that! I love the smell of competitive tension in the morning. You know, that smell, that competitive tension smell, it smells like......victory.
I’m thinking they (Niocorp-IBC-Traxys) are working on an Al-Sc master alloy for the automotive industry. Mark has dropped several clues to this in several statements. I believe the word will be out when they have already made a big deal.
So what are your thoughts and DD on IBC?
Mark Smith clearly has big plans for Niocorp and IBC Advanced Alloys......GLTA!!!

Agreed, if management felt that they would need more time, they would have had a much lager PP. This is one of the smallest PP that the company has had that I can recall. I’m thinking that if whoever Mark is in discussions with at the moment regarding financing doesn’t deliver soon, that the company will focus on getting financing through other lenders. I don’t see them sitting on this another year......GLTA!!!
I didn’t expect to see much buying/selling until after hearing what the company had to say for the investor’s conference call. This conference call is going to be very important as to which direction the momentum pivots. It’s showtime!......GLTA!!!!
