Good chance they will be fully funded after this raise. Nasdaq has different regs regarding funding relative to market cap.
He doesn’t realize anything. He believes in TRXC. Nuff said.
A raise greater than 25 mill would be a great omen IMO.
Funding may be less restrictive on the Nasdaq. Greater than 25 mill may be a possibility depending on investor interest levels. The wait is the worst part.
I’m referring to all your previous “insider” posts.
Well he’s got your cell phone now doesn’t he. And he can now match posilock with your phone.
Your little birdie may be catching on.
I guess now after this post he knows just who exactly is leaking all the insider info. Ooops!
Must have had second thoughts about sharing a particular detail or two and are editing them out??
Yes it is. There were two videos. Currently only the barker video is available. The McNally Genova and Jensen video is down.
It will be around 25 mill.
Here we go! More to come!
“We are proud of the considerable recent progress we have made in the development and refinement of our single-port robotic surgery system. Based on insights gained from previously completed feasibility studies, we have completed key advancements on the SPORT system to ensure that upon launch we will have an efficacious surgical system and a commercially competitive product that addresses surgeon concerns and fulfills their wish lists,” said David McNally, Titan’s chief executive officer. “We have met all of our first and second quarter 2018 expectations. Our team is now focused on meeting all milestones for the rest of the year, with more than 80 contract engineers developing advanced software and hardware while continuing to strengthen our IP position.”
Funny thing is neither did you lol.
At one point my cost average was 60.00 (2 bucks pre split) Currently it’s 7.50 (.25 pre split).
If you are long do whatever you can to average down. Mortgage your home if you have too. This is gonna be HUGE.
If you didn’t average down and don’t plan on averaging down in the very near future then it’s on you. You being the investor.
The company’s only interest is to get this completed to FDA approval and then a massive buyout.
50 dollars to beak even that sucks but averaging down is so easy at these ridiculous levels.
For OS to double that would mean 75+million raise. Even if they wanted to raise that much they cannot. Offerings are limited to certain percentage of market cap. This raise will be 25 million(ish). Warrants could come into play depending on how and when real news starts flowing and how the share price reacts.
I’ll add that the Nasdaq listing was a prerequisite to the roadshow participants investmement. I just hope they share who buys this up. Could be a big name.
On the money here julioBFree. The sky isn’t falling. The roadshow wasn’t for nothing.
There are limits to how much can be raised relative to a percentage of market cap. 25 mill is likely the most they can raise however the free warrant could serve as the additional $$ needed to be fully funded.
Deal was made during roadshows when they were seeking institutional support. The institutions want something in return for their support.... a good deal for them a good deal for Titan. I just wish we didn’t have to wait for all the details. That’s what will suck the next couple of days. Waiting...
From the release Bloom Burton will handle Canadian sales and Northland US sales once the registration becomes effective:
“Bloom Burton Securities Inc. (the “Agent”) is the agent for the Offering. Northland Securities, Inc. has been appointed by the Agent as sub-agent with respect to the offer and sale of the Units in the United States”
Once the registration becomes effective it may be bought in the US is how I read it. This offering is spoken for I bet.
Deal must have been brokered during the roadshows with institutions. Betting entire offering is spoken for.
Weren’t they featured in the movie The Big Short?
Heres to a future film: “The Big Long” a rags to riches documentary about the history of Titan Medical. Lol.
Chairman TBD. Hang in there.
Helluva improvement over MB. He’s legit.

Nice article on titan at SRS meeting.
Got anymore insider info? We are all ears.
Last call for stinky pinkies!
Thanks for the cheapies today! NASDAQ tomorrow!
Thanks for the insider info.
Quickly scanning through the list of largest Canadian companies it appears all of them trade on the TSX as well as being cross listed on either NYSE and NASDAQ.
Check for yourself.

One reason for listing on several exchanges is that it increases a stock's liquidity, allowing investors to choose from several different markets in which to buy or sell shares of the company. Along with the increased liquidity and choice, the bid-ask spread on the stock tends to decrease, which makes it easier for investors to buy and sell the security in the market at any time.
Multinational corporations also tend to list on more than one exchange. They will list their shares on both their domestic exchange and the major ones in other countries. For example, the multinational BP (BP) – formerly British Petroleum – trades on the London Stock Exchange, the NYSE and several other countries's exchanges.
We are still on the OTC posi!!
Uplisting to the Nasdaq is a big big deal. Legit otc companies aspire to uplist but the reality is most never make it.
This is a significant event for Titan and a signal that greater milestones are now more than ever within reach.
It is clear that many struggle with understanding market cap. If you want to be a penny stock investor fine. But seriously how has it worked out for the majority so far? Imo good riddance to the otc!
Time for Titan to grow up. Finally it appears it will.
Spot on as usual. Goodby OTC Hell. Nasdaq here we come.
UPLISTING TO A NATIONAL EXCHANGE
Uplisting to a national exchange is an important goal for many small, over-the-counter (OTC) companies, but it is one that needs to be vetted thoroughly. There are several important considerations including cost, ongoing listing requirements, timing, and adequate preparation.
Once your company is trading on a national exchange – either the NYSE or NASDAQ – you will see significant, tangible benefits:
1 | Enhanced credibility.
By holding publicly-traded companies to a higher standard, an uplisting creates higher levels of perceived credibility and legitimacy for companies that meet the stringent requirements set by the exchanges.
2 | Broader investor reach and visibility.
By virtue of trading on a national exchange, companies may meet the threshold for many Wall Street analysts to potentially cover the company with research. This will broaden visibility and extend reach to new investors through their sales organization.
3 | Expanded access to capital.
Many funds have mandates that preclude them from investing in illiquid and/or OTC traded entities, thus limiting shareholder access. Listing on a national exchange exponentially opens up the universe of potential investors.
4 | Increased liquidity.
Newly uplisted companies benefit from higher trading volumes and therefore greater liquidity. Liquidity can be a key factor in a fund manager’s decision to own a stock, as well as other structural factors. Studies confirm that after uplisting, companies often experience significant daily volume increases.
Precisely. No wonder we couldn’t get any traction on the otc. Many existing titan investors would prefer to remain in penny land with a bunch of penny shares. Nasdaq can’t come fast enough. The end of penny land and OTC Hell is within sight.
Just quit your job when you go to sell. That way you’ll be in the lowest income bracket lol. What a BS law PFIC.
You’ll see
