There is no plan or intention to do a reverse split. We believe that we will generate revenue sufficient to grow into and exceed the number of shares outstanding.

Frank,
So now that there have been a hundred million more shares thrown out there since the e-mail below and approaching the A/S, could you please tell me if there is going to be a reverse split? Haven't the longer term (even shorter term) shareholders been punished enough already.
Best regards,
I hope he sticks to his word
Rocket - While the Sandman has been less than forthcoming on the share structure and revenue projections, this SEC issue was cleared up as promised. Yep, I lost about $13K in TNOG, but you can rest assured that the Vancouver connection has no involvement with IGNT.
Cain - GERS is not a pink sheets stock - surprised no one corrected you.
Rocket - I e-mailed him a couple weeks ago where I asked if he was on track to "re-register" since he told me in a previous e-mail that the form 15 would be in effect temporarily for about 6 months. He just complained about the economy and the regulations to renew registration with the SEC in his response. So I thought it would be delayed well beyond June, but here we are to my surprise, a month ahead of schedule on that issue.
fivestar - Well that's not the end of the world - look at UPDV they went stinky pinky last year
FWIW - Got in at .0022 and still holding. I guess I'm greedy like that. Never saw a stock go up an entire week on no news in my several years of investing/ trading (especially including a Friday). This is something special and I believe there will be much more green than red for a long time. KOKO was just a day trader that got stuck. IMO
Chimemusic - Tell that to the insiders that bought tens of millions of shares at .0005
Picked up some of those .0005s myself:
Filled Buy 50000 ARSCE Limit 0.0005 -- -- 09:49:15 05/12/09
Order No. 5065158904 American Sec Res Corp Com Entered:01:01:11 05/12/09 Reuse
Filled Buy 50000 ARSCE Limit 0.0005 -- -- 09:39:24 05/12/09
Maybe this unusual rise in pps has something to do with that Dubai investor group and their $85 million or so. Pennyland coming soon. IMO Please, no PRs for a while. One more uptick and I'm even. GO UPDV!!
Anybody know what the O/S is? I mean the current, not the one from the last filing which is out of date already. LOL
I think they are finally becoming a real company:
Filled Buy 100000 IGNT Limit 0.0018 -- -- 11:56:20 04/29/09
Order No. 5006583087 -- Entered:23:50:05 04/28/09 Reuse
Picked up some .007s on Fri./e

Almost a year w/o news! Tells me management isn't doing anything. What POS! Market up, gold up, DKGR nada - just another pinky scam. They aren't even looking for gold or anything else for that matter - just selling shares.
Wang - Yep, I see that also on L2. Picked up 100 K shares at .0007. The Ask jumped to .0008 right after I bought. Great, now my average is under a penny.(
Billy - As a fellow bagholder, I'm with ya.
2 PRs in a year is a pump? HUH
Green - FYI - IMO means In my opinion - don't have links for that
Oh and FYI means For your information.
I believe that a blog would have no legal requirement for accuracy and Skunk's blog is very clear that certain information contained therein is opinion and/or speculation, but much of it is supported/ logically derived through PRs and filings. I wasn't referring to the owners of Next Diesel being desparate, but rather the lower level staff that got shares. I also believe that the PRs and filings have been accurate, but they become ancient history with the lack of update frequency.
Apophis-
There are 5 reasons why this stock is going down IMO -
1.) The long awaited $38 million GE deal was delayed
2.) KK's salary is not disclosed on Yahoo finance
3.) You can't get a daily update on the share structure
4.) The concerted effort of a team of professional bashers who are sponsored by the oil industry
5.) The new MI shareholders need the cash desparately
So, in essence, their is still alot of fear, uncertainty and doubt. Just stick to the facts, filings and PRs.
Forty-Eight New Fuel-Ethanol Plants Go Online in 2008 Representing 3.5 Billion Gallons of Production Capacity
SUGAR LAND--January 6, 2009--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Despite all the gloom in North America's fuel-ethanol production industry, 48 new ethanol plants went online in 2008, representing 3.578 billion gallons of ethanol production capacity and a total production capacity of more than 11.2 billion gallons
So all these people are stupid then. LOL
Earnest/ lefty - Ethanol (mostly from corn) is currently 20% cheaper than gasoline - that is what matters.
http://www.cmegroup.com/trading/energy-metals/energy/ethanol.html
And not going up as fast as gasoline futures either - that even matters more:

Krays - Yep, pretty good volume and pps spike, but still a long way off for progress and profit. Probably will trickle down next week, but who really knows.
Krays - Got that right - I thought they were already in certification and it should have been about finished by now. What have they been doing since Dec. 11?. "About ready to receive deposits" They were ready to do that months ago - never needed certification for that. I sent Frank an e-mail 2 days ago for a progress update and haven't received a response yet. They are really dragging out this "story line" for sure.
More DD:
The O/S is now slightly over 595 million (just checked). That's about what I expected. Unlike some other stocks, its nice to be able to get that number on a daily basis if necessary.
Insider transactions:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/it?s=ARSC.OB
Some are purchases and some are granted as pay, but no sells - HMMM
Total about $81K in buys for about 20 million shares average pps = .004
Math lesson over
Twalk - You are not too good with math - one of the execs bought about 6 million shares at .0015 = thats $9000 not $180. They also bought at higher prices.
Enough is enough already - this is a reporting company with an excellent A/E product and recent insider buys at .0015 - get 'em below that while you can.
Filled Buy 150000 ARSC Limit 0.0012 -- -- 15:52:55 01/28/09
I think investors are a little uncomfortable with the newly issued 220 million shares from the 14C. Probably wouldn't have been a big deal if they uplisted first. JMO
Vulcanized - In what? Biodiesel yes, UBRG no. Why would I pay $1.50 a share for UBRG (no revenue), when I can pay .02 for GERS (revenue)?
Lightbeam - There's a nice chart of biodiesel/ ethanol production on the UBRG board - why don't you "steal" it and put it here. TIA
Vulcanized - If you could get nearly 100 shares of stock for one share of UBRG in a biodiesel company that is already selling their fuel and equipment would you do it? Check out GERS. The real question is "Is UBRG overvalued?"
bwr - Answer 1 = yes, answer 2 = GERS. I recommend doing some DD before making a decision.
How can UBRG.PK be at $1.63 and GERS.OB be at .018? WTF!!! Outrageous disparity!
Hammer - Who knows - .05 might just be a speed bump on the way to a quarter, the way this is approaching verticality.
Larry - Are you referring to Yates Cider Mill near 24 mile and Dequinder area? I grew up in Shelby Township. AHH yes, the memories.
Imagine that - management that actually executes their biz plan as publicly disclosed. LOL This is a rarity in the pinky and OTC world for sure! GO ETNL!
Goup - They call it a Golden cross for a reason.
Looks like one of them "Golden Crosses" on the chart will occur about tomorrow - for all those into T/A.
