Eventually. Actually we should hear something about the IFE, update on the Eclipse, OEM for the headset, and new version of the Odyssey, perhaps during the summer. It's anyone's guess as to this week versus September for each.
Historical DD....Anyone remember the site for getting into the old DD, etc. It was formed by MIR when we all posted on RB, back about 3 years ago. I think she then changed the site to a yahoo, but not sure.
I was a moderator at the time, but have lost track of the site. Would like to go back and review some old stuff if you can remember the site.
You can send me a pm if you want.
OT: Trend..Probably safe in Fla., but the path is largely determined by other pressure systems, like a high here and a low there, etc. It could turn around and go to Florida, but chance is slim at this point.
OT....Gil, If it hits teens, will probably get greedy and wait until twenties.
Global warming....I believe....Impact on weather...Unsure!
Time will tell all
trend..It's the real thing..It is supposed to turn toward Brownsville, but their accuracy only improves as it gets closer to landfall.

.30 x .31 vol 1045.2k. But our mountains block all before it gets to Austin.
Volume at 1,039,200, not bad. And we are pointing our fans to the south, two years ago we had Alicia, what a mess.
Ot...How would you like to have this coming your way?
I can't believe it. Edig and 7 others of mine are in the green today, I like what I am seeing.
volume ....we went from 438k to 773k in no time, oops now at 843k
did i see a couple of 100k buy's
LOL and counting
owd...In spite of what you think, I do understand the process.
Gil......I do have her and many others on filter. I use the on and off depending on how much fun I want to have. I also enjoy catching them in so many errors and asking them to prove their point or show the documented facts, not just their opinion.
At times it is stimulating, I'm sure to them as well, otherwise they wouldn't have anything to do.
I must have missed you r other message.
Cass...No I'm not, but I do understand the process. In fact my nephew supports his family of four selling used items only through ebay. He has given me a lesson or two.
.295 x .305 tight range today, volume 465.4k
Cass..Why don't you ask the seller how many units he/she is selling. And paste the reply.
Cass..Why? Out of the hundreds listed, I doubt that many will change significantly.
OWD...Ipod quality pretty poor based on OWD comments as they relate to give away cheap prices indicates poor quality.
All companies practically give away or charge very low amounts for obsolete or about to be obsolete items. I can accept that on some of the edig players.
How do you explain the cheap prices on all of the Ipods including some new players and 2nd and 3rd generation products as listed on ebay.
Note some of the 10GB players for as low as $50.00 and 20GB for just about $100.00.
Does this relate to quality for the Ipods or just for edig as you so state. What is good for one is good for the other.
Cass.....Any item would be hot if it was for sale at a range of 10-50% of it's normal retail value. Check the prices, many are well below the retail amount.
owd...Took you off filtering for a moment. Comparing like players we find the following:
Let's see, no dead Odyssey and not too many listed on ebay for sale.
Hundreds of Ipods and many very cheap. So stick around for a while and then buy a Ipod for 10-20% of the market price. Doesn't speak well of the quality if people give them away so cheap.
First 8 pages show almost 400 Ipods for sale on ebay. Some are new, 10GB and from $50-100. Lots of new ones, but lots of used ones as well, and very cheap.
murgirl..WOW 45+ Ipods on page one of 17 on ebay. Many new and still in box. I wonder how many there are in total, maybe hundreds.
Only a few edig players and almost all are the older models.
Cass....You still cannot provide numbers. And why not mention all of the Sonic, Rio, Sony, and other brands. Did they also sell their overstock or are these units that the people don't want.
Your slanting of every subject is very tiring.
Cass....So what is your point. These are no longer being marketed.
Please show me your actual numbers since you mention a very high failure rate only fewer would have purchased the extended warranty.
You don't even know how many Treos were sold so you have no idea as to any percent of anything.
Please try to quit confusing people with your opinions as opposed to facts.
.30 x .31 474k vol
I think it was about .35
.28 x .285 last trade at .285 vol 21,400
Ot....ON2 up another .55 at $3.40 520,000 shares
Cass....I wanted to let you know that I responded to your post, but they deleted the message. I did admit my mistake, I looked at the wrong data in my haste.
Also, to help you understand, the operating loss doesn't mean much, it's the gain or loss attributable to shareholders that is meaningful. The difference is they could have a tremendous amount of interest income or expense, just like an individual income tax return.
And we don't know if the contracts you bring up are going to be profitable, they may incur large operating losses, so profitability isn't necessarily around the corner.
Cass....You post the latest quarter gain or loss for both companies. In dollars which is closer to a breakeven.
Cass. That has nothing to do with it. They have had over 10 years to develop their technology and their losses are greater than edigs.
Cass....The raw data shows that edig is closer to profitability than on2 is.
Cass..Wrong again, why not try posting the truth
Company History
Founded in 1992 as The Duck Corporation, a privately owned entity, we originally developed and marketed compression technology that enabled developers of computer video games, video games for dedicated video game consoles and multi-media presentations on computers to convert an analog video signal to a digital video signal, and to compress the signal for storage and playback on the required device.
In June of 1999, The Duck Corporation was merged with and into a wholly owned subsidiary of Applied Capital Funding, Inc., a public company whose name was concurrently changed to On2.com Inc. and subsequently changed to On2 Technologies, Inc.
MH..MP3 good to me also. Bought it as an IPO and sold it at $58.00
SSI...Ask Moxa, he is a stock holder. I followed it a while back but lost interest, darn it.
Cass...Please explain this paradox. You state that edig has accumulated losses of 50 million+, and the PPS is overvalued. They have not made a profit in 10+ years and that you feel they will out of business soon.
ONT...ON2 Technologies INC. in business since the early 90s. Total losses greater than edig, and until recently overvalued in the PPS just like edig.
But lately they have seen a surge in the PPS, even though the last quarter earnings incurred a significant loss, many times that of edig.
How do you explain the increase in their share price, yet continue to say that it is impossible for edig to achieve this same pattern.
The chart below shows the trend over the last three years for these two companies, almost identical.

If edig management doesn't realize the benefits of our system compared to the hard wired systems, then we really need to have them replaced.
They tend to forget how to market a product, lets hope this time they will do it correctly.
