Elcappy1 look how many shares traded today. Guess what, the people buying were not from this message board. Maybe 5 million shares at best were from people on the board and that is doubtful. No one even knew about this. So ask who bought almost 41 million shares today. Someone that knows what is about to happen, that's who. And once again if there was this so called dumping of shares on the open market where the hell were the shares. They sure the hell was not sitting on the ask as this thing ran up so damn fast and easy.
I mean come on if we truly had 1 billion shares in the float we would of had 10's of millions of shares on the ask at each click up in share price at every level .0012, .0013, .0014, .0015, .0016, .0017, .0018, .0019,
.002, .0021, .0022, .0023. But guess what we did NOT have that. Wanna know why. Simply because the shares the company has sold to raise money has not been sold into the market, but to private investors buying those shares. Less then 7% of the O/S was traded today and it moved us up 130% from .001 to .0023. Just imagine what would happen to the share price if we traded 350 million shares in a week like it did back in 2012. I can tell you we will not be in the .00's.
Take care my friend,
Mike

People need to quit doubting Clark! He has been very busy working for us over the past month. He has told everyone here what he was doing. He told everyone not to listen to the chatter on this message board, but what the company is doing. Yea for the past 3 weeks things have been slow. But it was also during the holidays with Christmas and New Years right in the middle of the week. This was the first full week to do anything and he has been away all week at the CES Show. I expect him to give us some updates over the next few weeks. I told everyone a few hours ago Clark would let us know what is happening with a new podcast. Can't wait to see what he has to say. Thanks Clark for what you are doing for the company.

THE REAL TRUTH ABOUT AFTERHOUR FORM T TRADES...
The Pink Sheets follows regular market hours, from 9:30 AM until 4:00 PM ET. The Pink Sheets follows the market calendar of the Nasdaq Stock Market and is closed on the days that Nasdaq is closed. The Quotation system is available from 7 am to 5 pm every business day. However, individual traders at a market maker control when the trader's quotes are open and firm.

(a) When and How Transactions are reported
(1) Trade Reporting Facility Participants shall, within 90 seconds after execution, transmit to the NASD/ Nasdaq Trade Reporting Facility or if the NASD/Nasdaq Trade Reporting Facility is unavailable due to system or transmission failure, by telephone to the Operations Department, last sale reports of transactions in designated securities executed during normal market hours. Transactions not reported within 90 seconds after execution shall be designated as late.

Transactions not reported within 90 seconds also shall be designated as “T” trades.
Such “Form T” transactions not reported before 9:30 a.m. shall be reported after 4:00 p.m. and before 8:00 p.m. as “T” trades with the appropriate trade report modifier as specified by NASD. 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time and be designated ‘‘as/of’’ trades.

Pink Sheets and “Form T” Trades
Since OTC does not accept pre-market or after-hours trades, an OTC transaction marked as a "T" trade indicates the transaction did meet the NASD 90-second posting rule per above. If the "T" trade appears at the beginning of the day, it indicates the trade was not posted at Pink Sheets before 5:00 PM on the preceding day.
There are several types of "late" reports:
1. Those with a time stamp within a minute and a half after closing are just normal 90-second delays.
Rule 6620.1: OTC Market Makers shall, within 90 seconds after execution, transmit through ACT last sale reports of transactions in OTC Equity Securities executed during normal market hours.
In this case, the market maker may have conducted a trade within seconds of closing and delayed reporting it until just after the bell. This delay, which is permitted, is frequently misinterpreted as manipulation.
2. Then there are trades later than 90 seconds after closing. These trades fall into two categories and typically involve larger size lots.
a. The first category is sometimes used by financial institutions that are non-market makers to report larger transactions that actually occurred during market hours. However, since these institutions do not have access to ACT (Automated Confirmation Transaction Service), they use "Form T" to report.
MMs are prohibited from habitual "Off Market” transactions:
A pattern or practice of late reporting without exceptional circumstances may be considered conduct inconsistent with high standards of commercial honor and just and equitable principles of trade, in violation of Rule 2110.
These ”Off Market” trades are typically used by larger investors to trade larger lots at pre-arranged prices without risk of driving the price upward or downward.
b. The second category involves so called “ex-clearing” lots. Certain transactions may clear and settle outside of the regular clearing system ("ex-clearing" transactions), where two dealers make an arrangement to settle trades between themselves and outside the clearing system.
The process used to balance street-side transactions depends on the type of comparison generated and the settlement method for the particular trade.
Trades Comparison is accomplished in one of two ways:
1. Electronically through the use of an automated clearing house such as the NSCC. This the normal way.
2. Manually via ex-clearing. Ex-clearing is a manual comparison process that is performed by the brokerage firm’s Purchase and Sales Department. Unusual short coverings can end up settling this way.
3. See http://www.brokerage101.com for further information.
http://www.hotstockmarket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=60075&page=27
So we see the 10,300,000 T-trade today at .0015 occured 90 seconds after the market closed. From the report we just read:
There are several types of "late" reports:
1. Those with a time stamp within a minute and a half after closing are just normal 90-second delays.
Rule 6620.1: OTC Market Makers shall, within 90 seconds after execution, transmit through ACT last sale reports of transactions in OTC Equity Securities executed during normal market hours.
Here are the simple facts this is nothing more then settlement of sales during normal market hours.

WELL SO MUCH FOR THE GLOBAL LOCK...
Solos Endoscopy posted a disclosure regarding a notice it received
from the Depository Trust Company (DTC) on November 25, 2013. Since that time, Solos Endoscopy’s legal counsel provided DTC a legal opinion, on December 19, 2013, to confirm that each of the Subject Securities, including the Notice Securities, were, at the date of deposit at DTC, eligible under the Rules and Procedures of DTC to be deposited for the Services.
Now the Global lock is completely out of the why and we get a 130% increase. That is why this ran. I feel sorry for those that sold and lost out because of being scared to death this was going to they grey market. Oh well it allow me to pick up millions of shares. Next we get confirmation of CE Mark certificate. Then the big news comes.
Trust me todays volume of 65 million shares were not from buyers on this board, maybe 4-5 million shares were. Those same people knew there was not a global lock and was buying the shares for the past few months. That is why Bob never released anything about it. He was watching the transfer of all the shares from the weak hands into hands that know where this is going. Up 130% on 65 million shares traded. And it was so thin going up. So much for all those billion shares in the market. Hate to tell people those shares are not in the trading market. Bob had people buying those shares all this time. If there was a billion shares in the market we would of had tens of millions of shares on the ask. We did not! People better start to connect the dots. That is jus the facts!
Take care my friends,
Mike
Where are our friends that got us to the trips. I personally want to say thank you so much. We don't need any buyers here let Bobs friends take care of that for us. They are the ones buying all these MILLIONS of shares.
Take care my friends,
Mike
Our time has arrived. The buying today was not from people on this board. Only 37 million shares sent this from .001 to .0021. Very thin on the way up and even thin now. So much for there being a billion shares dumped into the market. The majority of the float is in longs hands that added major amounts of shares on this recent dip to the .000's. I sure was glad to add 10's of millions more to my position. Thanks a bunch.
If all those shares were truly dumped into the market we would of never ran that hard and there would have been tens of millions of shares on the ask. They were not!!!!
Bob delivered exactly what he said he was going to do, get CE mark certificate.
Take care my friends,
Mike
Health like you said we have seen news move low float stocks up quickly. It hit teens before and I would think it can do it again. Hopefully we get news this month and will see how it moves again.
Take care my friend,
Mike
We are not here to pump. We don't control the price. When news comes out we will see the price move up. I would think by the end of month it will run. If it has been diluted like you say then it will not run to the teens. If it runs to the teens then stop with the dilution nonsense, which is just an opinion with no proof. Come see us the last week in January and see if it has run.
Take care my friend,
Mike
Gtrading, LOL so you want us to believe you have shares of this stock. Why in the heck would you be posting things like you do if you wanted out? If you want out put your shares up for sale and they will be bought.
Take care my friend,
Mike
All stocks will have a pull back after 1000% run. Simple consolidation taking place now. Just like ArchieH just said he took profits when it ran from .01 to .12. and is buying again. Everyone was screaming dilution then and it went up so fast it made everyones head spin. If I recall didn't you buy back in November and was a huge supporter of this stock for over a month?
Take care my friend,
Mike
Pennylanepam he bought back in November and was a huge supporter of this stock. I would never buy a stock that ran up almost 1000% until there is a pull back and consolidations takes place. Just like it has now for the past month. Smart investors have been adding to their positions for the past month. Once again it's called consolidation. Let see who is right in the next 2-3 weeks if we get some news.
Take care my friend,
Mike
I'm looking at the chart from Dec. to Jan. where the price has been rock solid around .02 after the pull back from the first run up. Millions of shares traded and you keep saying it is dulition yet we are at the same price for OVER ONE MONTH. BID WACKING FOR A MONTH AND WE ARE STILL AT .02. There is no dilution, same price, same amount of shares on the bid and ask. YOU CAN NOT HAVE DILUTION AND THE SAME AMOUNT OF SHARE ON THE BID AND ASK AS YOU DID A MONTH AGO - IMPOSSIBLE!
Take care my friend,
Mike
ArchiH you're exactly right. Most smart investors...
can see what is going on. Some rookies just don't have a clue to what they are doing. In November is was all to the moon, this low float stock is going to fly and now it is the sky is falling and they are selling. To funny! I see right thru it.
Take care my friend,
Mike
Gtrading you are wrong. If they are selling shares that means they are going into the market. There would be huge blocks of shares on the bid and ask, mostly sitting on the ask.
Pennylanepam you are 100% correct. If there was this so called dilution then that would mean we have extra shares in the market and the have to go somewhere. They won't go on the bid, they would go on the ask. Million of shares would be sitting on the ask and not a few thousand. The scare tatics are not working. Smart people know the difference. Trading 101 - dilution of shares means more shares in the market, means more shares sitting on the ask to be sold.
Take care my friend,
Mike
If I had to guess I would say before the end of the month we should get some news. Remember they have a lot of things they are putting together from their previous PR's. Once news comes out this low float stock will go back into the teens. Let's see just how fast it moves. If all this so called dilution is happening then it would barely be able to move back to .06. If there has not been any dilution we will see this move right back up into the teens.
Take care my friend,
Mike
46&2 we all know that. If they had proof they would be providing the link showing they were selling shares. All they have to post is the same thing over and over without know proof of what they say. SHOW ME THE LINK!
Take care my friend,
Mike
Well Crowin if they are selling stock for a living show me the form 4 they have to file to sell their shares. Besides the last I looked I believe their shares are all restricted 144 shares that can not be sold for a year.
Take care my friend,
Mike
Nobody is going to by that statement with a float of only 21 million. Even if it is 50 million. That is the funniest statement I've read on message board in a really long time. What are they going to do a 1 for 2 and take it to 10.5 million, LMAO!
Take care my friend,
Mike
The law says that if the broker the CEO uses to sell his shares, it will have the broker in major trouble and will shut them down if the CEO does not file a form 4. As matter of fact every brokerage firm not files the form 4 for the CEO just so they know it is filed before they ever sell the CEO's shares. This keeps them out of major trouble and keeps them form getting shut down. That is the simple facts. I thought everyone knew that.
Take care my friend,
Mike
Just remember someone has been buying every share being sold on the bid. Smart money knows where this is going. If not we would of went back to .00's a long time ago.
What's funny is it's known fact all CEO's have to file form 4, even those on pinky's.
Carlson I don't believe revenue comes from ipoint. Revenue will come from content on the app and advertising. Also from specialized applications like with Jasper.
Take care my friend,
Mike
Exactly!!!!! I want them to put the shares to good use to advance the company!! If they have to sell some shares to raise money to further the company then take us to the next level.
Take care my friend,
Mike
Big difference there buddy in a company using shares to raise money to further the company and the CEO dumping shares on us taking our money. The app was not free, neither is getting content, and all the other things they are doing!!
Take care my friend,
Mike
Katano nice meeting you there in Dallas. Looks like things are starting to come together just like they said.
Take care my friend,
Mike
Here's the facts folks in order for Eddie to sale...
shares he has to file a form 4.
Q: Can investors find out when the CEO is selling company stock?
A: Nobody knows the company's future better than the CEO. So if the CEO is dumping stock, that's something investors need to be aware of.
Securities regulators require a company's officers and directors, or investors that own more than 10% of the stock, to file documents outlining their ownership with the Securities and Exchange Commission. That includes the CEO.
There are a number of forms these officers and investors must file. When a company first issues stock, the CEO must file what's called a Form 3. This document describes the officer's ownership stake and is available at the SEC's website at www.sec.gov.
More importantly, over time a CEO may buy or sell the company's stock. These changes in ownership must be disclosed on what's called a Form 4. These documents must be filed within two business days of the transactions. The Form 4, also available from the SEC's website, is the document that's most important since they contain most of the major transactions reported to the SEC.
Lastly, officers and directors must report any transactions that were exempt from being on a Form 4 on a Form 5. These documents are much less common, but still important to get a full picture of what the CEO is doing.
There's just one caution. Just because a CEO is selling stock doesn't mean the company is in trouble or the stock is about to tank. Remember that CEOs are people, too, with kids to put through college and homes to buy. Excessive or unusual selling is one thing to watch for, but just regular or routine selling doesn't tell you much more than that a CEO is looking to raise cash, usually for personal reasons. That's why some investors pay much more attention to when a CEO is buying stock. When CEOs buy the stock in the open market, and not part of an automatic purchase or pay package, that can be a promising sign about the future.

So if Eddie is diluting shares then provide us a link to the form 4.
Take care my friends,
Mike
Benztech that tells the truth on what has to be done. Eddie and Clark are not selling shares.
Take care my friend,
Mike
He has not promised me anything. I've found the man to me really nice. So unless you can provide me with a link of him filing a form 4 and selling his shares then you have no proof and are just posting your opinion. Show me the link to him selling shares not of just PBHG but ANY COMPANY HE HAS EVER BEEN THE CEO OF.
Take care my friend,
Mike
BENZTECH HERE IS YOUR ANSWER MUST READ...
If anyone wants to know the rules for CEO's selling shares this link from the USA TODAY will help answer you questions.
http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/columnist/krantz/2013/04/07/ceo-selling-insider-trading/2049909/
So enough with the talk about dilution provide the link were Clark and Eddie are selling shares.
Take care my friends,
Mike
I asked for a simple link showing were he was selling shares and you want me to provide his brokerage account! Really! Lots of talk on here about him selling shares and yet no one can provide a simple link to him selling shares. So once again provide the link.
Take care my friend,
Mike
Why don't you show us a link where Eddie and Clark are selling shares. A simple link showings there form 4 filings. Not any opinions, but a link showing where he is selling. It has to be filed before shares are ever sold. So that would be current any time that were to happen. As matter of fact show me a link to ANY OF THE COMPANIES HE HAS EVER BEEN INVOLVED IN WHERE HE HAS FILED A FORM 4 AND SOLD SHARES. Nuff said! Let's see the proof!
Take care my friend,
Mike
