I also wonder with St. Ellie being a Canadian Company and Boreal being a U.S. company if St. Ellie would be shielded from any revenue recovery from BRWC money that may have gone there? It all just seems so clever in hindsight.
If an investigation by the SEC uncovered monies belonging to BRWC went to benefit St. Ellie Francine's private company while Boreal was public then maybe we could recover some money from the forced sale of St. Ellie. Just a thought but like I said before I don't expect to see a dime. I would like to see Francine pay a penalty of some kind if she were to be found guilty of any wrong doing.
I'm quite sure FLPC is not extracting investor's cash do you even know how investing in a company's stock in the United States works?
There is a lot of ground to cover to that kind valuation but in the long term we could be pleasantly surprised with a SP well into silver range.
Exactly the reason I own shares here is what we have and already know. The 1000 tons of ore has value and the Antimony market is hot and prices are rising. The company goal of being the only Antimony producer in the United States is huge considering the strategic nature of Antimony for military and technology based applications along with it's supply problems from foreign sources. The financials will not IMO tell us much of anything as you said we haven't been doing any mining in the past 2+ years now but it is a requirement to be current.
The company is being very careful and I think deliberate in not providing an exact date or timeline for the release date of the audited financials. It is a process that is done when it's done and The company knows it will be completed and probably has a very good idea as to when but is not telegraphing it. IMO it is going to catch all off guard to some degree especially those waiting to get in.
Slap the ask and the chase is on. This will be a good buy at 0.0025 and 0.005 so it has a ton of room to run.
Good lesson and yes I believe we are going to see big gains for the patient investor here as well. There is some very careful planning going on by management and we are all going to be rewarded for those efforts IMO.
A big move up is coming and the Debbie Downers can't stop that from happening too many positives here IMO. 10's will be seen as a great buying opportunity when this is 10 times that.
Thanks for your continued interest in my investment FLPC will be just fine.
Yeah if anyone has an answer that will satisfy Mr. doom and gloom take a stab at it. I will only say that the Antimony ready for processing now from the previously mined ore will help pay for start up costs and banks are not the only source of funding.
We may be surprised at how high this could go once mining resumes and revenue is coming in. The first order of business obviously is getting updated by management I hope soon.
I don't think it would have been used for benefit of BRWC but rather for St. Ellie.
Shouldn't all revenue from any source related to Boreal Water Collection need to be reported as income in some form? Why are we out our entire investments and Francine has the money from that sale to do with as she wishes. If she put the funds into St. Ellie or used them for some other purpose outside BRWC wouldn't that be inappropriate unless authorized or permitted? Maybe it was a permitted use and I just don't understand just asking.
The question has been ever since we all became shareholders in the private Boreal Water Collection why do we not know the share structure and the valuation and what the revenue is for 2017/2018. The plant is operating, okay are we ever supposed to know any numbers? I say this is just a continuation of the same old Francine with absolutely no regard for the people who invested in BRWC. She is still abusing the people she now claims to just be one of.
She was hiding the diversion of funds from Boreal Water sales to St. Elie IMO.
I agree Francine needs to be in prison and if the St. Elie connection could be shown she would be IMO.
I agree it was criminal too because I think if someone dug into the St. Elie connection we would see why BRWC never made it. It's all academic now however.
Maybe now that according to Francine she is just a shareholder she will be concerned about all of us because she is now one of us. I find it a bit humorous that now she puts "the management of the company in the hands of an expert" only after she destroyed the company through her incompetence as a business leader or whatever else she might have been up to. How nice to be able to hide under the cover of I'm just a shareholder who like you had nothing to do with ruining the company and waiting to see how someone else deals with the remaining tattered pieces, the wreckage she left behind, very sad.
Well it wouldn't surprise me. I don't trust Francine at all and believe she will continue to mistreat the shareholders of Boreal Water Collection until she is forcibly removed from any controlling interest in the company. If we end up without an investment cent in the now private Boreal Water Collection it will all be down to Francine IMO who has only demonstrated her ability as a CEO to fail her shareholders and give the distinct impression of misappropriating revenues to another concern.
Are you suggesting more Francine shenanigans or just something odd?
If the BOD had no intention of filing the updated audited financials they could have said nothing 10 weeks ago about doing so. This is a full restart of the company's efforts to mine Antimony the financials are coming.
Just did and the best news is Francine no longer has any control of Boreal Water.
I'm fine with whatever eventually ends up happening here just keeping up with things.
Thanks linda1 no rush I was just trying to focus the board back on the topic of why we were all here in the first place.
The games will be with us for some time as we move slowly up and down. Yes FLPC is doing great.
And we have the Antimony. Going way up from here IMO.
I think .05 is possible a few months out with the right news but near term .005 to .01 is very possible and makes .001 and anything in trips a very good buy. I think investors are just waiting for that next piece of news and then this really takes off when they see the BOD is serious and things are progressing.
Volume will increase along with SP and many will end up chasing this IMO.
Does anyone have any news on the business of Boreal Water Collection (private company) or the lawsuit. If anyone gets any updates please post them that is after all why we are all here.
The sky isn't falling, the financials will be posted, and funding for operations will be announced. It is a new day for FLPC you are living in the past.
Don't think there aren't going to be some games and manipulation before we get updates and this takes off. People want to knock the price down to get some real cheap shares IMO and will create that doubt about FLPC anyway they can including dumping a few shares to try and start a real slide.
Thank You for your efforts it would interesting to know the answer.
Janetcanada it really doesn't matter who James was or is. My guess is he was just another shareholder who was pumping his position as an investor in BRWC. His relationship to Francine through texts, e-mails and phone conversations might have been the sort that Francine would rather take and respond to but a CEO of a publicly traded company must be able to handle tough questions and ridicule if things go bad. To me James became a diversion on the board with posters arguing with him as he defended Francine. Francine had some of the heat that should have been placed directly on her diverted to James and yet she still couldn't handle it. IMO our money was invested in Boreal Water Collection and all of the bottom line from Boreal other than the cost of operating Boreal went to St. Elie to further that business. I don't know what will happen to this mess that Francine created but I hope that Francine pays a price for her absolute disregard of her fiduciary responsibility and for how a publicly traded company with shareholders should have been run.
Linda1 Is all of this academic at this point for the shareholders or do you believe there is any hope of us getting something for or current position in Boreal Water Collection? You have done a lot of work chasing all this information up wondering if it matters.
Agree I think we could test .0028 again even before updates.
Still a very good buying opportunity for the big guns too.
Would be nice if the judge knew about Francine's shenanigans and how she worked the shareholders over. Francine can't be trusted IMO.
I don't know. My guess, and it's only a guess, is they're still planing on it being done this summer. I say that because nothing was said about missing that general timeline just that there wasn't a firm date. If you think about it giving a specific date on the filings release would be problematic due to all manner of issues that could arise during the auditors preparation for the filing. The timing of the news of May 30 this year was completely unexpected by myself as very little was released for well over 2 years. I knew the company was still working on the restructure as I had been in touch with Bob occasionally over the same period but that was all I knew. The fact that the company released the statement of May 30 and the bullish upbeat nature of it (my assessment only) speaks to the expectation that the company is close to several updates one being the financials. It has been a little frustrating waiting for more updates but quite certain they are coming. As for updates of company progress or plans or funding and the like being released before the financials it may be a legal issue that is preventing that but just me speculating.
I agree with you. This will fly once news hits and investors who can't wait or don't have faith are offering up very cheap shares.
