If I bought a shell that traded for a penny but was really worth a lot more I would make it known to friends and family and tell them "hey I just went public look it up and you should buy some of my stock.Nothing illegal unless he shared his fins which I'm sure he didn't. Give them a few days to load up and then we release fins,8k's PR's and any other acronym that would make my stock do just that. GO UP

Just do a search on how SP&I did it. It was methodically orchestrated. A penny a day up to .42 and now there are hedge funds supposedly looking at them.
We will do better not gapping and just a steady climb. We will be at .05 by April 15th as long as it is a slow steady climb.

Chefs I also thought drones was a rumor but if you go back someone posted a link to an APT video that said they were bing used in unmanned aircraft. So that might already be happening.

Good morning the frozen food portion of this company is no longer. It was at one time a frozen food operation that basically didn't make it. The good thing was that the shell of the company and the share structure was attractive to APT and they merged with them.(bought them out)
It is called a reverse merger and it is cheaper and faster than launching an IPO.

PPS predictions put everyone on the board at risk because of rookies dumping all at once when a specific target is reached.
My opinion is simple;
This company has been trying to go public for about a year if not longer now.
They have grown significantly since they began their quest so that being said, what we know about their future will pale in comparison to what actually happens here. The technology they have patents on are priceless and game changers. This company is extremely innovative.
Mexico is going to happen that we know because it is on their website.
Europe ?
Asia?
US Government?
All speculative right now but IMHO you don't take over a shell to become a 5 cent stock. There will be some BIG surprises in store for us in the coming weeks.
It will go up and down next week and that is good.
As the swings slow down the flippers will retreat to other plays with more fluctuations and we will stabilize and be rewarded again with PRs that take us up steadily.
Patients paid off once already for us longs.
