Good luck kid. Hope you find that elusive 10 bagger elsewhere.
Not going anywhere penny, just thought to exercise my voice before i went back to sleep at the back of the train.
Wake me up before you go go,
Don't leave me hanging on like a yo-yo.
Wake me up before you go go,
I don't wanna miss it when you hit that high
Wake me up before you go go,
'Cause I'm not planning on going solo.
Wake me up before you go go,
Take me dancing tonite.
I wanna hit that high...
Is the news in 2 weeks period over yet. As i see it at the moment, just another pinkie blowing smoke rings. Eagle what have you been smoking?
Actually i thought it was a pretty good reply without getting onto a pissing contest with mineweb. If they can prove the deposits and they can economically mine the gold there should be no problems.
However they did not say they could economically mine the tailings or how much it would cost to produce the gold.
They always leave out all the important information and leave investors guessing as always.
Whats wrong in trying to help. How many times has this company let down investors?
Buddy they can't even get a PR out on the date they said they would issue one. Smell the COFFEE!!!!
Buddy,it looks like its all over for AURC,the longs are all starting to bail. To much BS from the company and never any concrete proof.
DOS,you hung in there, unfortunantly it hasn't worked out for you.
Personally i won't invest in anymore pinksheet stocks ever again. However i still hold one that i hope may give a little return but i'am not holding my breath.
It time to face the reality of the situation, this company is a sham. I'am beginning to think that the mineweb article was actually the truth.
AURC deposits are really just an empty gravel pit. There is no gold just toxic waste.
They can't even get a PR out on time. Aurus timeline means you will get the PR out 6 months from now.
eik,i'am of the same mind as you. I let my ihub subscription go. Its been an interesting lesson in stocks. I won't be investing in anymore pinks other then one which i still think may have a chance. My main investments are now in gold and silver, physical.
I now realise that 96% of pinks are a scam. To find that elusive 4% is virtually impossible.
Its still fun reading the boards. Yours is still one of the better ones.
He's just a Herb Greenberg wannabe. However Herb could certainly spin the crap. Its so easy to see this guys agenda. He was obviously paid to write the article.
to many discrepancies in the article. I think i will run again with AURC,should be an easy profit to be made here.
The article will do something benificial for AURC in that it will make them answer some questions.
Time to review that video.....
Ok i'am back in. I think the story from mineweb is full of BS. Lets see what AURC has to say for themselves. Maybe they can post some pictures of the new equipment they bought. Also the pictures that 2C's wife took didn't look like no GRAVEL pits to me.
Interesting mineweb is writing about AURC. Man have they got no better things to do then to bash a 3-4 cent pink sheet stock. Thus sounds like someone from ihub sent him a story and they created a connection between AURC and ABVG out of very thin possibilities to make a shocking story.
AURC have only themselves to blame for the continued lack of transparancy about their company.
When are they going to answer all the questions out there.
Or just maybe they really might be a scam.
I still can't make up my mind about this company,in the meantime its fun watching from the sidelines.
How many common will each preferred be exchanged for in the future. I presume there must be some sort of incentive for the financier to put up $10 million when the market cap of GSI is currently only $4 million. More unanswered questions at this point.
Thanks snow, great news. Well done on following up. The $100 million project,if it happens (i been in the pinks long enough not to get too excited, too soon) will get alot of attention and the stock price will rise big time.
I await with bated breath.
Yes dt,thats my paint job that didn't work. I wanted it to go off at 0.04. Looks like nobody is selling. Lets hope we get some news soon.
dtstx,i tried to paint it at 4 cents for you,but the MM was in a generous mood,i guess.
This is why i have invested in GSI. If this company pulls off one hospital deal the others will follow. I bet there are a lot of pension funds looking for a safe haven from the sub prime mortgage crisis. Health is a major concern to us all.
GSI's uniqueness is in the details. We know the market as top management players in this industry for the last 30+ years on the team. We have developed a proprietary analysis capability to isolate the net value determination of this class of receivable and discounting, resolving or rejecting troubled receivable collections by provider errors and omissions.
-- The GSI business model has a backlog to be funded and several other 'asset-backed' projects under development. Each transaction is prepared to rating agency and investor lending standards.
-- Meeting investor expectation. The investor rewards include ... (1) Safety of investment, (2) long-term or short-term growth, (3) profitability, (4) complete in-depth oversight controls, (5) minimal risk, and (5) lockbox flow of funds managed to Contract Terms.
-- Experience and servicing history. GSI is at the heart of an industry short on cash flow and long mandatory revenue to keep competitive and meet the healthcare demands in today's and tomorrow's growing infrastructure medical care environment. Capturing a position of growth is GSI's relationship with a growing number of synergistic healthcare alliances.
The business model includes years of research and development to meet rating agency, investor and market demands in synchronization across all- sectors of the medical care continuum, supported by extensive reimbursement, a clinical, operational, accounting, contracting and legal professional expertise ... which underscores our emerging market leadership position. Ultimately, sales generation is a networking process because the common theme among medical providers is their desire to partner with a lender that has specific knowledge of their business and capability in providing creative financing solutions.
Good post Minn. The business plan becomes less clear everyday. With all the people talking to Gunter,i'am surprised nobody really knows what Gunter is really saying.
How is this new financing going to help the share price? Isn't this the only question that needs answering?
I thought the business plan was originally very stright forward.
GSI lines up the receivables, they use some of their tried and tested algorithms against them - they present them to Silar - who then screens them again and if found to compute provides financing to the hospital using the receivables as collateral - GSI gets their cut for originating the deal - Silar then creates a AA structured investment vehicle which is then sold on to hedge funds, pension funds etc etc.
So whats the new business plan now?
With this float, its a no brainer. Its just a matter of when.
Penny, ask him if the company made a profit last year and what it was. Thanks.
The chart looks interesting. This one could pop very soon.
They never was badmoon, lol. They got gold fever and they didn't understand that the iron is their black gold.
You're right,AURC is more an iron ore company then it is a gold company. They should change their focus and process the iron. Its also easier for them to do that. It would value the company around $3-$4 per share.
I'am buying the company for its iron ore assets,NOW.
To summarize:-
They have 1.25 million 0unces of gold in their tailings worth around $800 million dollars.
Cost of current production is around $450 per ounce.
The rest of the tailings may give them additional profits.
They need the new machinery developed by Northern Ore to reduce their production costs.
I think you can only value the company based on its 1.25 million ounces of gold.
I would value the company between 40 - 80 cents per share currently
With the new machinery probably around 80 cents - $1.60 per share with 320 million shares outstanding.
Still alot higher then 4 cents a shares,
AURC is a BUY!!!
They are basically a high cost producer of gold currently. With specialized equipment who knows how much they can reduce the costs. So the statement that they are low cost producer is currently a lie. With new machinery that Northern Ore has developed they may very well reduce it to a half in the coming months.
Thanks party. They only have 40 tonnes of gold that equates to around 1.25 million ounces. The cost to get that 1 gram of gold per tonne is probably around $14 a gram, with gold at $640 an ounce with a profit of $6 per gram, from the figures they have given us.
The point your missing is that they are not just extracting gold. from the tailings. They may have to go thru other processes before they can even start to extract the gold. Watch 2c,s video again.
The next question is what is the extractions costs of the tailings. When they were negotiating the buyout the following was from one of their PR's.
"The Board made their decision on the fact that the assets of Aurus Corp. are $8 billion as well as the fact that the company is in production. With expenses ranging at approximately 70% of the production value of the minerals, the amount of profit in relationship to share value is very high and the share price should be $2-3."
So the price of gold was around $600 at the time of PR issue,so are they saying the cost of production is around $420 per ounce.
It still make the company profitable but this issue has never been cleared up.
With these figures then the about of gold they propose to deliver for 2007 is 2500kg.
With costs of production at 70% the profit they will have made,
would be around $13-15 million dollars.
I would value the share price between $0.40 - $0.80 cents a share.
Aurus still undervalued but i'am sure the cost of production can be decreased with the new machinery.
Thanks Stocs and rags.
Where do i sign up for the email alert penny?
Penny,i welcome all disagreements.
Leigh, your're probably right, however he's been doing this for the last 10 yrs. How long does he need?
Is it going to take another 10 yrs to get another $5 million deal contract. At this rate we will all be dead before the legacy shows fruitition, lol.
Only wished he had reduced it at the time,it would have prevented the speculation of financing being carried out without shareholder knowledge.
Lets hope we hear something positive from the email.
I think its a HOLD at best.
I thought the increasing of the Authorised shares was the the first outpoint. Interesting to the see the stock doubled after the print was established. I wonder if they thought they could do some sort of financing after the print.
Starting to think Gunter is another"talk is cheap" CEO.
There is a good bunch of investors here and the company is in danger of losing them with there lack of concrete details of their various projects they say they have in the pipeline.
How long does all this due diligence take?
ibreken,i was instructed by a secret PM'er to do it. My group love you man, because your so predictable and you make us money, lol.
