I got out of this a long time ago, but recently revisited to see if I might take another shot with it. At present I don't think so.
Don't know if anyone has been watching but there have been a few interesting position and volume changes going on on the LII on the parts of OTCX on the Bid and ETRF on the ASK, but all in all nothing has happened. The two top positions on the ASK ae CSTI and CDEL at 0.0164 and 0.0165 respectively, ETRF had was on top with 350000 at 0.0159 but dropped down the list reappearing with 800K shares @ 0.0173. OTCX looking for 136K shares @ o.o146 Total volume today so far stands at 230K where it has been for hours.
OK, so I think I am pretty safe in saying that there will be NO NEWS today. Now I wonder what is going to happen when there is NO NEWS after the holiday or all of next week. Let me say this, when it comes to execution according to floated timeframes by AMMX, they have a piss poor record especially when it comes to anything that has to do with audits and financials, hell even keeping current with the OTC seems to be a challenge, but hopefully they have a mechanism in place now to have a lawyer keep writing the necessary letters to keep the yield and stop signs down off of the OTC Market. That is one thing that I think is important even more so than this whole audit dance that has been going on for many years. The company has done ok without the blessings of the audit. Just seems unreal that this audit thing has been so very hard for this company to get done. Do they learn from their mistakes or not? It's always something. Everything goes in cycles. I think the next big move up will happen next year. I could be wrong, I could be blind to some factors, but it seems like that after looking at the company charts over the past 10 years. I expect 2022 is going to be a really big move up....LOL. Ah, I guess I'm just spewing some frustration here. I'll shut up and go away for a while. Don't take what I said to seriously, it's not a scientific or statistical analysis or conclusion. It's vey rudimentary on my part.
So, if I am reading the situation correctly, you see a significant increase in volume today as a good thing and what is it really? Again, I say I could be misunderstanding what is going on, but I see this as speculation about the possible release of a "game" even if it is a betting (gambling) game, that very few people are going to hear about because ther is A) no set release date B)no big endorsements lined up) and C)no marketing campaign visible and worst of all, D) apparently no money for advertising it! Please tell me if I have this all wrong.
Well, thank you. I appreciate your comments and advice. However, you are obviously more adept at this than I. I am unfamiliar with things like "puts" and "calls". I'm just a little old guy forced into early retirement because I am disabled, and I had a little money to try to invest and I handled it very poorly and lost most of it. I hope I did a smart thing and sold most of my shaes in a company that was losing ground, I figured it was better to get out and preserve my equity rather than watch it slowly evaporate as I had done before, it took nearly 4 years for the stock to gain enough ground for me to show a slim profit on shares I still held. I am ho0lding some cash at the ready in my account looking for a good place to invest it. I've been in AMD before but that was wehen it was like $4 bucks a share I think. I also think I sold and got out cause at that time it did nothing, now seeing where it is, I wish that I had been patient, I also now wish I got back in when I saw it at about 10....now it's 25 and it's kind of getting a little bit pricey for me to buy in with any meaningful amount of shaes, but I'm thinking about getting what I can afford, it seems more likely than not that I won't be losing my money here.
Well, technically you're right, bid 0.0164 and ask was 0.0165. Precious few shares showing on the LII bid at 0.0164, only 13K, after that the bids fall to 0.0143 250K shares and then down again to 0.0135 for 2 MM's showing 10K each then the next is the last and lowest at 0.0105 for 80K shares. The ask side is 0.0165 then 0.0184 then two at 0.02 and the last is something like 0.27.
Why do I bother saying this? Well I don't think we are going anywhere soon. I guess you can take it as a good thing that there are very few if any cheap shares appearing out of no where. Problem is if you want to sell, you'll turn all shades of blue and purple holding your breath.
Not fully reporting!? That seems a bit too dubious for an "insurance" company doesn't it?
JLS, it was me that asked for help, not Blacklungs. I appreciate the feed back from those that commented. I was trying to understand what the various performance charts were signaling.
Oh geez. But that really is not a lot of money for an advertising campaign, even if they get those payments. I wonder if they have something else up their sleeve. Is this product going to be pitched to the general market or is it more of a niche market that requires more targeted but less wide spread advertising?
Good Morning to all. Well, it looks like there was one or two optimistic buys at 0.0164 so far this morning. If there is news out, I have not found it. Over the past few days the value of the bids and asks have increased a little. Full disclosure here, I was expecting this to loose even more ground and to be approaching 0.01 or 0.011x, seems like that was stopped dead in it's tracks as sellers have pretty much held the line above 0.013.
Trade volume is definitely decreased, falling back to "normal" activity at AMMX during periods when nothing seems to be happening. We are dealing with people holding in anticipation, but not too many willing to put more cash in, I think a good number of people have gone quiet or have liquidated their shares. I suspect people will buy back in once there is a period of relative stability at what is perceived as the bottom. Let's face it we were at 0.0358 at the most recent high and we have fallen a long way losing more than half the ground we gained, very scary for people to watch, especially to those that bought in during the rise. I imagine some stop losses were activated.
I feel there is a tension, a wait and see what happens now before and shortly after this Holiday weekend, markets will be closed Monday.
Maybe the better word is "patients"? I'm starting to feel that way. Having watched this pattern unfold several times now over the years, repeat the same thing over and over and expecting different results, is sort of the definition of insanity according to some, nicht war?
Joe's Crab Shack has a sign that advertises "Free crab tomorrow".
Does this company have the cash to launch a good advertising/ marketing campaign for the new gaming platform????
Help, please. I have been watching AMD and I think I would like to get back in. I would like some help in understanding the charts. It looks to me that the MACD is starting to turn down, changing slope to the negative side. It looks to me that the RSI indicated the stock is oversold whatever that means and upon looking at the triple moving average charts the current price is high above the moving averages, which btw look good as far as they are all climbing and look like they are all still positive. I am hearing bits and pieces of conflicting information. I am hearing a reevaluated fair price of 20 per share and a target price of 29. Can some chart guru chime in please, really appreciate any help in understanding what's going on and if I should wait a bit or jump in. I don't know how much variance is normal in a stock as widely traded as this.
Private, we should not be surprised or disappointed at all by the absence of international sales, especially anything connected with Africa. It was not too long after the collapse of the Niger Truck feal that Lee announced a shift in focus to growing domestic business. We may have some dim hope of sales internationally but I think they may come from past contacts etc. in South America, Canada, and possibly Asia. Summer is a tough time for some industries, in many regions it's just too brutally hot to work outside, so many projects and hence equipment requirements are put off for the cooler times of fall, winter and spring. I think if we see some activity start happening with leases , rentals, sales etc. for 4th and coming 1sr quarters will tell us a lot and give good indications about our prospects. This is the most positive spin I can put on this and I do believe it's accurate and true and especially relevant.
Price off the bottom? I'm not so sure of that. It does seem that there is more resistance this time around and the slide is slower, but I don't think it's over unless something good is heard from AMMX to inject some energy into the market. This silence is deafening. V3ery few posts on the site. Some of the cheerleaders left, I guess they bailed as the price drifted back down towards their entry points. I could be all wrong, I don't know anything for certain, but it just doesn't feel like things are good.
Gee do you think this might also mean missed promised delivery dates? AMMX SNAFU. No News, No Audit update, NO sales, no follow up on RFQ's from the big Demo......
all I can say is wow.
Well, I didn't think MArty and Lee were sitting around looking at the names and holdings of the shareholders and saying things like we can't stand that guy BornAtNight, but look, he doesn't own anything any more, ok, it's a good time to do something cause he won't benefit from it. I mean, come on, that's so dumb in so many ways.....
I'm not saying you ae wrong, and I can believe that they will get a list of shareholders, I am just not seeing how that would be beneficial or influential in company decision making.
I thought this was supposed to be retacting, today I saw a news piece that is talking about a target price of $29 or $30 per share? I don't have a lot of money to invest and have mae some bad calls learning. I used to have shares here when it was $4 but got out cause it went no where, now look at it its $25.....do you guys feal strongly that this is going to get to those target prices or is it going to retract to perhaps 16 or so???
OK, thanks for the link, but my question remains the same, why would it make a difference one way or the other to AMMX who owns shares? Would they even get the details about how many shares a specific person owns, I guess so but not entirely positive. I don't see how knowing that John Q. Public owns 500K shares and Mary Somebody owns 1% of the OS is going to influence company policy or announcements etc.
Hello DNAD board. I used to own a pretty big chunk of shares several yeas ago. I thought the company was a scam and got out. I see some changes have occurred. I am thinking about perhaps taking up a small position again because of the match skills game platform, however, I do not believe it will be up and running with enough access etc. in time for the NFL season as some posters seem to hope for. Can a few of you perhaps give your opinion about the company prospects to help me decide to take the risk and buy some shares? The last time I was in this it went to low trips and I lost about a thousand dollars.
Orca, hi, it's been a while since we chatted. NOBO list, what's that? And why would they (ammx) care who owned what?
now at 0.015 after 15000 share trade. I don't see much churning going on, perhaps the batter is resting. It's difficult to predict what is going to happen here short term. There is the distinct possibility of a critical announcement of a big deal that can relight the rocket, shareholders can dig in their heels at some price point and we will continue with very low volumes or investor's can pony up and start buying at the ask or close to it. Then there is the possibility that the MM's will continue to walk the price down with each successive open. I don't know. I am trying to hedge my bets. I have some cash set aside for either case. I was watching a tech stock yesterday, a chip mfg., was kicking myself that I did not stay in it when I got in at $4 a share, it was selling at $25 yesterday but it was on the decline, this morning there was a fair evaluation target of $20 for it, so I am glad that I did not jump back in yesterday as it is most likely going to go down a bit more for various reasons like shorts are covered etc.
I don't have the patience for this right now. I cancelled my order(s) and am walking away from the table for a while. I'll come back in a few hours to see what is going on.
Good Morning, I see we have another high volume day in the making (sarcasm). Not so sure if the standoff is a good or a bad thing.
Looks like I missed the boat on this one again, kicking my self. Any opinions on how much more upside there is left?????
By the numbers (volume) we have a heavy day of trading and no one has anything to say!?
I don't know if it is better to leave an ignorant statement like that go unchallenged or not. However, the board is pretty inactive the past several days, so I figure, what the heck, maybe it will spark some discussion and we can talk about the good things in AMMX.
It is painfully obvious that you know not of which you speak. Your statement is preposterous, not grounded in reality and is contradicted by the company performance over its long established history. If you bought in in the latest run up, I get it that you are disappointed, AMMX is not a shell company. It is true that in years past the company stock was sub penny but an RS was never even hinted at. I rode this from 0.00x to 0.048, where it topped out and then because the big Niger Truck deal fell through it slowly but surely declined back to sub penny where it languished for a significant period, but this year we started climbing again and got to 0.0358.
Gee, the board is real quiet today. No posts for hours. Looks like the market forces are back to exerting downward pressure, and I am just referring to the bids on the LII. Well, I check in and out for a while if someone wants to chat a bit.
From the Browser report blog about the OTC market tiers:
The OTCQX market (The Intelligent Market) is the top-tier marketplace. Companies in this tier exhibit the high quality financial standards and have their information readily available.
The OTCQB market (The Venture Market) is the middle-tier marketplace. Companies in this tier are not held to certain financial standards, but they are current in their financial reporting.
The OTCPink market is the bottom-tier marketplace. Companies in this tier are the riskiest as deemed by OTC Markets. The companies are broken up into three categories: Pink Current Information, Pink Limited Information, and Pink No Information. The divisions are pretty self-explanatory, each based on the availability of the company’s financial information.
What do these divisions do?
In short, these tiers provide a higher level of transparency leading to an increase in investor confidence. By screening each stock in the marketplace, OTC Markets is able to pin point those stocks that stand out, and those that require scrutiny. By doing so, investors are able to better decide which companies are worthy of investment, which companies could be infrequently trading/reporting, and which are shell companies.
WhatIam, correction to my earlier response, AMMX is on the BBN (Pink Sheets not the QX or the QB. Sorry for the mistake. You can read about the differences of the market tiers on line at the OTC Market website. They explain what the different reporting requirements and disclosure requirements are for each there.
It has been several hours since the last trade. We are at a standoff and the spread is 0.0018.... the VWAP stands at 0.015996, no one is jumping in to lower the ASK, looks like otcx has had his teeth pulled. Some how I get the impression he's only got a thousand dollars to play with.
I am, maybe incorrectly expecting AMMX to complete their part by the end of the month, gawd only knows what the external lawyers are going to do with it and then when it is submitted how long the SEC is going to take before giving it a thumbs up or down. But it is not unreasonable to expect that audit will be done and everything will be approved and AMMX will be listed as fully compliant and fully reporting and able to get on the better exchange by the end of the year.
To "WhatIam", I am not a broker, or professional, we can not tell you what to do re your investment. When all is said and done, AMMX is listed on the OTC pink sheets, the QX. They are NOT fully reporting and fully compliant, that is why they are on the Pink sheets. This is why it is so very important to many people that they fully complete and pass the audit for the SEC. AMMX has a lot going for it nonetheless, it is a real, established company, been doing business for many years, has good revenues and has been profitable for several years running. There have been many positive changes for the good at AMMX. They now have a full time CFO and a COO. They are expecting a very good year. They have been working hard at correcting their missteps. They have changed their focus away from international business to domestic business and they are according to Lee, very busy. Many of us feel that they are determined to get the audit done, become fully reporting and compliant and will at some point up list to the better exchange. That will be great for investor confidence and minimize the perceived risk in investing in this company. Some people follow Warren Buffets advice that if you wouldn't hold the stock for 10 years why get into it in the first place? Some of us are Long Term investors wiling to take the risk and be patient because of the great promise we see here. Others buy in wait for an appreciable upswing then take profits. You do not have all that much invested here, so if you don't need it and can wait on it there is a very good chance that you will make a very good profit at some point, just when that is no one knows for sure.
I agree and it seems like it is happening, I say this because one of the metrics I look at is the VWAP. I checked a few things a few minutes ago and the VWAP is now very close to the present price of 0.016, the VWAP is like 0.015996......if I remember correctly,( my control copy and paste did not work).
Technicalities: On a 3 month basis chart, we now see the 100 day moving average crossing over the 15 day SMA, we also see the slope of the MACD is positive and set to cross over into positive territory again shortly, the RSI looks to be in good shape too.
Welcome Blissedout, we are always happy when new people join the board and take a position in AMMX. As far as your entry investment, you kind of missed a big run up and we are having a bit of a retraction but I believe that is about done so you should be in pretty good shape. There may be a little more fluctuation to the downside but IMHO it will be temporary and short term. AMMX has a number of things going on and there is a lot to the up side here. I hope you have done some research into the company. We are supposed to have a really good year here in terms of revenues and growth. The company has been in business for many years, is legitimate, has military contracts and has been profitable for the past several years. many believe this is a great buy and hold and expectations on share price increase run the gamut. If you are in at 0.014, I'm pretty sure you are going to see an opportunity here to at least double or triple your money. We are hopefull of breaking into silver by the end of the year, the 4th quarter is already set up to be huge. AMMX has sales in the bag but the money won't book until the equipment is shipped and that is scheduled for late 4th quarter. There is an audit in progress for the SEC and plans to move from the Pink Sheets to a better market tier, the BB.
