Agree. Massive, looming upside coupled with overwhelming positive media on the GSEs (and rightly so) makes NOT holding over this very important weekend a massive error in judgement, imo. At the tipping point.. *In my opinion, not a recommendation.

Recap and release slated for EOY 2016 if I had to guess. Fannie Mae moves into their new $38 Million-per-year HQ in 2018 so I think that would be an accurate time table in my opinion. Most likely see share price creep into $7-$11 range with court news this month and then BLAM!! -->Up into the high 20s with release news. <--My honest opinions not recommendations do ur own DD. $FNMA

You know what I think we'll probably see around $11-$16 pps when we here back from the courts this month. With all of the positive news around the GSEs this quarter I had to revise my target. Just my honest opinion of course/not a recommendation. $FNMA
HERA was designed to address the subprime mortgage crisis which was caused by the banks. It wasn't a GSE reform initiative it only led to their conservatorship. Conservatorship of itself is a measure, not a reform.
In this decade, the grand total of GSE reform bills making it out of both chambers of Congress? Zero.
Pre conservatorship pps was $23 range---you can't base your argument off the pps in the final hour. And diluted shares = 9bn already factored into the equation in a post-convervatorship scenario where price is OVER $20. But again point is moot to begin with. Housing reform isn't in the cards this decade. Courts will (and are about to) decide. IMHO.
ACTUALLY, they chose the same architectural firm that designed Google's HQ in Silicon Valley, all LEED GOLD certified. Befitting of an organization that is preparing for release from conservatorship, having successfully navigated the FHFA's requirements over the last 8 years. Just my opinion of course.
Name one GSE reform bill that has passed both chambers of Congress in this decade.
