would it be possible for someone to post the Level II again? TIA
Thanks Poleman - It's good that the brokerages have not started to artifically restrict buying on this stock.
Poleman: Were you able to put your order in on the internet, or the brokerage put in a requirement that you contact a broker so they had a live person submitting the order?
Also, which brokerage(s) were the orders put in through? The brokerages will sometimes stop internet trading and require orders to be placed via a broker with penny stocks - They will never tell you why, but will claim that it is allegedly done to stop manipulation.
I don't think I have ever seen that done when the stock is consolidating like CTGI is here.
those 500 shares at .229 were not part of my order (I just checked, although there may be some delay in when the MM actually posts the trade.)
Yes, that's what I'm thinking also. The GTC is for 7000 shares.
Thnaks 50Bagger: I was wondering if the board had gone dead.

Gotinearly, when did they execute the market order at .18 (the bid/ask at the time may be interesting)? Also, FYI, I've had a GTC sell of a small group of shares at .229 since Friday - My plan is to buy it back when the spread tightens (I also want the money to dabble in another stock right now).
looks like ask just got released to .23. I'm sure this just testing the upside. GLTA
I second that, Jagman and Tex. I need to see both sides of the issue, as long as the information is factual and polite.
Thanks to both - That's what I thought also, but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. Cheers.
I have a follow-up question - Does anyone know if this is what was given to Greenblatt, or was it only the patent/rights to the older scrubber?
TIA
It looks like the ask just got brought down to take out a small buy order at .20. I suspect Level II will show a gap between the MM at .20 on the ask and the next MM up in the stack. Can someone confirm? TIA
thanks, 50Bagger it looks like they're trying to restrict trading with the spread for now...
If it's not too much trouble, can someone who has Level II post the market maker stack periodically, especially with the spread this wide. I'm showing a 10 cent spread, correct?
somebody tried a trade at .26 Let's hope the price can hold.
Thanks for posting - how long did it take you to get filled?
looks like NITE is trying to stomp on this again...
.17 x .21
price just got whacked .20 x .21

From a semi-technician's viewpoint, this chart might be forming an ascending triangle on the daily. IMO only.
Here's the quotetracker/TD AMeritrade activity data for today so far (Sorry, I can't seem to add spaces or make this more readable - I really did try but something in IHUB's posting process destroys the neat columns). Mostly wide spread for the day. It looks like the last trades at .24 were executed when they brought the bid up to take out the orders (I speculate that someone had a buy order in and got cheap shares.) I hope this stuff is helpful:

If they keep the same judge for this case, it should be noted taht Judge Valdez is out this week:

FWIW
If it means anything, billable time for attorneys often goes in 10 minute increments and needs to be for work authorized by the client. In this case, I do not believe the firm has been authorized to handle shareholder inquiries and, therefore, should not bill for the time. Obviously, that needs to be monitored by DR and/or his staff. IMO and FWIW.
Is there a court date set yet for the next stage in the process? TIA
Looks like this action is all being done through / by NITE
I second that, Texasspeculator. My situation is similar. Many thanks to YPSI for those posts. Let's hope this stock does the grand move so everyone can get the fee cash to do more active trading... GLTA
Male, I think that was just a movement of the ask to take out a lowball buy order - need Level II to confirm that likelihood. My guess (without Level II data) is that the group of market makers on the ask is still at .30, with one coming down to take out this order.
Lowman, with regards to the policy about L2 you have just implemented, would it be possible to at least leave the end of day L2 YPSI at least overnight. Some might disagree with me, but that data is important to some since it shows how the price is being manipulated while the stock continues to trade at low volume. This was especially interesting information during the three rounds of this stock getting crushed from its high (e.g., for those weeks where HDSN was on both the bid/ask and slowly pushing the price down.
If that doesn't suit you, it would be nice to have a place for this data to be "parked."
Thanks for your consideration.
looks like the ask just got dropped to take out 3 trades at .27

wide spread now - looks like they're trying to flush some people out.
A slower, sustained move with lots of buying at the ask is much better than the quick big move, IMO. It would be good it this built up good support.
Thanks YPSI. Also, for those who are not aware of it already, Etrade (ETMM) does not show up on many Level II services. Looks like they're playing a little with the ask right now. Also looks thin to me up to about .32 now.
If someone has Level II, where are the MM's on the ask side? TIA
For OTC/pink stocks, TD Ameritrade streamer (and online order quote screen) often go bad when volumes are low. If my experience is reasonably accurate, they will often post the positions of HDSN or VFIN instead of the actual. I have not been able to correlate the bad bid/ask data with moves in either directionm but it does seem to indicate that orders are either very low or absent. My observations only, FWIW
YPSI, thanks much for the Level II.
How successful have folks been at filling at the bid?
Lowman:
I don't really disagree with you on those points - The SEC has never enforced its rules, but as I understand it (anyone correct me if I'm wrong), I think they put in a couple of permanent rules changes sometime relatively recently to address the naked shorting stuff.
Why they had to make rules for something that is already illegal, however, makes no sense to me other than being a political move. They really should go after the entities who did the abuses that were made very clear by the regulation SHO lists (I think they're now gone, correct?)
