ENMD patent attorney attended Emory....http://entremed.com/go.cfm?do=Page.View&ID=8
Yep, I wonder if the Emory folks are using their quantom dot process to examine "real time" efficacy......"determine in real time if these drugs are effective"......http://nano.cancer.gov/
I'm thinking the theme for 2005 and beyond is nano-diagnostics, and treatment/prevention with a safe, easy to take compound. Bodes well for ENMD, with our 2ME2 collaboration with Emory....two links.....http://news.scotsman.com/scitech.cfm?id=1469362004 http://www.upi.com/view.cfm?storyID=20031009-041004-8514r

George, I'm kind of thinking we may have an OXGN type rally, where one good event follows another....Say some money from Allergan, followed by panzem ncd trial, followed by hif-f news, followed by Elan deal etc (guesses)...a quick 6 week rally, your target may be a little low...gg
lol....like a charm...I had a long term gold astro-cycle buy on 12/2/2001.....that went unnoticed.....http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=16733456 results...http://www.tfc-charts.w2d.com/chart/GD/M The last piece of the ENMD buy signal has occured, I think the ENMD bottom is in...gg

"wonder drug".....http://www.rednova.com/news/display/?id=110473
thanks nottadoc2, today's volume is a mystery, that jump to $2.60 a couple of weeks ago was weird too. I'm going to sit back and watch the fireworks, the trade has been made, I'm in hold mode now. On 11/19/04 I went to my broker in person and bought a bunch at $1.94, bought some more at $2.14 later on. I do have some that I paid $4.40 for though. My nephew has some ENMD, he got in around $1.60, his first trade...gg
thboom, I'd like to see a panzem NCD / abraxane trial. eom
sweet!.....There's been some ENMD astro cycle stuff lately, been backing up the truck.....#msg-4664369

tborges, you are welcome...Did we ride Avastin news today?....There's a Duke---Avastin connection....there's some recent p53 news too.
Does the new panzem accumulate near leaky tumor vessels, practically making a bee line to the tumor?...#msg-4631143
wow...."which means that anti-cancer drugs if maintained stably within micellary nanoparticles would accumulate on cancer tissue"......http://www.nanocarrier.co.jp/d2_e.html
"nano-enabled drug delivery also makes it possible for drugs to permeate through cell walls"....http://www.nanomarkets.net/market_reports-drugdelivery.htm
My cycle work may be off by a month, a moon shot may begin earlier than Jan 05. I like to get in a tad early when I do cycle trades, been adding shares recently.
"while larger particles with diameters ranging from 10 to 70 nm are small enough to penetrate even very small capillaries throughout the body, and therefore offer the most effective distribution in certain tissues".....http://www.ualberta.ca/~csps/JPPS7(1)/m.gupta/pullulan.htm
I'm hung up on a theory that perhaps AS, ES, and 2me2 trials were less than stellar because the drugs simply did not penetrate capillary walls.....Found this while doing a google, angiogenesis 101.....http://www.med.unibs.it/~airc/sandra/pathology.html
nanotech......http://www.asn-nutrition.com.au/nanotech.htm
nanotech......http://www.asn-nutrition.com.au/nanotech.htm
Maybe the first panzem compounds were simply too large to pass through capillary walls, I guess the new formulation will "soak" through.
I don't recall seeing this a few months ago, has it been added recently?...."Longer dose retention in blood and tumors for some compounds"...bottom of page, interesting capillaries comment too, bottom of page also.....http://www.elan.com/DrugDelivery/drug_delivery/nanocrystal_technology.asp
Thanks C_peptide,George.....My cycle work suggests a rally in Jan 05. I still think the catalyst might be hif-1 news.
Does anybody remember the time frame from Judah's ES,AS animal paper to NY article and 1998 moon shot? My cycle work suggests a January 05 rally, I'm kind of thinking the Duke hif-1 master switch findings may not be recognized by the street until months after the findings, a replay of 1998. I've been adding shares, just in case my hunch is correct.
