CH I would give them the benefit of at leat 6-12 months. They would need at least 2 years returns, they also have to complete the audit from the prior "shell". If that info is not easily accessible it could take even more time. A company that does a RM really needs to be sure they can get the old audits so they can consolidate. JM2cents
