BTW, if any compensation is involved, it's just stock options. Again, the athlete makes $$$$ only IF the product sells.
Also, this costs them ZERO $$$ until their sales and financials reach an agreed upon sustainable level. This is how all sports endorsement contracts work. There's NO MONEY transferred to the athlete until the contracted thresholds are met. Makes perfectly good business sense for both parties to work this way. The athlete promotes the product while "betting on the come." The company gets free celeb advertising while they too "bet on the come." A marriage made in free enterprise heaven.
Blah, blah, blah, blah! Once again, we're back to research and testing of the AOT and Joule technologies at yet ANOTHER state-of-the-art pipeline research center. Been there, done that.
SHOW ME the $$$CONTRACT$$$, Mr. Bigger!
The consistent EOD trading spike is a clear indication of the following:
MMs drive the pps down throughout the day in order to shake the tree free of loose handed STWA investors. When these loose hands fall off the STWA tree by selling their shares, the MMs pick up these shares at bargain prices at the behest of their institutional or super rich clients who KNOW this company's pps is going geometrically higher in due time.
IMHO, SHM in Hawaii = Great News!
There can be no other logical explanation. An effective CEO-manager would never set up his shareholders for disappointment by changing the SHM venue for the first time in company history UNLESS he has GREAT NEWS.
GLTA!!!
We've heard this objection of financing of future AOTs so many times before, it hurts my eyes.
Let me repeat that AOT financing is not an issue. Any banker knows how to put up as collateral against a LINE OF CREDIT of any amount the corresponding value of CONTRACTS with Fortune 100 companies.
WHEN these Fortune 100 prospects SIGN a contract to purchase or lease AOTS, it becomes a contract receivable to STWA. These CONTRACT RECEIVABLES in turn become viable COLLATERAL for a line of credit extension of $$$$$$$$$ to STWA that can be used to build any number of AOTs needed to fulfill these contracts.
PROBLEM SOLVED!
The ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM is the SHM at the Ritz-Carlton Hawaii? Someone needs to explain WHY this choice of venue given that there are apparently NO revenue opportunities on the immediate horizon.
YES! A quick testimonial. My wife has the nose of a bloodhound...not in size but in olfactory efficacy. As a man, it's been an ever-present fire alarm reminder for me, if you know what I mean.:-0
So, I decided to give her a "blind" taste test on our Alkame Water just purchased on Amazon several weeks back. Gave her one glass of water right out of our Melody Water Filter Ionizer/Alkalizer, which is a fantastic device, BTW, and one glass of Alkame Water.
I'm telling you, she can smell anything that isn't right about the air, fluid, furniture, or clothing around her even if she's standing 20 feet away from it. Yeah, I know, God save me.
So, she brings the first glass to her nose, sniffs, then takes a swallow. Like a trained sommelier, she swishes then swallows and savors the aftertaste. Repeats these steps with the second glass of water.
HER TASTE TEST Comments: "This one (pointing to the Alkame ater) is better than that one (pointing to the Melody filtered water), AND it's by far the best water I've tasted EVER."
Enough said.
Glass half-FULL perspective: Think of it from Bigger's vantage point. He's been working very hard for 2 years to put things on track for commercialization of our beloved AOT. He's cut corporate overhead substantially. He's put the AOT in test mode with several Fortune 100-500 companies. He's gotten AOT on deck to win an industry-wide coveted R&D award. He's gotten us positioned with the right board members and corporate legalese to satisfy the stock trading authorities for an uplist.
Yesterday, he booked his exec team and BOD flights and rooms at the Ritz-Carlton Hawaii.
What's out of phase in this Bigger TO DO List?
Of course, he's going to announce something BIG before or at the SHM! Why? Bigger is a straight arrow Navy Seal banker who's just about as conservative as they get in the business world. He doesn't take lightly the spending of shareholder money...which, IMO, is a harbinger of imminent NEWS. Why else did we get a PPS lift of 5% and more to come next week?
REJOICE ALL!!!
Avoiding the ire of shareholders is the logical conclusion for holding the meeting in Hawaii. LOL! Bigger pulls a fast one. Hope he can do the same in his negotiations with TC and KM.
The update tells us nothing new...Afraid it's going to be a long year, fellow ZEROphiles. Regardless, I'm holding on. GLTA!!!
You would know, Fink. You live in their playground of Atlanta. I'd like to hear more. Cheers to ALKM!
DITTOS, you gotta love it when it climbs like that at the close on a DOWN DAY for the overall market. Methinks those multiple NDA-conspired AOT contracts(Moorea's supposition)are about to POP!
GLTA, ZEROphiles
Has anyone received a response from Alkame's IR department on the many questions raised these past few weeks? Just curious as to WHY they've gone dark on us.
I'm not giving up mine either...This stock is SOON to FLY!!!
earth1, you are DA BOMB!
Thanks for taking the time and putting forth so much effort to support our investment in STWA. Truly appreciate what you do for us.
Cheers!
Fink - Thanks for the screen prints of L2...
AND for the education in HOW TO read and understand it. You are very helpful. Oh yeah, and I picked up several hundred thousand s/s during this latest drop. GO ALKM!!!
Thank you Earth & Inspiration!!!
I believe this website could be just the harbinger we need for the long-awaited, much discussed contract news by Mr. BIGger.
We can only hope...
ZERO Long and Strong!!!
I agree, Alka, it's a dilemma of $$$$$$$$ proportions. Do we pray for STWA to succeed on its own or to be purchased by a mega-corp. only to see our ownership diluted to some degree?
I personally believe we WIN either way.
If STWA goes it alone, and we shareholders are patient, then STWA becomes Apple in 5 years time. That's a BIG WIN for shareholders.
On the other hand, if KM or TC or Schlumberger or whatever mega-corp. buys STWA and rapidly distributes this revolutionary pipeline technology around the world, then we WIN as well because we own a DIVIDEND PAYING stock that could skyrocket in price in just a couple of years.
I like either scenario.
Me2, Finckus.
As I See It and Alk: AISI makes a great point...
Instead of looking for a trader's advice, I think you should spend your time looking for the idiot who is going to sell to you, me, and every other person that has heard of STWA, his stock at .60 or .70 cents after the $100 million dollar contract is announced.
Whacky, I'm sympathetic to your post. However, the answer to your question lies in JOB SECURITY. Yes, TransCanada/Kinder et al are mega corporations with virtually unlimited resources, but there's at least one Achilles heel here -- salaried engineers run these companies. Yes, sadly, the most ultra-low risk taking employees on the planet are IN CHARGE of making this contract decision.
We couldn't be working with a less inclined to take RISK group of people if we'd tried to "engineer" them ourselves, and, of course, we wouldn't. Instead, we would've "engineered" our AOT deal with the Oil & Gas Wildcatters of a bygone era. Those guys would have rolled the dice or made this contract decision over a shot of whiskey and a game of 5 card stud.
As a former boss of mine constantly reminded me, during similar contract negotiations with ultra-conservative IT engineers, "IT IS WHAT IT IS!" I know, sounds like a meaningless tautology, but, alas, it is where we are with TC and KM. We are hanging our hopes on the whims and fears of engineers losing their jobs if they make the wrong decision (or if their favorable decision on buying/leasing the AOT can be used to mock and disparage them later) thus risking their cozy nice, high paying engineering jobs in quasi-gov't like institutions.
Consider it from the ultra-risk averse engineer's perspective. WHY SHOULD I RECOMMEND AOT TO MY BOSSES DESPITE THE COMPELLING SCIENCE AND AFFIRMATIVE INDEPENDENT EVALS OF THIS "NEW" AND "UNPROVEN" IN A REAL CONTRACT SITUATION TECHNOLOGY?" The RISK to my comfy lifestyle is MUCH TOO GREAT to be rash. Let's wait for some other engineer to put his neck (comfy job) on the line.
So it goes: One oil pipeline engineer stands on the sidelines waiting for the next engineer lemming to take the leap first, then he'll follow. But LEAD, NO WAY!
Sorry, ZERO-guys & gals, we have to wait for one engineer to tell his bosses that he/she's READY to risk his/her employment on a recommendation to SIGN THIS CONTRACT.
"IT IS WHAT IT IS."
Jonas3, so right on! This is anecdotal, however, I have a female friend who is legendary in her olfactory sensitivity (that's sense of smell to you, Yankeedave .
Anyway, I presented her with a blind taste/smell test of Alkame water versus a glass of water from an upscale water ionizer device I own.
Both glasses were identical and both glasses of water appeared pristine clean. She carefully smelled each, then swished a small amount of one and then the other in her mouth.
The WINNER: ALKAME!!! I'm going with this girl's smeller. She's never failed to amaze me in her ability to discern the better choice of food or liquid consumables.
GLTA!!!
I'm with your, Proftstocksny2. Clearly the MMs are manipulating this stock down as far as it can be manipulated so that they and their colleagues/clients can cover their shorts.
BIG SQEEZE is coming soon to a theater near Alkame's longs. LOL!
Tripp1, if you have a link to the radio replay, that would be fantastic. Thanks for sharing your enthusiasm. I completely agree.
GLTA!
BRAVO!!! Earth1, thank you for making the complex understandable to even the least knowledgeable pipeline efficiency device cheerleaders in this group. Cheers to you!
Great write-up!!!
I'm with you, trip1. The YANK is yank'n our collective chains. He has no interest in ALKM but for it to fail so that he can collect his bag of silver from his paymasters. LOL!
Earth1, THANKU for bringing great clarity to this highly complex fluid dynamics physics challenge.
Now, what to do with your fluid dynamics computer models? I suggest you approach STWA's Gregg Bigger with a proposition to help him develop your models for STWA to use in sales pitching its AOT products to potential customers.
Think of it! Your models, once fine-tuned for this specific sales situation, would bring enlightenment to the petroleum engineers who support capex purchases for all big and small pipeline companies out there who are interested in the benefits AOT offers.
In particular, the smaller operators will not have the engineering/computing resources to make the necessary analyses that prove the value of the AOT to their pipeline operations. Your software in the hands of STWA would CLOSE AOT SALES!
And, Whacky, don't we want to CLOSE AOT SALES? YEAH BABY, WE DO!!!
Looks like TODAY is the Big Day for Dr. Tao...
Session Q18: Invited Session: Recent Advances in Field-Responsive Fluids and Suspensions

Abstract: Q18.00002 : Suppressing turbulence and enhancing the liquid suspension flows in pipelines with electrorheology
Author: rongjia Tao
(Temple University)
Flows through pipes, such as crude oil through pipeline, are the most common and important transportation of fluids. To enhance the flow output along the pipeline requires reducing viscosity and suppressing turbulence simultaneously and effectively. Unfortunately, no method is currently available to accomplish both goals simultaneously. The talk will show that electrorheology (ER) provides an efficient solution. When a strong electric field is applied along the flow direction in a small section of pipeline, the field polarizes and aggregates the particles suspended inside the base liquid into short chains along the flow direction. Such aggregation breaks the rotational symmetry and makes the fluid viscosity anisotropic. Along the flow direction, the viscosity is significantly reduced; thus the flow along the pipeline is enhanced. In the directions perpendicular to the flow, the viscosity is substantially increased, effectively suppressing the turbulence. Recent field tests with crude oil pipeline have confirmed that this new technology works very well. For untreated crude oil, the flow inside the pipeline is turbulent as the Reynolds number exceeds 2300. However, for ER treated oil, the flow remains laminar even when the Reynolds number reaches 6000. The combination of the viscosity reduction along the flow direction and the turbulence suppression greatly saves the energy required to transport crude oil. In addition, both effects have found lasting more than 11 hours inside the pipeline after one ER treatment. No additive is needed. The process is repeatable. As turbulence is classified as one of the most important unsolved classical physics, this development is not only important for technology applications, but significant for basic physics as well.
Moorea9 - WHAAAAAAAT? This paper is FAB NEWS!!!
From the paper:
AOT ROI ANALYSIS (see paper for detailed calculations)
•With a conservative assumed increase in flow of 10-20% the capital cost of AOT to fit out a pipeline is $100 million to $90 million respectively. (NB this is conservative as power savings above were 28% to 75%).
•The pipeline owner benefits from increased toll revenue as they charge per barrel transported.
•The extra toll revenue the pipeline owner can earn from the extra flow rate is $100 - $200 million per annum.
•This implies that AOT creates a Return On Investment of 97% to 222% per annum for the customer.
•STWA Revenue - Just one pipeline represents potential revenue for STWA of $100 million.
•Apply this model across hundreds of pipelines globally and you can immediately see that AOT could generate billions in revenue for STWA.
•With such enormous revenue potential STWA is clearly a very valuable company and certainly worth billions.
•For new pipelines they can be built smaller in diameter and with less powerful pumps, reducing capex, so AOT is also highly attractive for new pipelines.
•Clearly STWA is undervalued by at least a factor of 10X.
GLTA!!!
Here's another reason WHY this stock is going to move much higher. Check out the chart of this related company.

Just saying: This is a LONG-TERM play.
GLTA!!!
What is the significance of ARCA in your opinion? Do you know who they represent?
Just bought more. Hang in there, Guys & Gals. We're soon in for quite a ride.
I completely agree, Footer. Each of the PR-steps made by Mr. Bigger over the past 9 months have moved us closer and closer to the eventual short sellers Armageddon. LOL!
Davey: 7 yrs = 365 X 7 = 2,555 days X $0.72 per day = $1,839.60. Where do I buy this machine? Thanks!
I completely support ZEROSUM's repostings.
You can't let the naysayers comments against ZERO go uncontested, not one of them. Recall how our last president, GW Bush, ignored his opponents (in the media) when they continually made false statements about him and his administration. Bush wouldn't answer them, not one of these false or misleading accusations. Now, he's looked upon as a incompetent administrator when just the opposite was the reality.
Not asking for your political whiplash here, just saying that negativity cannot go uncontested without adverse repercussions to those who support a just cause. Herman Goebbels understood this well. That's why the Nazis were able to convince an entire country of otherwise good Christians to follow them into a hellish reality.
Thank you, Zerosum!
Next Shareholders Meeting. Appears it will be in June. Here's STWA's response to my email inquiry yesterday:
"We will publish an announcement to all shareholders at once regarding the annual shareholder meeting. I'm guessing we'll probably have it early in June..."
Good news or not? What do you guys/gals think? Discuss!!!
TESTIFY!
What I said was that we shouldn't view things in isolation. What we know is, they have finished testing, they have told us that the testing was successful and that they are still in communication with TC and that communication is protected by an NDA.
Holter - Don't be naïve. Just saying. LOL!!!
Then WHY does Yankeedave post negative comments on other stocks like ZERO? He's an expert in both the grocery business and in the oil patch. I think not! The Simple Truth: He's either a sh#rtr or a paid b@shr.
Guys and Gals - Yankeedave will not be at the ALKM shareholder meeting. Why? Because he works for the s#ortrs. He's a paid b@s#r. That's why he's not listening. Every time you respond to his posts, he gets paid $$$. Put him on IGNORE and you don't have to read his negative comments that will never stop cause he's not an investor.
