Anybody know who Paul Fritsh is and his association with the company.
The back and forth share trading may balance but what if someone wants to cash out big time. Somebody has got to deliver
Are we talking mining or fossil fuels???
Ever seen a chart change direction?? If not then hang on, this one is about to.
In regards to your example did you read the s-1 at all? It forewarned that raising the AS was a possibility. Those that weren't comfortable with that could have bailed . No fraud there. Your logic is not based on facts but opinions.
Gump.....goodbye and good luck on your new ventures
More fraud charges.? When were any fraud charges made against ken or either company previously?
binks... your quote
Binks....enough already. Please provide some sort of evidence to back your claim. I am suspicious of some on your side of the fence but those are just my opinions. To post opinions as fact is misleading.
gump...wait a min. you didn't answer my question. If there is a paid promotion out now I am interested in seeing a link to it. You claimed as much in your previous post. I am not interested in wild opinions about who on either side of these boards are paid. There may very well be some. I am interested in a paid BVIG promlotion.
Gump.....the tout sheets and newsletters have to disclose how much they are being paid for a pump campaign. Can you give us a link to the site you are referring to.
Gump...give ken a call. I am sure he would like to talk to you and get your input.
Here is your link.

Btw, it is in the company profile in the intro above. Common knowledge for those who choose to read it. Also it is not an old piece, written in jan. 2011
Interesting read here.
3.2 Ghana Geological Survey (early 1960’s)
The Ghana Geological Survey carried out trenching and diamond drilling around the deposit in the early
1960’s. A total of 11 holes were drilled below the workings down to 200m below shaft collar.
"Core losses
were considerable and the core size was probably only BX or BXT. The ensuing poor results have often been
considered as highly unreliable due to the poor core recoveries."
3.3 Atwima-Amanano Goldfields Ltd (1992) & Gencor (1992-1994)
Atwima-Amanano Goldfields Ltd. acquired the License in February 1992. Gencor Mineral Resources explored
the license on behalf of Atwima-Amanano Goldfields from October 1992 to March 1994. Apart from surface
geochemical sampling, the old stopes of the Bibiani North Mine were sampled. Gencor concluded that the
mineralisation at the Bibiani North Mine was related to quartz veins and disseminated sulphides in
metasedimentary and metavolcanic rocks. Gencor terminated this agreement with Atwima-Amanano
Goldfields Ltd in 1994
3.4 Echo Bay (Ghana) Limited (1994)
In 1994 Echo Bay (Ghana) Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of International Gold Resources, obtained the
exclusive option to acquire 100% of Atwima-Amanano Goldfields Limited after submitting a positive
feasibility study.
A blanket soil geochemical survey was carried out and striking soil anomalies were delineated over the
Bibiani North ore body (herein referred to as the Ekom Eya Permit). Ekom Eya Small Scale Permit, Bibiani, Western Region, Ghana PGS 143
15
Echo Bay (Ghana) Limited diamond drilled a total of 12 holes in early 1995. Seven holes were drilled into and
around the old Bibiani North Mine. The best results were 49.4 g/t over 2.2 meters and 19.8 g/t over 2.65
meters. These intersections clearly indicated that there are very rich gold shoots within the broad shear
zones.
The drilling indicated that there are high grade remnants left around the old workings together with the
possibility of a continuous ore body between the high grades shoots of around 5-6g/t. This could make
Bibiani North a viable prospect both as an open pit and an underground operation.
The remaining five holes intersected gold values less than 1 g/t, although these were drilled into the old
workings.
NOTE: Drilling into old workings is inherently difficult with substantial water losses whenever the old
workings are intersected, plus substantial core losses, so the above Echo Bay drilling campaign would have
only given an indication of the gold potential within this permit.
Two holes were drilled over VLF anomalies to the west of Bibiani
Substantial core losses means they did not recover enough samples to actually give an honest report. There is an old saying in the gold mining industry that goes "look for gold where it was found before". That is exactly what will happen here. Personally I would like to see horizontal plane sections to get an idea about radial mining away from the main shaft works. Probably not available though.
Gump.....longitudinal or vertical section makes no difference because what i see is a mine with great potential. I don't think you would know how big the vein is they were working. To my way of thinking a 24 acre footprint is plenty of room for vertical mining especially if they were just working the apex. As you said they were sporadic so they could have missed the main strike by mere inches.,
gump....if investors want a guaranteed proven gold mine with very little risk they might want to take a look at the big mining companies and be prepared to pay accordingly. Personally I like plays like this. very good potential and for very little investment. So far I see nothing that makes me think I made a mistake. Everyone is welcome to try and convince me otherwise. I find the opposing post interesting reading.
da sbudesta....he was joking of course. just trying to stir things up.
Gump.....yes, there are some highly disgruntled folks who are hopping mad. In my opinion their anger will more likely be directed at the ones who continually bombarded them with reasons to sell. This s-1 approval is a case in point. It has been said over and over that this would never fly.. well guess what, it did. In my opinion the majority of the the other reasons to sell or not buy will also be proven wrong. Never say never. All in my opinion of course.
and they said it wouldn't happen. lol I feel for all that were talked into selling.
news just came out. give it a little time.
gump. your quote
I don't know about that gump. At present there are over 730 watchers on this board. Some may just be curious of course, some waiting to get in, but by and large a "lot" [presently have a monetary interest in the kat. Call me a pumper if you wish but I am really just an optimistic investor as are most of the other pro kat posters.
Binks....with exception of the last sentence I agree with what you say. I post here because I own stock here. Other boards don't concern me.
In my opinion I think we have probably seen the last s-1 revision and approval is imminent. This will probably be followed closely by the long awaited shares. Again, this is only my opinion.
Thanks dub. A minor tweak for sure. Approval is imminent
Not 5 but many, in fact on both sides of the argument. Most all realize at this point that its going to happen. Some will be happy and some not
Not really. Any day is still is still the opinion of many.
S-1 approval will be when the sec says so. Projected dates are irrelevant and are of no merit.
Actually it is not a scam
That stuff about management pumping and dumping is bs and can't be proven. No proof of management selling and just wild claims trying to give false support for ulterior motives.
S-1 approval coming very soon and then positive change and direction for both katx and bvig.
Interesting. How do you know they have no other sources of income.
The infamous record date of 21 Dec 2011 is still standing. 3-1 still in play.
Eiddle......your continually claiming that the katx board has nothing to do with bvig is erroneous. Katx and bvig are tied together and most realize it.
Stayahead......agreed.
Wow gump.....that reads like a novel. Unfortunately it is all based on assumptions and wishful thinking. But you are entitled to your opinion and it is up to others to agree or disagree.
My guess is the govt in Ghana is probably slowing the reporting down.
Homevendor.......bvig/katx are indeed good companies with great potential. There is way too much effort being spent to convince us otherwise. So my wanting to stay is somewhat proportional to the amount of negatively I hear. especially when the remarks are off the shelf profanity. A small amount of the criticism does have merit and does give me reason to ponder but by and large most are baseless opinions.
I would think that if the sec gives approval and the approval date is assigned to the date of the original filing of the s-1 then the effective date would usually be 20 days later. Still before the penalty cutoff in question. Imo of course.
Gump.....if the sec assigns an approval date of say 25 oct then that is it. Without seeing the exact wording of the agreement between katx and whomever then it would be best to await an official determination. The reason for retro dating submissions like this is because it removes the govt from possible suits that they dragged their feet in any manner. Its good policy on the governments part.
Gump.....I cant speak with certainty with dealings with the sec but with other branches of govt if a filing, submission and etc are submitted in a timely matter and without disapproval or denial then the approval date or effective date reverts back to the date of the original submission. In this instance at worst it would be the date the last revision was submitted, at best it could be the date the original s-1 was submitted. I think we will find out for sure very soon.
