SE Jonah Prospect
We have a 100% working interest in the two separate oil and gas leases located near the Jonah Field region, which encompasses an area of premium natural gas reserves within the Greater Green River Basin in the Rocky Mountains area of Wyoming.
Our Chief Geological and Geophysicist Advisor, Robert Murphy, completed an analysis of the report devising a work program to encompass the necessary additional study. Concluding that the SE Jonah acreage can be considered as exploration rather than development/production acreage, the work program consists of eleven elements divided into two phases. The first phase comprises six elements requiring data accumulation and study. The completion of phase one will provide information as to the prospects of finding producible gas and, if so, the predicted range of gas quantity in place. The second phase being contingent on positive results from the first phase includes well test interpretation and investigating development drilling scenarios and production forecasting.
We have conducted no exploration work on the properties. We are, however, in discussion with consulting groups to implement the first phase of the devised work program.
Joaquin Basin Resources, Inc.
We also have a 20% working interest (14% net revenue interest) to explore and develop 4,000 leased acres covering extensions of the Coalinga California oil and gas field in California labeled as the Kreyenhagen Trend acreage. We have been informed by the operator that a request has been submitted to the State of California for an environmental study to determine the evidence of the blunt nose lizard. This study must be conducted twice, once in the fall and once in the spring. We are also informed by the operator that 3 drill sites have been submitted in the permitting process with the State.
Hopefully its trends up and keeps moving higher.....Time will tell.....
Lets get the ball rolling just picked up a few more shares. Volume needs to pick up. And we need the PPS to follow......
UP
Big bounce Tuesday? lets wait and see lets see!
.01-.02 new range than off to the NEXT Level

"The completion is an involved and multi step process that requires a lighter duty rig to clean the drill bore, perforate the casing and hang tubing to name but a few of the tasks required to bring the well to the point of testing for initial production flow rates," states Grid Petroleum Corp. president James Powell. "We expect that the Garcia #3 will produce commercially as expected, if not significantly better than previously estimated."
The completion process can take several weeks before reliable production numbers can be disseminated.
The company will provide progress updates as they become available regarding the Garcia #3 and other anticipated drilling activity in the near future.

Chesapeake Energy selling some assets for $6.9 billion in West Texas.( I think we start ascending sooner than later)....
Associated Press
September 12, 2012, 7:29 a.m.
OKLAHOMA CITY — Chesapeake Energy is selling the vast portion of its land and infrastructure in west Texas for nearly $7 billion as the company unloads debt and shifts more of its focus to drilling for oil, rather than natural gas.
The assets in the oil and gas-rich Permian basin are being sold in a series of deals to a subsidiary of Shell, and a subsidiary of Chevron, and in a previously announced sale, to affiliates of EnerVest Ltd.
The Oklahoma City company is trying to wipe $14 billion in debt off its books and the sale, announced Wednesday, brings it very close to achieving that goal, and to devoting more of its efforts to produce oil, now going for more than $97 per barrel.
"The net proceeds of approximately $6.9 billion from the sales discussed today are in addition to the $4.7 billion of sales previously closed in the 2012 first half and will bring our 2012 year-to-date sales to $11.6 billion, or approximately 85 percent of our full-year goal of $13-14 billion, which we expect to achieve by year end," said CEO Aubrey McClendon. "These transactions are significant steps in the transformation of our company's asset base to a more balanced portfolio among oil, natural gas liquids and natural gas resources."
Natural gas drillers have been hammered by falling natural gas prices, which hit a 10-year low this year, as new technology flooded the market with billions of cubic feet of product. Many natural gas produces, like Chesapeake, are increasingly shifting production to crude.
The land and infrastructure that are being sold produced approximately 21,000 barrels of liquids and 90 million cubic feet of natural gas per day during the 2012 second quarter, or approximately 5.7% of Chesapeake's production during the quarter, the company said.
The deals with Royal Dutch Shell PLC, Chevron Corp. and EnerVest are expected to close within the next 30 days. Chesapeake anticipates receiving about 87 percent of the proceeds in cash at closing. The rest of the proceeds are subject to certain title, environmental and other standard contingencies.
Chesapeake Energy Corp. plans to sell most of its pipeline and storage assets to Global Infrastructure Partners for about $2.7 billion. That includes gathering and processing systems in the Eagle Ford, Utica, Haynesville and Powder River Basin Niobrara shale plays and certain other assets.
Chesapeake says it has also sold or entered into deals with two other companies to sell some Mid-Continent pipeline and storage assets. It also expects to enter another agreement to sell some oil gathering assets in the Eagle Ford Shale. Proceeds from these transactions are expected to be about $300 million.
The sale of infrastructure assets is expected to close throughout the third and fourth quarters.
Chesapeake also says it recently sold or entered into deals to sell noncore leasehold assets in the Utica Shale and various other areas for approximately $600 million. Once the transactions close, Chesapeake will still own about 1.3 million net acres of leasehold in the Utica Shale.
Chesapeake is keeping about 470,000 net acres of undeveloped leasehold assets in the Midland Basin to either sell at another time or develop.
Company shares gained 69 cents, or 3.4 percent, to $20.79 in premarket trading on Wednesday.
