It is not from the dilution of the acquisition. That is only $3 mill in stock. It is the pathetic financing they did.
They did a promotion from 1.15 to 1.30 huge volume but it was a liquidation. Then followed by a toxic financing. Now they stop promoting. This is pathetic. They picked everyones pocket and now we are left holding the bag.
Lower. .40 is in sights.
Another day in the red for NETE. Nice trend. Down every day for a month. We should be at .25 in no time!
Interesting they are pitching along with other PINKSHEET companies. And here we thought we bought a NASDAQ company. This thing is a dog with serious fleas. Sorry I don't mean that... I like dogs.
You and I both. But NETE management does not give a crap about shareholders. They have not even returned my calls and emails to investor relations. They are letting this slide on toxic funding and not even spending a nickel or IR efforts.
Yet another day in the red. OTCMarkets here we come.
Will they discuss the NASDAQ delisting and the move down to OTC?
Last time I looked this was a non SEC reporting Issuer. All filings are made on OTCMarkets.com
looking at the trading over the past long while. Not many people but the short himself. (or "her").
The CEO buying such a large block tells me he has confidence in his abilities and or the future. Lets hope his M&A experience and his Asian network some how come into play.
Looks good. Seems the new CEO has some serious skin in the game. This is a good signal going forward I would think.
More then this year. Almost a 4 year high.
Glancing at the chart it appears we are trading at a 4 year high.

I am going to low offer to $9,998.00 per share!
Well AWS had three lawsuits so far since 2010. All of them dealt with easily and without much cost.
Interesting that each one related to an ex AWS person who left, had zero success or total failure in there next ventures then watched AWSL do so well without them it drove them so mad they had to sue.
The $40 million ridiculous suit filed by Cleland was thrown out.
AWSL filed action against Cleland and had the 5 million shares cancelled. Another success.
Cousin's multi million dollar suit was also thrown out and they according to management settled on $250k over 5 years. That is less then 1 year salary spread over a long time frame..
So if anyone else wants to try bringing these ridiculous claims forward I am sure it would be handled the same way.
If it is Brent it will be interesting to see how a Canadian resident filed the more than a million dollars he made via his companies on and off shore. I doubt very much he reported this income.
Looking forward to the report !
Wow terrific information on AWSl. That should be added to the intro!
Thanks for the great post.
We have all read that over and over and over. I am not sure how that is helpful here. Seems ,ore like spam.
Bottom line is NETE is throwing shareholders under the bus, massively diluting everyone and does not answer there phones nor has a voicemail other then "The number 310 ... .... is not available".
This stinks of a sleazy penny stock and now is trading like one. Say good bye to NASDAQ and hello OTC Markets.
I thought they were "imaginary shorts" Gilda? How can they double down if they don't exist?
I just called the IR number. Not only was it not answered it was forwarded to a LA number that was not even recorded to say who you called.
This stinks!
to drop?
What is the conversion price on NETE convertible bonds? seems to conveniently not state in any of the PR's.
I am guessing below market and that is why the sell off under $1.00 now. This thing is heading for OTC if they don't start spending money on promotion.
I agree and look forward to it! 5 Years ago they thought there was nothing behind the company. They are now learning otherwise. In the meantime the float is still small. Likely owned by less also.
Another 31,400 sold short today.

Strange the FINRA short trade numbers match OTC Short Report.... According to this there were over 104,000 shares sold short over the past few trading sessions. I do agree with Gilda. This is going to get interesting!
Once again a short trader is banking on a sell off that does not come.

Agreed that they would try. It will be interesting to see how many people actually sold into it.
Look forward to reading SW's response to this.
Seems this sudden increase in price and volume is not great news to everyone.
.97 per share. You have to like the way this is moving!
be careful, that short word really can upset some. :)
I actually think Friday had shorts covering the previous days short selling. Although these position can be covered within 3 days this page will show you the short trades for that day. However they tend to cover within a couple days to avoid true registered FINRA short position.

Nice day. Closed with .70 bid. 73,400 volume.
It is a 2 year high! .699
2 bits is a quarter. So 4 bits is .50. No one anyone other then one person I know still uses this term 'bit".. Strangely she uses it a lot. Well did when it was around .25 Not so much now.
Nice day indeed. Hopefully the start of many more. It appears we broke a 2 year high today.
Surpassed 4 bit. Next stop 8 bit?

Over the past 3 years? With sales rising, losses vanishing and profits now, absolutely I would and did average down.
With the new CEO's professional credentials, I would have to think it could only ell speed up a registration or up listing to a bigger board. I would have to think the timing this time seems right. It clearly wasn't a few years ago.
I also hope for this. It would be good for everyone.
Unless you bought it a few months ago under .20 or even .10. That would be an incredible return. But if you bought over a dollar YEARS ago and didn't average down you can't say you didn't have plenty of opportunities to make money on this.
We forgive you. Instead of hitting reply you copied the text and selected it and hit the Quote button followed by Post.
Common mistake I guess.
Sounds like we are all looking forward to a weekend!
Sorry Gilda, I don't understand the call and Friday. Perhaps I missed something.
