A ramble once in a while is fine, (my turn) and sometimes - a tin foil hat does the trick for me.
Wow, EOD t-trades AT the closing price. I never saw that here.
Obviously retail --- we'll see what the MMs have in store.
With all this volume, less than 100k were "crosstrades" between them during regular hours.
If whales are gobbling up 8s -- then they don't anticipate MMEG being in this trips neighborhood for long ...IMO
OK, never mind my post --- people are taking out the crazy 8s NOW!!
That would be great. There are a lot of shares lined-up at 8. If a good PR is released then, then another buying flurry EOD(like yesterday) would take out more than half of those crazy 8s -- while the remaining would re-position themselves to 9 and .01!
Just accumulated another 5mil shares for my [hopefully] early retirement fund.
GLTA!
Another banner volume day!
Yup. When trading ended I had to leave for work - the postings here was pretty good and we had just broken onto the BB. On a late lunch break now and was just checking in .. whoa, the postings were really going .... and now #4 on the BB!
Great volume today got some attention, and BB should get more people looking. With "eyes" here, now would be a great time for some meaty news.
On a side note - I still can't get over the flurry of buys at the EOD yesterday. I've seen some heavy "power hour" buying before, but yesterday's was certainly something to behold.
Holding and hoping.
Whoa, almost 419mil volume! I may be wrong, but I think today was MMEG's biggest volume day.
Maybe, if volume is half that tomorrow [and if retail can take a break from selling], we may go into the weekend with the dilution done.
Hopefully, with some news EOD tomorrow, we have something to digest this weekend.
Trading volume was good most of the day, then it became fast&furious at EOD. I placed an order to help take out the 5s on the Ask, but they were gone. Grabbed 6s instead.
No matter, with news, the 6s will be waaay back in the rear view mirror.
GLTA!
Finally! What we've been missing here all week ... the Ask getting hit. Some accumulation, but I believe most are new investors.
Would be great after this added attention to followed-up on by some pre-10q news.
And I see OTT*'s O/S are at 3.05B, and PPS is at .0058.
The dilution dumping has finally waned here, hopefully done this week.
In 2weeks we should get the 10-q. If the 10q has some good news in it, with some updates -- along with the current SS (my guess is 2B-2.5B shares) -- then with some healthy buying pressure, it is not inconceivable that maaaybe .0075-.009?
Hoping & praying with fingers crossed.
Welcome & exactly what Marxbys said. Big dilution period, and hopefully we'll be done this week. Yesterday's trading was promising - we'll see what the next couple of days brings.
The accumulation was just as big as the dilution .. by the trading patterns we could see many new investors coming in, old (longs) shareholders accumulating and "averaging down," but there some trades going on for days that had to be BIG "deep-pocketed" Fish ... both on the bid and chomping on the ask.
Yesterday we saw the ask barely touched and volume at a more "normal" range. IMO, dilution period nearing the end (for now) & many are exhausted and holding --- and hoping for an update or PR/news (Foxtrader's "stickied" posts gives you an idea on the news I'm talking about).
Mid Aug should bring us the 10-q for Q2, and obviously information on revs, status of acquisitions, and of course, the current SS. A lot happening, still high risk, but great entry point.
GLTA
Yup -- next week is the big week. Review post #36376 from Wreckingballer. He spells out the current tranche:
It's looking like we won't be getting any news until the 10-q in about 3weeks. It better be a good one, if we are to finally get out of this dilution phase.
I hope today's 17 and-a-half-ish mill shares came from BMIC & VNDM's caches.
You're right, when news hits (and it's good and substantial) - the Ask is going to get slapped good & proper . . . IMO, mostly by retail investors. I believe the big deep-pocketed investors have already grabbed what they wanted -- maybe a few more may be scooped up here & there by them, especially with the t-trades. We'll see how tomorrow's volume looks.
I agree with you there Pooky. Hopefully we get a nice meaty PR with some revs indicators. N&D may be right and it may come early Aug. On its heels is the 10-q, which should be out Aug 15 (barring a NT 10-Q announcing it'll be filed late). Fingers-crossed it shows revs coming in (and closing of at least one deal - either Neurofuse or Blackfox).
This heavy volume has not gone unnoticed. Many people are watching on the sidelines. Everyone is aware of the scope of this dilution, but what the sideliners are seeing is massive accumulation too. Many by regular investors, BUT some are not. There are some BIG Kahunas buying here ... consistently.
While they're waiting, I venture the "sideliners" are doing some cursory D&D and they're seeing the issuance of these shares being diluted were not to: pay out a lawsuit, settle a toxic debt, or for unaccounted reasons (as is common when dilution occurs with a company which is not current in their filings). It is for acquisitions, of potentially revenue producing vehicles (a PR on the latest update on the Neurofuse/Blackfox deal would be great)!
When news, or the 10-Q comes out, and if it contains GREAT news re: revs (even if its preliminary, since MMEG is still a work in progress) -- then, me thinks, the sideliners are hopping off the fence, jumping in and a new BIG wave of buying is gonna happen. And if we aren't done with this dilution phase by the 10-Q or PR, then this wave of buying will finally end it. If the dilution IS done by the the PR/News and/or 10-Q, then the new wave of buying will [finally] push the PPS northward & onward! ... IMO.
Well, my theory yesterday was waay wrong. VNDM & BMIC just switched positions today ... and trading today does not indicate a slowing in the dilution either.
The 10Q next month should answer a lot of questions.
Yes it does. Actually, not small volume - but rather, the "usual" volume we were seeing here before the big uptick in volume (was usually 10mil - 25mil, with some exceptions).
I thought we were nearing the end of this dilution phase early this week ... but, I guess it's happening late this week [or possibly Monday]. The past 2days VNDM has backed off, maybe they're done(?), but I'll be using BMIC as my unofficial "barometer."
In the past 2 1/2 - 3 weeks total volume has been around 1billion shares, IMO a portion of that are retail investors who have moved on (maybe they'll come back if things happen here), but most of this action has been the "note converters."
On the flip side, there were also ALOT of buyers for those shares (whether it be on the Bid or the Ask). Today's volume may show that the new investors, accumulators, the flippers, the longs, etc, are all spent & exhausted.
The ball is now in MMEG's court. When this dilution ends (hopefully soon), it will be up to the Company -- via PRs, News, updates, the 10-Q (for Q2), etc to finally get this PPS moving northward & onward. I was hoping we would get all info that during this dilution so we could "power through" this phase quicker. Nonetheless, we need some (any) information soon.
Fingers-crossed.
Welcome, take a gander at foxtrader's sticky "Foxes synopsis for new investors."
MMEG has a few plans that have been implemented, currently implementing, and more plans for the future. Foxes post really encapsulates the happenings here. Good luck.
Hmmm, all righty then ... round 8 it is --- and I'll bring the Advil too.
Hahaha -- OK, I'll get the 2nd round.
You may be right, last week we saw over 800mill shares of volume (and the t-trades started the week before that). I know that not all of those were the "diluters," and that some were retail. But still, with those kind of numbers -- I agree with Wreckingballer and believe this dilution phase is near its end ... possibly next week.
If [good] news can be released & timed with the end of the Great Wall of VNDM & BMIC -- then finally we may have good, northward bound momentum.
When that happens, first round is on me!
Can't wait for some good meaty PRs and updates. Yes sir, fully loaded. My average before we entered tripsville was .0022 -- now it's knocked down to .0014. Holding a ton, if MMEG becomes what we believe it will become, I'm set! If it does not, I'll probably win the Supreme Bagholder 2018 award.
We know the dilution goes hand-in-hand with MMEG's aggressive acquisition plan. When all is completed and being built out, and [hopefully] revs/profits come in - and increasing quarter over quarter; then I believe MMEG will begin with a plan to deal with the SS --- and per the CEO, NOT a R/S.
GLTA!
Heavy loading! before last week, we were in the 12-20mil volume a day range (average). Then it slowly started to increase as last week passed with the t-trades. Friday was pretty good, volume wise (up until then).... then everyday this week wow! Yesterday the big orders settled during trading, so no t-trades -- but today made up for that.
I'm just amazed with the heavy selling pressure hitting the Bid, people are constantly lining up placing orders. Heavy accumulation going on. Granted some of it has been the longs, and new investors, & other retail since MMEG went into the trips; but, IMO, I think "bigger" people are here now.
OK, scratch that --- over 100mil shares! And the last 20mill-ish were red.
But the "somebody is loading" comment stands.
Christ! Over 85mil shares! You're right, at least they were all green. Somebody, or some people, in the background have been loading BIG TIME for the last 5 trading sessions.
I may be wrong (like yesterday) but looks like it's shaping to be an EOD t-trade here today.....
Hey Cheds, I don't have PM... but, you're right. I should've added "assuming revs/profits are there AND the SS is dealt with."
With the recent volume, and MMEG climbing in the Breakout Board - and now on the Most Read Board & the Ticker buzz Cloud ... NOW is a great time for some good news, while a lot of eyes are looking.
$1 or $2? Can you imagine?! That would do it for me.
Agreed. Interesting side note about the float. As of April, it was listed at 624,921,012 shares. Without an "official headcount," but just a quesstimation, I surmise that the Longs on this board alone are holding about half that --- maybe more, but not less.
When news does come (not fluff, but good news), and if BMIC and VNDM stay out of the way [hopefully they're almost done unloading what they're unloading] -- this can really make a serious move.
When both Poolworks and Facebook were young (but Facebook had much more capital), both had good potential, and yes - Facebook does not want competition. Facebook made an offer of $180million to buy them out, but was rejected. Obviously, Facebook built out their product, adapted, and we all know the story. Poolworks was quite the opposite, lost subscribers, and now MMEG bought them for pennies on the dollar.
But Poolworks is just a cog in this MMEG wheel. With OTT streaming, Chimera Games, reality shows -- and the acquisition of Neurofuse & Blackfox [hopefully those deals close soon!], and possibly another social networking site in the future ... then you see how they all "blend" together. Poolworks will be given the attention it deserves to be built out and developed (already having plans to add different languages and adding Chimera's games for example). The CEO stated his plan was for all these products to "synergize" with each other. If all goes well, that translates to $$revs/profits$$.
I do not think Facebook has been buying shares here, but if MMEG's plans work; and it grows, increases revs quarter over quarter, and [VERY importantly] significantly increases market share, then my friend they will be watching.
If revs & profits are substantial, then MMEG can deal with the SS. Dilution was the currency used for this aggressive acquisition plan, and we the investors have financed it. And we all see what happened to the PPS.
The CEO also stated a huge goal is to uplist MMEG to the Nasdaq. MMEG would have to be trading at $4 for that, and with this SS --- well, that would require a HUGE revenue stream ...OR they can buyback shares and retire them.
And IMO, if that happens, that is when Facebook will intervene; before getting Nasdaq approval (I know: getting waaay ahead of myself, I mean we're still in the trips), with a nice offer that just can't be refused.
Still high risk, still a lot of work to do, still dealing with dilution. But this is why we're here ... the potential .... and for investors who entered and loaded in the trips, well, the ultimate lottery ticket.
Yup, same here --- hopefully news soon. Great day today, this board needed a "shot in the arm," so to speak.
Yes, tomorrow should be -- amazing what happens when BMIC & VNDM stay out of the way... hopefully they're done.
Was thinking the same thing about the t-trade when that big order went through. We'll see in 10minutes.
WHOA!! Take my eyes off for a minute, and boom!
Up 33% ... Great close today everybody --- and with volume too.
GLTA!! $MMEG$
Just a few Ask slaps should do it.
Thought I was done for the day when I grabbed some .0006s .. but I gave up and threw in the towel in another investment (it's basically dead) earlier and rotated it here -- and snagged 5mil at .0007.
MMEG will recoup my loss in time
Another nice volume day -- and climbing on the Breakout Board. The .0007s don't look that ominous anymore!
