I agree,I would think that someone on either board would have had something to add to that conspiracy if there was something more to that.I don't even see any smoke let alone flames to that theory as of yet. But who knows, stranger things have happened,I'm sure we will find out on the next release.
I think thats in Jan 2019, I would'nt hold my breath on that one. But hopefully I will be proven wrong, that would be just fine with me (LOL).
Anytime DaGreekster,it was something I had to ask plus I imagine Debbie must have been inundated with the same questions. So I posted her reply, hopefully this helped her a bit. Unlike the previous management group, this new management team replies back within a reasonable time frame if the question is reasonable for them to answer. I look foreward to a hard launch as well.
Ya thanks, I can appreciate that as we are all in the same boat. I also went on to thank Debbie for her response.
Hello Debbie & thank you for getting back to me, much appreciated. I know myself as well as other's are excited for Tmmi & look foreward to a good 2019 as Tmmi has so much to offer in this day & age.
Thank you again Debbie & have a great weekend.
Reply
Thanks *****,we too are excited!
Have a great weekend!
I wish she could also, but I am satisfied & understand her situation as well. Bottom line (in my opinion only) I personally feel that 2019 should be a good year for us. I hope they work the bugs out for a proper 2019 launch.
Urban, hope it helps regarding your query in your post & others regarding an update. This is the reply I received the other day.
I hope this helps you & everyone else so Debbie does NOT get bombarded with the same question by so many people. I put this here with the hope that everyone else gives her some space inorder to better direct her time towards important Tmmi matters for us. Hope this helps & everyone can go about their day without thinking the sky is falling (LOL).Enjoy the day everyone.
Hi *****,
We certainly intend to have a call, but want to wait until we are ready for a hard launch of our products. We are currently in beta and have a number of individuals testing same.
Please make a note of my email address above and feel free to let me know if you have future questions.
Thank you.
Well put,in deed. You are so correct, even the fact of the updates alone on the Tmmi webpage has been a big plus in my books as well.
Tmmi has been saved from the mistakes/misdeeds of old. I would think that we are all mature enough to give this new management that consist's of some well known & connected people a chance.
I feel Tmmi is doing a great job so far. Personally, I feel if we get good news in the fall great or bonus for us. What ever the case may be, management will do what's best & we have to be comfortable with that, those who are not can sell their shares & move on to better pastures.
I asked them. You can too.
But be nice-polite & realize they can only say so much.
Don't ask any dumb questions.
I don't even want to go there with that analogy, but I hear what your saying.
I look at it this way,we are very fortunate that Tmmi has incredible people in place.
When management has all their ducks in place, then & only then will they make an announcement regarding a conference call or any other news.
In the mean time, find a hobby, set your Tmmi news alert & go about your day.
I learned at a young age never to be that kid that's always yelling "are we there yet?" It doesn't do any good.
As Stew so graciously laid out for you, all the information is there in black & white regarding these members of Tmmi (ie: Mark Rosenthal,Mr. Leonard J. DeRoma ,Paul B. Healy). That should make it easy enough for you to compare (within reason) I would say....
TRUREZâ„¢ Video Scaler looking good.
Click on "larger view" and watch carefully the necklace around the gentlemens neck in the photo change between the two images.

Thanks for pointing that out Smitty.
There are "pre-sales" or "pre-market buyers", this is a very good situation for TMMI to be in which is to have buyers putting up their money ahead of time. Good observation Smitty. Tmmi having "pre-sales or pre-market buyers", this must be a good sign.
Dictionary
pre·sale
'presal/
noun
plural noun: pre-sales
a sale held or made before an item is made generally available for purchase.
"we bought our tickets through a presale six months prior to the concert"
I see "sales" as in plural not singular, thats ok because I know it's exciting news for all of us. Read it again, but very slowly this time TF.

Yes that's correct and Friday December 21'st will be the end of fall. We have some wiggle room in there for any up coming releases. I'm not holding my breathe for a conference call in September but if it does happen "great" better yet. Tmmi has been through a lot of changes for the better (management etc) & made incredible progress against all odd's. At the moment,I can handle this waiting period just fine, Tmmi is just starting to warm up for whats ahead. Should be a good finish to 2018 or a good start to 2019, we shall see.
I noticed leaves the are starting to fall off the tree's today. The next few month's should be interesting alright.
https://www.tmmi.us/news/news_2018-08-07.php
"A fall 2018 open consumer launch is planned".
"The Company plans to host a shareholder call in late September to provide an open Q and A forum."
I hear what you are saying TF, but again, myself & everyone will find out a bit more from the s/h conference call.
One step at a time....
I have no clue as to what you are talking about.
Tmmi never promised you anything except that they plan to have a shareholder conference call in the fall.
Hopefully there will be some questions answered (somehow) that s/h's such as yourself may have for management.
Until then relax.
Be patient TF, I really don't think that Mark Rosenthal or Tmmi's CTO Eric Hernes would waste any time or attach their name to just any company, given their professional back ground.
They obviously see the big picture of what Tmmi hold's & the potential of what Tmmi will bring to the market place.
The new managent is obviously working on generating an income for Tmmi.
Remember, Tmmi was held back (old management) from moving foreward and now with the new team they are finally able to tweek and perfect before going to market.
Give the new management a chance before making any assumptions & wait for the up coming s/h call in to hear what they say.
Cheers, enjoy the weekend.
This first go around (conference) is just fine by phone, I prefer it that way anyhow.
Urban, I believe the shareholder meeting will be via telephone conference, which is fine by me.
"The Company plans to host a shareholder call in late September to provide an open Q and A forum."

Ya thanks Urban.
Even though it goes back a few years, I just found it refreshing to listen to our new (Tmmi) board member for 20 minutes. It was a nice & refreshing 20 min break from all the negative - wacky news in the world these days. He sounds like a real nice, sensible type of guy you can have a beer with & feel relaxed at the same time.
As Nesurk mentioned, there must be something in Tmmi that he likes & see's a future in & he wants to be a part of & make it happen.
Mark C Rosenthal Tmmi's board member, his name hold's some weight out in the business world. I was listening to this old Kenyon College Commencement speech he gave (many moons ago) while I was doing paper work & listening, it sheds a little light on the type of guy he is. If you are borded, have a listen. He talk's about business - his friends/connections etc etc. He tells them "to have an idea to believe in & the courage to never give up", just like Tmmi (LOL).
I found it interesting & well done.
https://www.c-span.org/video/?105832-1/kenyon-college-commencement
I think everyone is a little surprised (in a good way) regarding the progress Tmmi has made lately. It's just hard to believe that we have real honest/professionals at the helm guiding the company,it's about time I'd say. Who know's, maybe the assembly and shipping center will be up & running by then. Myself,I would imagine that Tmmi would contract out any computer builds to save money?? Either way we will find out soon enough.
Is this what you are looking for Jay?
Paul Healy, President and CEO stated, "What we are doing today puts the Company out front in showcasing its video technology and hardware solutions that appeal to the individual consumer, while we progress rapidly to define commercial solutions for business and industrial uses. The Company plans to host a shareholder call in late September to provide an open Q and A forum."

Mark Rosenthal is a board member not advisor. With an outstanding resume compared to those washed up nobodies on Dimented inc's board that got whipped badly in court by Tmmi.
Tmmi's Mark Rosenthal has been in the business world for decades.

Thats a good link,thank you.
Looks like I have to subscribe to get the rest of the info they have on Mark. I will hold off on that for the time being.
Good info Zenus, Mark sure is a man in demand (pardon the pun as you will see). Warner-Amex Satellite Entertainment Company was a joint venture owned/operated by Warner Communications and American Express.
Between both Paul Healy and Mark Rosenthal, they have a ton of connections in business and the media. Now Tmmi also has Eric Hernes & I believe he helped launch/develope "on-demand hospitality service" with another company (LodgeNet Interactive Corporation)https://www.tmmi.us/news/news_2018-02-07.php, I wonder if there is a connection with Mark Rosenthal??
The Warner-Amex networks now.
The networks that were a part of Warner-Amex are owned by numerous parties. The pay-per-view unit remained under the ownership of Warner Cable (which became Time Warner Cable after the merger of their parent company Warner Communications and publisher Time, Inc., later Time Warner Cable was acquired by Charter Communications in May 2016) and has undergone numerous transformations before its current incarnations as iN DEMAND and the differing video on demand On-Demand service. MTV and Nickelodeon (and later Video Hits One or VH1 for short, which launched shortly before the sale) became the core units of Viacom's Viacom Media Networks. Over the decades, it has expanded into separate units, including:
MTV
MTV2
Comedy Central (originally a joint venture with HBO, also owned by Warner Cable's parent company Time Warner, now known as WarnerMedia, before they purchased the network's interest in the channel)
Nickelodeon/Nick at Nite
VH1
TV Land
CMT (acquired as part of Viacom's purchase of CBS)
BET (acquired by Viacom in 2000)
BET Her (formerly Centric)
Paramount Network (acquired as part of Viacom's purchase of CBS; formerly TNN/The Nashville Network/The National Network and Spike TV/Spike)
Nick Jr. (formerly Noggin)
TeenNick (formerly TEENick, and The N)
Nicktoons
Nickelodeon Games and Sports for Kids (defunct)
BET Jams (formerly MTV Jams)
MTV Tres (launched after Viacom's purchase of Mas Musica and merged with MTV en Espanol)
MTV Classic (formerly VH1 Classic)
NickMusic (formerly MTV Hits)
CMT Music (formerly VH1 Country and CMT Pure Country)
mtvU
BET Soul (formerly VH1 Soul)
Logo TV (formerly VH1 MegaHits)
Showtime (now owned by CBS Corporation under Showtime Networks)
The Movie Channel (now owned by CBS Corporation under Showtime Networks)
Flix (now owned by CBS Corporation under Showtime Networks)

Tmmi CEO Paul Healy mentioned that things will be happening in the fall & I imagine a news release should be out as well, we will get more info at that time. No matter what, there will be those that don't want Tmmi to succeed.
https://www.tmmi.us/news/news_2018-08-14.php
Yes some people have put in alot of time & effort to try to discredit Tmmi over the years,it shows & very telling. I don't know why they are so jealous or scared of what Tmmi is doing, but they are. Maybe it's this other news release of our new Tmmi board member?
https://www.tmmi.us/news/news_2018-08-14.php
I have to hand it to the the Tmmi team, they are on the right track.
One step at a time but still moving foreward.
https://www.tmmi.us/company.php
Currently 35 FedEx fights per day are services the global shipping for these companies.
TMMI is currently pursuing getting qualified for the area's two foreign trade zones.
An assembly and distribution center is underway to import the TMMI Mini PC devices from China, purchase the TMMI Mini PC X devcies domestically, assemble with the TRUDEFâ„¢ and TRUSCALEâ„¢ software, quality filters, memory and storage, and ship globally.
I'm happy that Tmmi is making good progress no matter what they spent. Even if they spent a dollar it would show me that they have a product and ready for market & just need to do some updating etc etc. This new management team & tech team are going strong compared to the last bunch we had by a long shot. Tmmi is keeping us true shareholders up to date with these news releases & giving us a lot to look foreward to in the coming month's, exciting times ahead for us.
https://www.tmmi.us/news/news_2018-08-07.php

One person posted saying this:
"Nothing wrong with niche use cases. My workplace has been steadily adding NUCs to our production floor because they require much less maintenance and fuss than our old desktops".
According to the comments on the bottom of the page, most people like these. This article just came out today & already there are 3 pages of positive comments.
