I only know Syman is CEO of SIPC.
As of December 31, 2018, Syman Vong was the Chief Executive Officer and Thu Pham was a director of the Company. Ted Jorgensen was the President of wholly owned subsidiary Major Hemp and not an executive officer of the Company
I don't know who Thu Pham is. In the last letter in respect to current info here's the link

You will find Keith Nguyen. He runs CDM Capital
And this the puzzle grows.

But then again does anybody remember Pharma Janes ( AEGY ) dead ticker poison sign banished to the grays to die a slow death. When it first started it was one very good scam. And Suzy-Q ( PMCM ) two examples of scams here in pinkyland. Does that make SIPC a scam? Guess I will find out. That's an easier decision to make when you have been green and can sell at .02 for a double. Naw I'll just hold some more, see how this summer turns out. Its been real slow I know but I would piss my pants if in another year or two Sipp has carved themselves a sliver of the market and MH HIPA is spread out over the whole country. Maybe just a dream? It sure is a gamble. I'm good with that. GLTA Go Sipp
Every dog gets a bone every now and then. Sipp get to digging. Is the beer real? We know SIPC gave up the plasma crap when they hired Ted who has been focusing on Hemp, CBD, and beer. MH HIPA has been going for 6 months and MHBA ( AWOL) not being in cans and supposedly WDRP getting it into CA? I think they should focus on MH HIPA and a CBD version and get to brewing. Its not good to be running out while trying to expand. IMO Where is that Marketing Manager at? Go Sipp
Indeed!
Need to fix that yield sign and looks like May 16thish for 1st quarter fins for the period ending 3-31-2019 SIPC
Sometimes I just say WTF. MHBA was only served in kegs from 11-14-2016 a 50 barrel run and in Aug. 2018 a 100 barrel run. Could of been another small run in Feb. 2017 Production of MH HIPA Started in late Oct. 2018 sold out and finished second run 1-16-2019 and should be or about to finish third run already if not soon. Yes the net loss was disappointing to say the least. But most of 2017 till mid 2018 was slow going, things didn't start to pick up till MH HIPA was launched. The next Q night be more telling of how things are progressing. GLTY
Just realized did Man from Europe cave in? Since there is nothing tangible here. Go Sipp
And I believe they buy their hemp from Sipp. Go Sipp
I believe so each barrel has 2 kegs. Actually we don't know how big the batches are with MH-HIPA. When MHBA was first produced its was 50 barrels the second batch was 100. SIPC never gave the amounts for MH-HIPA. Go Sipp
As usual spreading false facts, and truth and then states Ted is CEO of Sipp?
SIPC CEO Ted "tells all" in a email to a person he never met.
Just more false facts? Go Sipp
How true! Go Sipp
That Yield sign really needs to go. And Syman where is that Marketing Manager? Go Sipp
Nov. 01, 2018 better be the last time. I really have a problem with that, I wonder what CDM Capital does with all those cheap shares. Nov. 01, was also when they got that bridge loan for 500K and another 500K available for distribution and production. So that's the first thing I look for on the Q O/S is 338M as 04-01. Right now its all about supply and demand. Can't be running out for a month or more between batches. GLTY Go Sipp
One of these days. Go sipp
Lol Your funny. Go Sipp
LOL your funny. Go Sipp
Went back and did a little digging after SIPC hired Ted to become president of Major Hemp. Ted took the company in a different direction than Plasma lights. Ted focus on bulk hemp and the beer.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SIPC/news/Sipp-Industries-Subsidiary-Major-Hemp-Names-Ted-Jorgensen-as-New-President-and-Announces-Corporate-Developments?id=125919
After that PR I could not find another PR with Plasma light in it. So the plasma lights were Syman Vong's failure not Teds. Glad Ted took them into beer business. will it be successful? Time will tell, I have the time. Go back and read the Pr's starting around 2-20, 2016 Throw enough crap on the wall something might stick. Keep throwing Sipp
Would that be just SIPC or for everybody? Coalition Brewing has been selling a CBD beer for over a year closer to two years. So to say that is categorically false.
http://www.coalitionbrewing.com/cbdbeer And when did Sipp say anything about coffee bear. Wrong board bud that's WDRP.
I think the price stayed the same, neither up or down.
I'll be back, starting right now I will be done by Thursday 7:43 pm, hell might push it till Friday for extra clean. Go Sipp
Can't still cannabis related. Yuck that's like eating mushrooms with no psilocybin. Cannabis with no THC same difference.
Ain't life wonderful. I have to cut myself off again for at least 72 hours. Go Sipp
Bear with me. If one does a lot of searching in old news articles and been here long enough you know whats up. SIPC only really had one batch of a 100 barrels. Of course in late 2018 MH-HIPA was introduced which sales won't show until Q1 2019. And no cans until MH-HIPA so only 195 Kegs of MHBA for all of 2018. The problem is and has always been availability. IMHO Yes I'm Long Go Sipp I don't sugarcoat
They need to hire some hot shot marketing manager to give Ted a hand. After about half dozen batches or more they should also know how long the process takes and have another brewery or two get started on batches. Waiting a month to a month and a half between batches is not good IMO. Supply and demand not supply and let them hang. Go Sipp
PM welcome back its always good to hear your point of view? Go Sipp
Its not the first time or the last, Syman Vong's fault or at least asleep at the wheel. Ted runs Major Hemp and all SIPC related stuff the CEO is supposed to take care of. Once we had a stop sign up for about 3 or 4 months. SIPC lawyer was suspended and black listed by the SEC. They finally hired a new attorney and the OTC lifted the stop sign. Paying attention to details doesn't hurt a company. LOL Go Sipp
This is the thing that get me, Sipp sold out 03-21 puts out a PR says they have to fast track the next batch. Should be done first week in April. Well the second week of April just went by. To be successful people have to be able to buy it, like it, tell peeps about it, and buy some more. IMHO
The rapid sales of Major Hemp HIPA throughout the Company's growing distribution network in Illinois, Iowa and Missouri has completely depleted the remaining inventory of cans and kegs, creating a necessity to fast-track the next round of beer. In preparation for additional orders, the Company has moved up the production schedule and expects fresh HIPA inventory to be available by the first week of April. GET BUSY SIPC
On November 1, 2018 the Company issued 20,000,000 shares of its Common stock to CDM Capital as a payment of $4,000 against its outstanding convertible debt.
I hope that is the last deal like that. Also on Nov. 01 they were suppose to have access to 500K with another 500K available for production and distribution. Not sure how WDRP is able to supply that much? Go Sipp
Its been a lesson, and sometimes you just shake your head and say WTF! So I think this company might do something and since I'm in at less than a penny I will continue to do so. Where is that Marketing Manager they were supposed to hire? Why is that Yield sign on. I hope we don't see any more shares going to CDM Capital who has been buying their debt. Go Sipp
Or in tickers that do a 1000 to 1 R/S like UTRM/POTN 10M shares are reduced to 10K then 8 months later takes off and hit .90 because of gummy's. I just hope SIPC can keep the beer flowing. Expand to 4 States and have no beer to fill them up should be a concern. No matter what I'll hold the few shares I have till boom or bust. I've held for 5 years starting next month. Go Sipp
Apparently you did not understand the question. He said no profits, no sell. I never said they showed a profit. You do know the difference. Go Sipp
He just did, you refuse to see.
