I don't get it... The Only Antimony Mine in USA and Murdock is not sure FLPC should be present at Antimony Forum in Spain? WOW!!!!!... do those guys have any business degrees???... this is simply unbelievable..... why our Management get involved with clowns like Murdock?
No wonder every company Murdock advice in the past almost went out of business... except one, Advance Battery Technologies who done the right thing and terminated contract with useless Murdock Advisory Firm.
November 21, 2006 03:47 PM Eastern Standard Time....
Murdock Capital Partners announced today its Financial Advisory Agreement and Corporate Consulting Agreement with Advance Battery Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: ABAT.OB) were terminated effective today.
Shortly after contract termination PPS of ABAT.OB went from around .60 cents to around $10.... can FLPC Management do the same?... of course they can, and I hope they do.
News of firing Murdock would triple or quadruple our PPS in just one day.
How can anybody think that not going to Antimony Forum in Spain maybe a good idea... except Murdock of course.... I don't get it.... once every few years they have opportunity to go to such Antimony Forums, show what they got, present themselves as The Only Antimony Mine in USA, make business contacts, create most need it awareness and Murdock is not sure if FLPC should go there.... simply mind-boggling, very disturbing development, to say at least... IMHO
My thoughs too.... and they are business advisors to FLPC Management?.... very scary and very depressing.... I think I need a drink too.
Good post jjphilips.... I'm not waiting for the news anymore... kinda tired of waiting for news only to be disappointed later.... it will come eventually but who knows when? I always said that my exit point will only be based on Management action and not based on PPS, right now buying at this point is extremely speculative but selling without knowing what is really going on is not so smart to say at least.
This Company proved so many people wrong in the past and have done things almost impossible to do, Management NEVER lied to us so..... in just my opinion, it is a good idea to give them a chance to prove people wrong once again.... and I hope they do.
I'm sticking here to the end.... one way or another.
Time and patience here is running extremely short, I just wonder.... how and why did we get to this breaking point? I'm very disappointed but hopeful that things will turn around and will turn around for good. Cheers.

***Calculating Market Cap
Market capitalization is just a fancy name for a straightforward concept: it is the market value of a company’s outstanding shares. This figure is found by taking the stock price and multiplying it by the total number of shares outstanding. For example, if XYZ Corporation (XYZ) was trading at $20 per share and had a million shares outstanding, then the market capitalization would be $20 million ($20 x 1 million shares).

What about supporting PPS? what about firing Murdock and hiring REAL IR Firm? what about telling us what they are doing and how they are doing? what about finding local, US based, buyers? what about telling us more about Mill progress? if any progress was made, what about telling us why Murdock still on board and what do they done to deserve it? what about Lithium exploration and when we may expect geo-survey to be done, how about they will tell us they already reduced debt burden (I hope they doing that) and Company is in better financial shape than we think it is.... should I continue? there is a lot Company can do and they not doing..... maybe you should start asking yourself the same questions? why they not supporting PPS? this should be a priority especially when they selling every week on average 3.3 mil shares?.... They can do a lot more, let start with Murdock... can we?... Cheers
ddm, I completely agree with you....I think we are at the breaking point and to be honest I don't think PPS will sustain this kind of silence and lack of real information for much longer.
I have no idea how we come to this point, I do not known what possibly could happen to cost this silence and with that HUGE PPS decrease, all I know is this.... this whole thing started with Murdock arrival and I blame them for everything and especially for stagnant stock and PPS at .02 and falling daily.
3-4 months ago people had almost ALL reasons to buy this stock and almost NO reasons to sell it... now we are in complete reversal, people have so many reason to sell and almost no reason to buy.... how did we get to this point? where we will go next?.... and this is coming from me, very hard core supporter of Bob and whole FLPC Management.... very sad. ... IMHO
Well... bleeding must stop at some point... if not then FLPC will face RS and with that all long term shareholders will lose.... simple like that.
We are still looking good but as you just said 3.3 Mil average dilutions per week is getting tougher and tougher to swallow and with PPS stagnant as it is right now the time is at essence here.
Let just wait and see what will come next..... 2014 will tell whole story here and we will get our answers for sure, with coming revenues dilution should slow quite a bit or stop completely.... we will see, right now Company need the money and without revenue stream they have no choice than dilute week after week... at least they doing this quite responsibly but at some point enough will be enough and when company cross that line I can assure you I won't be here anymore. Cheers
ddm... Totally agree with you... Bob and the rest of FLPC Management Team = 100% professionalism.
I said this so many times before and I will say it again... "always invest in company with good Management and you never will be disappointed".
I do have feeling (just a gut feeling... ) that the next 3-4 months will be a ground breaking time for the Company and much more enjoyable time for long term shareholders.... like both of us of course.... timing is everything in this business. Cheers... IMHO
Thanks Bob for making FLPC the ONLY legitimate OTC Stock out there. Cheers... IMHO

redshird8... I don't have PM.... honestly... I do not listen what people like Lcbms have to say, they don't know Sh*t and anything they say is to serve only their P&D purpose, FLPC is for real... just keep this in mind and do not act on rumors, only listen what company has to say, read their OFFICIAL PR's and act accordingly... just my 2 cents. Cheers
Absolutely, nothing changed so far, everything I said about Murdock was based on FACTS and Murdock past performance which in my books is less than ZERO.
I hope Murdock and FLPC Management will prove me wrong, they was hired for a reason and so far they did not deliver... at least I can't see any results except HUGE FLPC PPS decrease.
Because of my big respect for Bob and whole FLPC Management I will give them as much time as they need to prove me wrong... and I hope they will... Cheers.
Thanks Bob.... very classy...
What else can I say? you guys are the best Management Team I come across in last 30 years of investing!... Thanks again.
GO4AWILDRIDE..... Yes, as of Saturday afternoon share count is not yet available, for as long as I'm tracking it there was only a couple of delays when numbers was posted on Sunday morning or Monday during long weekend holidays, nothing to worry at this moment..... all is good as long as they post it by Tuesday opening bell.
Company is doing excellent job in this department but I should start worry if I can't see them on Tuesday morning. Cheers
Yes we need catalyst of some kind but is almost impossible to do so without any info from the company.... now they acting like typical Pinky scams going out of business, I know they are legit but to be legit and act like 99.9% OTC so called stocks is two different things, before Murdock FLPC acted like they the only legit OTC stock out there and they was rewarded with Stockholders support which reflects in rapidly rising PPS, now they doing opposite things, most likely per Murdock advice, and results are quite obvious.
One news can be the perfect catalyst.... PR of contract cancelation with Murdock should be enough to triple our PPS in one day..... what about that?
FLPC is an investment for me and a gamble for you, if you can't handle the truth about Murdock past performance then maybe you should leave.... maybe you are the one who is selling shares lately and at the same time cheering for the company and Murdock particularly?
My exit point will be based on solid info (good or bad) not rumors, or hope for news....enough said. Cheers
Why do I own 1.1 Mil shares? because I still 400% up in this game, I still believe in company and Management who did not make ANY mistake to that point and if we would sit at .08 +++ PPS right now I wouldn't even look at Murdock performance at all, I would assumed they are the best choice and best fit for us.... well, we are not at .08 cents anymore and I like to know why? so I did some digging on Murdock and in 2 hours this is what I got... not a pretty picture...
One more thing... my selling point was never set on PPS but was set on Company performance, if they do well I will be here for many more months or even years to come.... and Yes, I think hiring Murdock was the FIRST mistake company made so far, hopefully it won't cost as dearly as other company suffers looking for Murdock help. Cheers
Quick18holes.... to be clear.... I own 1.1 Mil FLPC shares, I'm not buying anymore and I'm not selling either, if you prefer not to know all that un-pleasant FACTS about Murdock then you are gambling here. IMHO
Everything changed with Murdock introduction..... EVERYTHING! and I mean in worst possible way.
There is not even ONE company I can find with Murdock positive impact, all of them went down not up, they all get crashed except ABAT.OB who dumped Murdock in early stage so they couldn't do much damage to them at all... what kind of Advisory Firm is that?

CONSULTING AGREEMENT BETWEEN MURDOCK CAPITAL PARTNERS AND GLOBAL GREEN SOLUTIONS OTC-GGRN
Consultant shall provide advice to undertake for and consult with the Company concerning management, marketing, consulting, strategic planning, corporate organization and structure, matters in connection with the operation of the businesses of the Company... any guess how this ends up?
In following 2 years GREEN SOLUTIONS shares OTC-GGRN plummeted from around a $1 to .03 cents a share.... there is nothing more to say.
This is all I could find on Murdock... more than enough for me, if anybody can add to my post I would gladly see what kind of damage they have done to another companies.... so depressing. IMHO
Is anybody surprised? because I'm not.... at this moment this stock is DEAD...... thanks to our Management and specially Murdock of course, they need to realize that supporting stock price is a FUNDAMENTAL thing, obviously they don't know how to do it and Murdock know sh#* so we are at .02 cents scratching our heads and asking simple question... what the Fu#* just happened? there is absolutely no interest to buy this stock anymore, more and more people looking to dump FLPC at the first opportunity which will create even more selling pressure in the future..... perfect scenario to kill stock PPS.
Remember? even 3 months ago we was receiving regular updates, occasionally even here on iHub, people knew what was going on back then, we got information so we could speculate about FLPC exciting future and now we got nothing and I mean absolutely nothing... we don't know what they doing or if they doing anything at all.... how things went so off track in such short period of time?....
Those who are talking about some BUYING GROUPS... LOL, spreading some rumors or talking like they know something they probably dumping their shares as we speak..... there is no BUYING GROUPS because there is no buying going on at all.
I wonder if everything is still on track here?..... apparently we have "The Only Operating Antimony Mine in USA" so why nobody is interested in buying FLPC anymore?... Very simple and legitimate question... IMHO ...
Good stuff guys.... keep digging.
I don't think First Liberty name for a job opening in Rochester, NV was a typo, I think something quite big is going on here, did FLPC found Gold? ... maybe, but my best educated guess will be that FLPC will soon have a partner to develop Fencemaker Antimony mine and maybe other lithium and uranium projects too.
We knew from the beginning that FLPC will need somebody with big pockets to advance everything forward (Antimony, Lithium, Uranium)and now when they proved they have the goods company like Coeur Mining, Inc may be on the horizon as FLPC new partner, sound impossible? I don't think so..... long lasting silence from Murdock and FLPC may very well be that reason.
One thing I know for sure.... Bob and the rest of our Management team won't let anybody in if our management is not treated as equal partners..... BHP or Coeur Mining, Inc it doesn't matter how big the company is, our management already proved what they can do and how good they are, plus.... we have the goods... The only operating Antimony mine in USA..... good speculations. Cheers

Is anyone wonder why we are at .025 cents right now?.... wonder no more..... now I'm really depressed.
I only hope FLPC has the goods to overcome clown Advisory Company like Murdock Capital Partners is.... I like to know who made the call to hire those Bozos.... very disturbing to say at least.....
To be clear.... I'm not selling my shares yet but moves like hiring Murdock makes me extra careful right now.... lets hope everything works out nicely.
Now is the time for FLPC Management to show me the money and I only hope they will do everything they promised to do. .... Murdock?... probably will be better for everybody if they get fired as soon as possible... IMHO... Cheers
No, I will post it here, they read this board daily.... everything is public record anyway. Cheers
Exactly right.... why they did not issue such a PR before Christmas or at the beginning of January? Management hired PROFESSIONAL Advisory Firm and for what?
People say it doesn't matter if at the moment we are at .02 or .20 cents because they are waiting for a dollar or dollars and we will or may eventually get there but I'm saying it does matter because company is selling shares and at today PPS they need to dilute much more than they should be diluting, dilution hurts everybody including company bottom line..... apparently Murdock does not understand this part of the business.
I said this few times already... if they can't promote company like FLPC and if after two months they can't find even one institutional investor then what the heck they can do?
Two hours of internet digging for Murdock performance will tell the whole story about them..... why our management get involved with them when things are so obvious they should stay as far as possible from clowns like Murdock. IMHO
I was afraid company may issue this kind of PR, almost TWO months of waiting for this?
Nothing changes for me so I will stick around with all my shares but this is hugely disappointing day for me and probably most of the longs too, company need a good and PROFESIONAL PR Firm, Murdock is a joke.
Today PR would be good if issued before Christmas not now..... we need NUMBERS, we need PROJECTIONS, we need DOD, we need BIG INVESTORS, we got NOTHING. less than nothing exactly as much as Murdock contribution here and please do not count on them to deliver anything, they are a JOKE Advisory Firm.... why do I know this? I have done some digging on them and things I found out are very depressing, to say at least, they should be let go as soon as possible before they do even more damage to the company and share price.
Murdock is a HUGE no-no in my book.
I also do not understand but something is telling me it is another reason for this silence.
On another hand, we are here long enough not to notice how things changed after Murdock hiring.... I think they are the sole reason we are sitting at .025 right now.... I really like to know how much Murdock get paid and what exactly they are doing or have done in last couple of months?.... quite legitimate question, don't you think?
Let me post one more time what they should be doing...
From December 10, 2013 News Release...
"First Liberty Power Corp. and Murdock have jointly initiated an evaluation of the Company's business plan, project financing needs, corporate organization, and capital structuring. This includes a comprehensive review of the company's operations, acquisition strategies, equity/debt structures, institutional awareness efforts, and other organizational enhancements that will be accretive to shareholder value. Murdock will assist First Liberty Power Corp. with many aspects of its financial communications strategies, including public and media relations, with a clear objective to broaden the institutional shareholder base through direct outreach, research coverage and investor meetings.".....so far NOTHING from them... except big PPS depreciation which is not on the list.
Cheers
ddm.... I don't believe in rumors especially in OTC Market, I don't even play this Market, except FLPC of course, millionaires are made here all the time but 95% ++ people playing this market will also lose everything they have... and I mean EVERYTHING, that is why I stay as far as possible from OTC Market..... FLPC is a very rare exception for me.
One thing I learn over last many years of trading is to be patient and to make sure I'm on the right train, I do not worry anymore if I missed the train or many trains, I do not chase them either, trains will keep coming, no matter what.
Be patient my friend and watch only what Management is doing.... if you decided to stay long of course, if they screw up or will break the promise they made I will be out and will never look back.
Soon we will know for sure what they are doing and PPS will follow accordingly...... the stake is as high as it can get at this point, next PR or all bunch of PR's will make this company a true Blue Chip contender or breaks it in to a thousand pieces.... yes, stake is very high and I'm sure FLPC Management knows it as well. Cheers
ddm... I totally agree with you, at this point is nothing to say anymore...
I never like when company go silent like FLPC Management just did but I also said that FLPC Management is the best I've ever seen so lets them do the talking now and I only hope they can deliver..... anything short from extraordinary news will most likely end up with huge sell off and will put Blue Chip dream on ice for a very long time if not for ever.
I will add one more thing.... as I always said, my selling point won't be based on FLPC PPS but on management actions and as long as they do things right I will be here if not then the choice is pretty obvious for me and probably many others too... Cheers

I would love this rumor to become reality, not counting my chickens yet.... but takeover make sense for company like FLPC.... so much potential just with Antimony along not to mention highly potential Lithium and Uranium properties.... well, it makes sense but I believe when I see it, at the moment I will concentrate on things I know for sure..... Antimony shipment and Mill progress..... takeover? very good possibilities too.
Right now the only thing FLPC meets is "Red Chip" requirement.....
Do you think company like Murdock work for $15,000 per month?.... yes I do believe they are receiving close to $100,000 - $150,000 monthly and around $1 - $1.5 mil annually in company shares.....shares not cash, this is how usually works with the start-up companies.
All of course is my opinion, I can be wrong and I hope I'm wrong. IMHO
Knowing that Company is doing what they are doing and keep quiet is understandable but what about Murdock? what they doing? so many promises and NOTHING!
Everything changed when they hired this useless IR firm.... communication with shareholders ended, no updates, PPS plummeted, no more talk of lithium but instead talk of more expensive uranium project, with all the Murdock promises they deliver NOTHING.... big fat ZERO, actually they deliver less than zero, all they have done is stock dilution and PPS depreciation.
I can bet they are paid with FLPC shares... what about this?... they are probably receiving $150,00 - $300,000 per month in compensation for their useless service, of course in company shares which they immediately sell on the open market..... as far as we known company is issuing lately roughly 5 mil shares every two weeks or so and the Float is increasing accordingly, maybe Murdock and not the Company dilution is killing our PPS?
If they can't promote company like FLPC then what the heck can they do?
Just thinking loudly here, been here long enough not to see how everything is changed after Murdock hiring......is this the first mistake FLPC Management made?... I hope they will prove me wrong.
All this of course is only my opinion.... what do you think guys?.... IMHO
Tradeinman... I share your frustration and I totally agree with you 100%, they hired Murdock for "institutional awareness efforts create shareholder value, to broaden the institutional shareholder base through direct outreach, research coverage and investor meetings" plus do much more as per PR from Dec.10,2013 and in one month and half they did nothing and our Management team go silence.
Bob and other management team members did not make mistake so far and I only hope it will stay that way.
At this point next PR will make this Company a Blue Chip contender or break it in to a thousand pieces.... I hope they listening and know what is in stake here.
Not communicating with shareholders is a very bad idea, especially when you have such a dedicated core of long investors here holding many milions of FLPC shares and NO we do not want any fluff PR here either, we need to see very good hard numbers, revenue, debt reduction, very good Mill progress, more contracts and DOD on the horizon, all of this at once in next PR should do the trick.
I thing some longs are already gone and the rest of us start thinking as you do..... I hope they listening.
Just venting my frustration too.... IMHO. Cheers....
$10,000 is for refined almost 100% pure Antimony, we need Mill to achieve that.... remember Lovelock Mill project?....
For now 50% - 60% is the best we can hope for and that is around $200,000,000 a year minus production and shipping cost plus salaries, equipment plus many other expenses, do not forget FLPC will get only 40% at the end.... not bad if you ask me.... Cheers
ddm... good stuff, excellent DD... who knew? I saw this website so many times and never bother look closer at this document.
52% sound great, now I can't wait for an official statement from the company.... great info, thanks for sharing.
BTW... Antimony price in 2009 equals around $4000 per MT, now is $10,000 and rising fast, looking at the antimony chart (check link below) I can clearly see double bottom formed so the Antimony price will go much higher from here.... FLPC timing couldn't be better... Cheers

I think you are absolutely right; revenue, DOD and Mill progress are most important things right now.
I also think some longs start exiting this stock.... this is probably happening right now as we speak, 6 weeks without any significant update from the FLPC Management can definitely do the selling trick.
I hope they wrong but complete silence from the company makes even me very uneasy and I'm a very patient person, last year our Management team delivered everything they said so I will simply stick with them and hope they will deliver this time around too.
I'm totally fine without any news to this point but the next PR need to be very good.... in a very positive and surprising way, we need to move to another level and I'm not talking of .05, .06 or even .10 cents per share... this is not what Blue Chip means, people need to start talking seriously about this stock again but this won't happen when is nothing to talk about.
We need numbers, good and accurate ones, I don't want to speculate anymore, I like to make accurate projections for my investment, projections and not speculation is exactly what Blue Chip stock means.
From December 16, 2013 News Release.....
"While we continue to move First Liberty Power forward in many areas, the company's main objective remains to achieve initial revenue within our second fiscal quarter ending January 31, 2014," stated FLPC CEO, Don Nicholson. "A key component of our mid-term strategy is to be able to refine ore through to finished products in the USA. That will require a transition phase of generating the cash flow to finance such operations. With the offtake agreement in place, we are moving toward that scenario. Our expectation is that the first container will be at the shipping port by the third week of January with regular shipments to follow. More details on tonnage and concentrate levels will be provided over the following weeks, as transportation and concentrating costs become clearly established."
I also hope that Murdock will eventually emerged from deep COMA and will start deliver what they suppose to deliver.... what are they doing anyway?
From December 10, 2013 News Release.... so big words so little action and most important so little results...
Cheers

***Calculating Market Cap
Market capitalization is just a fancy name for a straightforward concept: it is the market value of a company’s outstanding shares. This figure is found by taking the stock price and multiplying it by the total number of shares outstanding. For example, if XYZ Corporation (XYZ) was trading at $20 per share and had a million shares outstanding, then the market capitalization would be $20 million ($20 x 1 million shares).

Thanks for the link.... those guys are professionals, they work for Newmont Mining and Barrick Gold for a reason, we are very lucky to have them working for us too... stay tuned...
I don't think so.... company doesn't care about short term players but they do care about the PPS, they doing their own things taking care of important stuff which will matters in a long run.... if you don't like this scenario then you better sell your FLPC shares as soon as you can and move to some OTC get quick rich scam.... go there, stay there and never look back.... maybe FLPC is not for you....
